Large, open concept home in the heart of Playa Chiquita. Relax and unwind in our lush tropical gardens while you watch the nature from your own private pool.

The house is equipped to sleep a maximum of 6 people. It has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, an open concept indoor living area and a large outdoor terrace with a dining table and custom made sofa to take in the garden views. You can prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen which includes a a built in oven and an electric range. For those that like to relax while watching tv, a flat screen Smart TV is provided for you to login to your own streaming accounts to catch up on your favourite shows. We also have a seperate fitness area on the property with gym equipment and plenty of space to do yoga if you are trying to keep fit during your stay. There is also fiber optic internet and multiple work spaces for those who must work remotely during their stay.

The outdoor area is fully fenced and private. You'll have your own pool to cool off in and lougers to soak up the sun from. Watch for friendly wildlife in the yard as it's common to see agoutis eating seeds from the garden and sloths, monkeys, toucans and macaws in the trees above.

Our parking area fits two cars under the carport with room for two other cars in the secured driveway.

The property is a 10 minute walk away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica, where the jungle touches the sea and you can swim in natural coral pools. You'll also be close by to a handful of great restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. The lively town of Puerto Viejo is a 10 minute drive away.
