This luxury villa is in a quiet residential cul de sac, but just a few minutes drive away from the main Coral Bay resort and beautiful beach. The villa has a large kitchen, dining room and living area on the ground floor along with a guest WC. Upstairs has three good size bedrooms, one en suite and a family bathroom, the villa has great sea views from the upstairs balconies. The villa also offers a large private mature landscaped garden and has a private pool, decked area for sunbathing and covered outside dining areal. .the pool is 10m and can be heated at a cost of 40 euros a day excl Jan to mid march. island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Hafen von Paphos ist einen Ausflug wert, wenn du etwas unternehmen möchtest. Wer lieber die Natur bewundern möchte, sollte Folgendes besuchen: Strand in der Korallenbucht und Strand von Latchi. We had such a lovely stay. The host was quick to respond and left a helpful welcome book with lots of restaurant suggestions etc. The villa was better than expected and such a bonus having the ability to heat the pool in late October.

The villa has everything you need to enjoy your stay.. combined with a gorgeous pool, fantastic views and a balcony where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.You do need a car but it’s only minutes to the supermarket, beaches and Coral Bay!We had such a relaxing stay and would definitely stay again… private and very peaceful

A lovely stay

It was a very nice stay for our family. The house offers a lot of space, coziness and tranquility. The atmosphere in the area was great. Many places are easily accessible by car. An ideal place to relax.

Lovely villa

You are the first guest we have had who has unfortunately not able to find the villa from the detailed directions and you get the google earth co ordinates which you can put in a phone or sat nav and also our phone number to call. Wonderful villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 8 Olive Tree Villa. The villa is spacious, well appointed, clean, and in a great location in Peyia - private enough but also close driving distance to local amenities and easy to get around. Lisa and Felix are also very helpful and responsive hosts. Pool heating especially during April was very welcome indeed! Overall value also superb!

Excellent

The villa was one of the best we have stayed in around the Coral Bay/Peyia area and was very well equipped and very clean. Views over the mountains were stunning and we enjoyed some lovely sunsets. We had a car to get us out and about which we couldn’t do without. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back !

Fantastic!

Everything was perfect for the 4 of us. Great location if like us, you want a quiet area. The facilities were excellent. It is well maintained with really pretty gardens. We didn’t need for anything. Would definitely hope to stay again.

Beautiful villa

Superb week of R&R - the villa was perfect for us and very much as described with everything you may need - it’s a nice and quiet area which is what we wanted, but has local shops bars etc a short walk or the main town is a quick 5 mins drive away - careful on the directions especially at night, the final leg up the hill is about 4km up before you turn next left after the newly built “ lithos villas” complex

Superb stay

A wonderful holiday at Olive Tree Villa. Slightly away from Coral Bay and Peyia village which was just what we wanted, quiet and secluded but only a few minutes drive from both. A wonderful sized villa, beautiful garden and pool with lovely views. Very comfortable with great amenities and lots of space to relax. Will definitely rebook. Thanks to Lisa and Felix.

Fantastic property with a great pool and lovely view

The property was clean and spacious, with everything we could possibly need thoughtfully provided. The pool was gorgeous with a shallow end, deeper part, and even pool toys like balls, pool noodles, and donuts. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool, while the adults could chill out on the loungers enjoying the view over the valley and out to sea. The location was great - easy to get to the main road, but in a quiet neighbourhood. An absolutely stunning property - one of the best we have ever stayed in and I highly recommend it to others looking for a holiday house in Cyprus.

Beautiful!

We stayed at this villa to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday. It was perfect for us. The location was in a quiet cul de sac, yet close to the village of Peyia which we love. I think our favourite thing was the wide open view with the sunsetting every evening in front of the villa. It’s the perfect spot for sundowners - total relaxation. We also loved the pool and were in it every day. The garden is well maintained and very pretty. All the domestic appliances were great e.g. washing machine, iron, dishwasher. Good washing line and clothes were dry in 15 minutes! We felt very safe here. I would highly recommend a stay.

Excellent service

The whole process was excellent from start to finish, easy to book great communication with hosts and the quality of the villa was superb. We asked for an extra umbrella for the pool area and Lisa and Felix sorted it in a day. Clean tidy and fully kitted out, the kids loved the water cooler saved me a fortune on bottled water and the basketball hoop in the pool. The Air con units were great (when I managed to work them out) and couldn’t fault the standard of anything. Would like to thank the hosts who were a text away and sorry I was out when Felix called! We would recommend this villa to everyone ( well hopefully not same time next year for us!) Thanks for a lovely time The Grouts!

Stunning Villa, in a great location!

Our family had an amazing stay here, the booking process was simple and stress-free. Lisa and Felix kindly provided a complimentary package of essentials, which was much appreciated with us arriving so late in the night, saving me from having to rush out to the local supermarket :) The villa is stunning, with beautiful views of the sea in the distance. It is modern, clean and fully equipped with a large private pool which is not over looked despite their being neighbouring properties. We hired a car, we always do when we visit Cyprus as we like to venture out and explore, the main strip in Coral Bay is only a 5 -7 minute drive from the Villa, where you have a good selection of restaurants and bars which are all family friendly. We have been visiting Cyprus for 7 years and I have to say this is the best villa we have stayed in, we are looking forward to coming back again soon. Thank you so much Lisa and Felix, we really enjoyed our stay!

Das Haus war wirklich super - alles sauber und auf aktuellem Stand.Das Haus liegt in Peyia, welches zu Paphos gehört, jedoch ein paar Automonuten entfernt ist. Im Ort Peyia selber findet man alles was man braucht, auch Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen (mit Auto).Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern verleif einwandfrei - sogar ein paar Kleinigkeiten zum Frühstücken waren bei unserer Ankunft im Kühlschrank.Wir würden jederzwit wiederkommen (4x Erwachsene (26-28))

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Olive und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen!! Vielen Dank auch für das Willkommenspaket! Für ein erstes Frühstück war alles da. Das war sehr aufmerksam, da wir sehr spät am Abend angereist sind. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden was wir benötigten. Sogar Gewürze, Tee, Kaffee, Waschmittel, Tabs, etc. Den schönen großen Pool haben wir auch sehr genossen. Und wir waren froh, dass wir um einen beheizten Pool gebeten hatten, da es Ende März doch noch recht frisch war. So konnten wir jederzeit schwimmen gehen. Très jolie villa , magnifique piscine

Nous passé 10 jours parfaits dans cette villa au calme sur les hauteurs de Peyia. Belle villa, possibilité de piscine chauffée et environnement calme.

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
