Beachvilla with private pool & seaview at prime location in Ferragudo Village.

This 5 bedroom/4 bathroom villa, sleeps 11 people and is located right at the beaches Praia Grande/Praia da Angrinha. It has several terraces with stunning views over beaches, castle, river and marina, a private swimming pool that can be heated on request and tropical gardens. Ferragudo village is at 2 min walking distance.

This stunning villa has 5 terraces, a swimming pool that can be heated on request with outdoor shower and 2 Bbq spaces; 1 Kamado grill at the balcony with deckchairs and small dining table, from here you have beautiful views over the beaches, river and Marina do Portimão.
Another built-in BBQ is located at the large terrace at the entrance of the house where there’s a large dining table that sits 12. From this terrace there’s stairs going down to the mid level terrace and swimming pool with deckchairs and loungechairs/sofa’s.

At entrance level you’ll find a large bedroom with bathroom en-suite and large built in closet.
At this level is also the living room, dining room, kitchen, washing room and guest toilet situated. The living room opens to the terrace/balcony by 4 large open sliding doors at this terrace you’ll find comfortable sofa’s and chairs and a cosy breakfast table. The view from here is absolutely amazing!
The kitchen is complete and has a Nespresso machine for coffees. The wooden dining table seats 10 people and also from here you can see the beaches, castle, river and marina.
There’s a large smarttv with all channels you can wish for including Netflix, all football and Formula1. There’s enough space on the comfortable sofa’s to seat 10 people.
An open staircase leads to a lower floor with 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds) and large bathroom. Each bedroom has their own sliding doors to a balcony/terrace and direct access to the (heated)swimming pool and outdoor shower. Both rooms have large built in closets. The pool area can also be accessed by a staircase from the large terrace at the entrance or by another staircase going up from the tropical garden.
Inside the villa a 2nd staircase gives access to two more bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds) and large bathroom. Both bedrooms have also large sliding doors which give access to the tropical garden with flowers, fruit and palmtrees.
Both rooms have their own terrace with table, chairs and sun beds and large built in closets.
From here there’s outdoor stairs leading up to the pool area. Going in to the garden there’s the gate which gives direct access to the pathway to the beaches and Ferragudo village with it’s lovely square, fisherman’s dock, bars and restaurants.
Around Villa Castelo Meijer there are, besides Praia Grande and Praia da Angrinha, many other beautiful beaches to visit like Caneiros, O Molhe or Pintadinho. All at walking distance. In the area you’ll find many nice restaurants and bars. The area is perfect for nice (cliff) walks or mountain biking. At the other side of the river, in Portimão, you can rent a boat and see the beautiful cliffs, beaches and caves from the other side. You might even see dolphins.
If you’re a golfer you’re in luck; some of the best golf resorts are located at just 4 km away. Like Gramacho and Vale do Pinta.
At the other side of the river you’ll find the city of Portimão, well known for its sardines! Don’t miss the Sardine festival at the dock in the beginning of August! You can easily reach Portimão by watertaxi. From Ferragudo or Praia do Angrinha and Praia Grande.
Also a nice town to visit is Carvoeiro, a beautiful little village at the beach with a lot of restaurants and bars.
