Good morning, Thank you for your review! The apartment is located on the first floor as written in the ad. Here in Italy the first floor is intended to pass the one/two flights of steps present, depending on the building. Otherwise it would have been a ground floor and in that case there would have been no stairs. We hope we have clarified this doubt. Thank you for choosing us!

Thank you for your review, we are sorry that the check in procedure seemed difficult to you. If you had contacted us for any problem we would have been at your disposal. The online self check-in procedure is mandatory for us and since it is not possible to do it physically it is necessary to do it before accessing the facility

Dear Bret, We are really sorry to read this bad feedback and unfortunately we are obliged to answer you. We always advise our guests to close WITH THE KEY the apartment and not to leave doors or windows open when you are not at home. The key is meant to lock it and not slam the door behind you without making sure it is closed. This is especially for your safety. Because we are not responsible for theft or damage of your belongings. We rent an apartment and provide the key. We have no gain in taking your things if the result is this kind of review! It’s the first time something like this has happened to us, and we’re really broken up about it. The past stays have all gone very well, you can see from past reviews. You needed to follow the rules and basic education. We wish you all the same a good day and wish you the best!
