Dieses Ferienhaus in Lagoa liegt in der Nähe von Freizeitparks und in Strandnähe. Albufeira Yachthafen und Hafen von Lagos sind einen Ausflug wert, wenn du etwas Aufregendes erleben möchtest. Wer lieber die Natur der Region bewundern möchte, sollte Folgendes besuchen: Carvoeiro-Strand und Praia de Benagil. Du bist mit Kindern unterwegs? Dann ist ein Besuch dieser beiden Attraktionen vielleicht genau das Richtige für dich: Wasserpark Slide and Splash und Algarve Racing. Great Holidays

The house is very nice for a great vacation! Patricia and Debbie are very friendly and accommodating. If we had any problems, them helped us immediately. Unfortunately we didn’t like the location but the house was perfect for a vacation with a big family.

Tolles Haus, sehr schöner Pool, an alles ist gedacht in der Ausstattung.

Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, an alles ist gedacht. Gemütlich und sauber. Das Zimmer mit dem Etagen Bett ist klein und eher etwas für Kinder. Der Weg aus der Stadt ist sehr steil und beschwerlich, aber man braucht tatsächlich nur 10 Minuten. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Heel leuke een praktische villa, met alle comfort. Heel leuk terras en het verwarmde zwembad was een topper voor de maand april.Leuke wandeling naar centrum/strand, maar wel moeilijk voor oudere mensen. De wandeling terug is redelijk steil, maar een taxi naar de villa kost echt niet veel.Opmerking: de keukenkasten mochten iets grondiger schoongemaakt zijn.

Spent four days in the area. Good location to explore surrounding cities. The house was wonderful. Plenty of room for 7 people. Very clean and comfy. The heated pool was awesome being we were there in late November. Would definitely cime back.

Family Break

The property was lovely and down a quiet road. When we arrived the home was spotless so we were able to start our trip straight away. Patricia and Debbie were fantastic with communications. We had a visit from the rep and pool man to make sure all was ok and the cleaners visited and bought us new towels and tea towels after a few days. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend highly to others who wish to visit Portugal. There are plenty of supermarkets, shops, restaurants to explore and enjoy. The guest book is fantastic as it is filled with maps and recommendations and numbers to make deciding what to do everyday easier.

Stylish Carvoeiro Villa

The Villa is very well decorated and comfortable. It is impeccably clean. The instructions book is very thorough and helpful. Pictures describe it perfectly. Very roomy. We loved the outdoors area. Kitchen was clean and had nice amenities. Great stay!

Excellent location

We loved the villa, it had everything we needed, clean, easy check in and great communication. It had a beautiful outdoor space, nice pool size a bbq, nice size table to enjoy our meals outside. It’s about a good 15 minute walk to the beach and center of town where they have many good restaurants, bakery and shops. The only thing that I would say is that if you have knee issues it’s haft to walk up the hill to the villa but if you driving not a problem. Would stay there again and recomend it to anyone visiting the area

We loved our stay here. The villa was clean and had all the amenities we needed as a comfy base for our family holiday. Great location too - easy to get to by car. Supermarkets nearby, the bakery is walking distance and became a favourite. Not too far to walk to bars and restaurants too. Highly recommend!

Great house

Picture are valid, the house is very nice and a good fit for two families with teenagers, well equipped and with good standard. TV is outdated and small but for our holiday we did not really care but for longer stays can be an issue. Cleaning service arrived 1 day earlier than agreed.

Best villa we have stayed in.

This was one of the best villas we have stayed in since we started going to Carveiro 8 years ago.A beautiful villa close to the town with an amazing pool that my 2 grandchildren absolutely loved. The villa is well furnished and also very spacious inside as well. It is equipped to provide a very child friendly environment and if you have very young children,there are stair gates,travel cot,high chair and a stroller for use in the villa.We had excellent communication with our host,Patricia who also provided fantastic directions to get to the villa. A wonderful villa in a perfect location,and I would highly recommend it,especially for family groups. Thanks Patricia we had a super time

Loved our time here…

We visited as a family of 4 plus two grandparents for one week. The villa was clean and fully equipped. The owner and villa manager were easily contacted when needed. The TV took us a little while to get our heads around but once we did it was fine. We especially loved the pool and were lucky to have good weather. Check in and check out were super easy. We also loved the area of Carvoeiro - it is a quiet village (quiet nightlife) but this is perfect for us. It may liven up as the season goes on! It is an easy walk down to the central area but a very steep hill back up to the villa. We often got a taxi back up the hill especially with elderly grandparents - it was easy enough to do this. I’d say a hire car is essential for visiting nearby beaches and other areas in the Algarve. We would def book the villa again and if not available (as can only do outside of school terms) would book in the Carvoeiro area again.

Cosy home with heated pool

Luxury and nicely decorated rooms, kids loved their rooms with pool view. January nights require wood burn heating to warm up. The heated pool is a daily treasure on colder days. The Fabrica Velha bakery with delightful pastries and a nice seating area is a 7 min stroll away. Carvoeiro has a few good restaurants remaining open in January, so it is wise to book a table in advance. Thanks to the owners, housekeeping and pool guy!

Second Timers

This was our second stay at this property. Just like the first visit it was spotlessly clean and was cleaned again during our stay. There are 4 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, plenty of storage space and a family size bathroom and an en-suite. There is a very well equipped kitchen and a lovely living room but with a lovely outside space we didn't use this room. The highlight for my family is the fabulous swimming pool area which is very safe for children as it has a gate to seperate it from the rest of the outdoor space if required. A fabulous time was had by all.

Homely stay

Our stay was lovely and homely. I feel some of the amenities could be upgraded from past experience in villas in the Algarve I.E. coffee machine and smart TV as standard nowadays. The AC broke twice in during our stay and the building manager didn’t respond at all on the second occasion. Otherwise it was exactly as described and very present.

Hi, our names are Patricia and Keith and we live in a broadland village in Norfolk. We have two daughters, Louisa and Hayley and four grandchildren - Florence, Leo, Oscar and Joseph.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We had spent many happy holidays in the Algarve before we bought Casa Dragao.

It took 18 months researching the area to find the perfect villa in the ideal location. It has everything! Walking distance to the bars, restaurants, beaches, shops etc. In a quiet cul de sac with it's own heated pool (which was re tiled and refurbished in 2023) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (including the ensuite).

We did not want a property on a complex with shared pool - we wanted something individual.

We bought Casa Dragao in November 2008. Over the years we have totally refurbished the property and heated pool, adding an en suite bathroom to the master bedroom, installing air conditioning and adding special touches to the decor and furnishings.

I hope you will agree that the end result is very functional, stylist, friendly and homely - we love it!

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

We have tried to think of everything you may need to make your holiday as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The villa is very well equipped from modern kitchen appliances and a TV with all UK channels to an ironing board and scrabble! As Casa Dragao is especially suitable for families, there is are 2 travel cots, high chair, 2 stair gates (no need to keep moving the stair gate up and down the stairs!) and a blender. For the adults, we have recently purchased an additional larder fridge in the kitchen to keep drinks cold. There is also a large cool bag for those trips to the beach!

We think Casa Dragao ticks all the boxes and is ideal for two families. It offers a lot of space, excellent facilities and nearby amenities at a reasonable cost.

The accommodation is very flexible. We have had bookings from families, couples, people getting married in the Algarve, and also honeymooners!
