Casa di Margherita is a vacation villa for rent a few minutes from the beaches of San Pietro in Bevagna, a marina of Manduria lying on the Ionian coast of Taranto.
The villa has large outdoor spaces equipped with brick barbecue , outdoor shower and parking spaces. The interiors are equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi internet, electric oven, TV, mosquito nets.

The Casa di Margherita vacation villa has a large garden in which, in addition to the parking lot, there are several areas equipped for relaxation such as the small above-ground pool, the solarium with deck chairs, the barbecue for preparing grills, the porch with the sitting area, and the two large verandas furnished with table and chairs.
The interiors of Casa di Margherita open into a colorful living room with an open kitchen, dining room, and corners dedicated to reading. A small hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 3 double bedrooms and 1 full shower room.

Casa di Margherita is located in a residential area in San Pietro in Bevagna, along a road that in just 1.5 km goes straight to the Foce del Chidro, one of the beautiful beaches where the water is always made cool by the river and the dunes create a postcard view.
The center of San Pietro in Bevagna, and that of nearby Specchiarica, offer all the main commercial and tourist services.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms.
- Water not drinkable.
