Luxury contemporary villa - 5 minutes walk from beach

Villa 23 is a newly built luxury villa located in an exceptionally beautiful and special location on the headland of Ponta da Piedade. Inside the villa is finished to a very high standard, is immaculately clean and has everything you need for a relaxing luxury holiday including air conditioning throughout, a gas fireplace, underfloor heating, WIFI and cable TV. The living area, kitchen, dining room and master bedroom (with ensuite) are situated on the first floor with a full length terrace and sea views. The further three bedrooms are situated on the ground floor all have ensuite bathrooms and access to the pool area. Outside are separate roof, terrace and ground level areas for private relaxation and sun lounging, a swimming pool (which can be heated for a cost of £150 per week), gas BBQ and eating area.

Villa 23 was built and decorated by us and we are very proud of it. We have been holidaying in the Algarve for many years and we wanted the Villa to represent the very highest standard of self catering accommodation.

Ponte de Piedade is one of the most scenic locations in Portugal. Within minutes walk of the villa are stunning beaches, golden cliffs and rock formations including Camilo Beach (4 mins - hailed by the Huffington Post as the most beautiful beach in the world!) and Praia de Dona Ana (10 mins). The villa is located at the starting point of some of the most beautiful walking, running and cycling pathways in Portugal that continue West along the cliffs for many kilometres. The villa is also only a 20/25 minute walk from historic Lagos with its marina and many shops and restaurants. Nearby activities include sea kayaking, mountain biking, sailing, golf, surfing, hiking/running, snorkelling. The nearest restaurant is the excellent seafood restaurant, O Camilo, (2 mins walk) but there are many others within walking distance and a huge choice around Lagos.
There are 3 great golf courses within a 10/15 minute drive. Boavista (5 mins), Palmares (10 minutes) and Espiche 10/15 minutes. In addition Faldo Amendoeira Golf Course and Alamos Golf Course are around 30 minutes drive away.
Some building work is still being carried out on the development but not close to the villa so should be of little/no disruption. The weekly rental rates have been reduced to reflect this.
