Villa Torrita is located in a hilly and panoramic position where you can relax and enjoy in full harmony and tranquility of the Tuscan landscape. A few minutes walk from Torrita di Siena. Not far from the beautiful villages of Montepulciano and Montefollonico.

First floor: with access from both internal and external stairs, living room with fireplace and TV, two double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms, one with fireplace, bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Attic: (height 1,20 m - 1,80 m.) With access from internal wooden staircase bedroom with two single beds, single bedroom, bathroom with shower.
The Villa is surrounded by lush olive trees, vineyards and meadows that are part of the property. All around the villa a large garden where there is a cool pine forest equipped with games for children, and a beautiful pool. The villa is furnished with fine furniture and equipped with all the comforts to ensure a pleasant holiday.

Arrival: in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - Departure: in the morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Private pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09.
Wi-Fi Internet access. Swimming pool and garden maintenance.
Bed linen and bathroom towels.
One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE :
Breakage deposit Euro 400 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).
Heating: Euro 10 per m3 (if used).
Small size pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away.
Tourist tax Euro 1 per person per day, children up to 12 years do not pay.

Methods of payment by bank transfer:
at the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a 30% deposit of the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 60 days before the beginning of the stay.

Cancellation policy:
-30% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 60 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 59th day and the day of arrival, and in case of No Show.
