Villa Casa Tara is a large, 5 bedroom private Villa on a quiet, secluded and gated plot set off the main road. It is situated in a truly excellent location for a holiday, as everything you need is within easy walking distance but feels very peaceful once you are in the grounds.
The villa is less than 10 min walk to the restaurants on Estrada do Farol.
The villa has had extensive renovations and is presented to a very high standard.
The villa is south facing and the pool gets the sun all day from early morning to late evening the villa also benefits from many large covered and shaded terraces.
The villa is located on it’s own large gated grounds with terraces and large mature gardens which completely surround the villa, there are also lots of furnished terraces to relax on all sides of the property at different times of the day.
The Villa benefits from sweeping uninterrupted views out to the sea over the town and all along the coast. There are also views of the Monchique mountains. Breathtaking sunsets and views from the upstairs terraces while you relax.
The Villa is a short walk of less than 10 minutes to the town where you will find the town beach and all the resort amenities including numerous restaurants, shops, supermarket, pharmacy, bars and live evening entertainment during the summer months.
Algar Seco and its fantastic boardwalk along the coast can be enjoyed on the way to the beach and town square. There is also a lovely playground next to the church overlooking the beach with amazing views along the coast and out to sea. Within 5 minutes drive of the property are a range of activities including the world famous "Slide & Splash" water park, golf courses, Tennis courts and a number of large supermarkets.
Centiannes Beach is 15 minute walk from the villa it has a beachside restaurant & bar and also boat trips from Centiannes beach are very popular and a great way to see the coast.
