L'appartamento si trova al secondo ed ultimo piano di un piccolo palazzo tipico del centro di Firenze. La casa è ideale per due persone , molto intima e piacevole. E' composta da un ingresso da cui, salendo delle scale, si accede al soggiorno, molto luminoso e confortevole, una piccola cucina organizzata con tutto ciò che è necessario, una camera da letto matrimoniale ed un bagno . La camera da letto si affaccia su un piccolo terrazzo organizzato con tavolino e sedie . Il bagno è direttamente collegato alla camera da letto. All'interno della casa ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. In salotto si trova una smart tv con Netflix in lingua in inglese (a seconda delle preferenze dell' ospite ) ed ovviamente un accesso ad internet Wi Fi. La casa è dotata di un pianto di aria condizionata in ogni stanza. In cucina ci sono tosta pane, bollitore, macchinetta del caffe Nespresso con capsule incluse. Inoltre è presente una lavatrice ed un ferro da stiro.

amazing location and cozy apartment

this was our first stop in Italy and it was a fantastic experience. The host was awesome and really quick to communicate. They took care of any issues we had immediately and helped answer questions about the area. The location of this stay is perfect, close to so many sights in Florence and a ton of great food spots. The apartment itself was clean and tidy and comfortable, with a nice outdoor patio to sit and enjoy a snack or drink while listening to the sounds of the very active city.

Great space, Amazing location

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic and we easily walked to all of the sights around the city. There is so much great food located right outside of the apartment. The walk up to the top floor was a bit difficult with all of the luggage we brought but worth it for the location. The shower was very nice for the available space with great water pressure and hot water. 10/10 would recommend this place to a couple who is looking to walk to all of the major sights in Florence!

Wonderful Apartment in Party Central

We loved the apartment itself. It was charming, well appointed, and very comfortable if a little cozy. Giuilio and Paula were wonderful to work with and made check in and check out easy. If only the apartment were on a different street, it would have been perfect. However, it is on an exceptionally busy street and very noisy. If you enjoy the nightlife, this is the apartment for you.

Great location

Cute apartment for two with a small deck. Close to the river and all the major sites. We were able to drop off our luggage early so we could start exploring right away. There was an app with lots of helpful information.

This apartment is so cute! Nicely decorated and very clean. Great location. Within walking distance of the train station and all sights. Can be noisy during the day but quiets down at night and had no trouble sleeping. Close to many restaurants and a good grocery store. Will definitely stay here again!

NIce place in a good location

Enjoyed our stay at Via del Neri apt. It is in a great location, though a bit noisy at times due to the very popular sandwich shop right across the street. which I also recommend. Bed was comfortable. There are quite a few stairs to climb to get to the apartment.

Florentine Gem!

This charming retreat right in the heart of a busy district was absolutely wonderful! Check in was flexible and clear and the place was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, the heat worked well on cold and rainy nights. The old world architecture was met with creative, modern design and a thoughtful layout, including an adorable, well-eqipped kitchen and spacious living/dining area.

Neri apartment in late February

We had a very nice time in Florence. The Neri apartment is centrally located in the town. Easy walking distance for many attractions.There were a lot of stairs. That was not really clear from the listing.We were also charged a local hotel tax that was not made clear in the listing. 6 euro per person for 7 days. That should be clear in the listing but it is not.The heating system was noisy. That is only an issue in winter when it gets cold. We worked around it...The kitchen did not have an oven. The kitchen was only adequate. We like to cook our meals, one reason for staying at a VRBO. It worked, but kitchen was not a strong point...Communication with the host were good. We had a few minor issues with that were all handled easily.

Heartbroken!!!

I stayed at this property recently and, unfortunately, left behind an item that holds deep sentimental value—it belonged to my daughter who passed away. I contacted the host immediately upon realizing I had left it, and at first, they said they would check with the cleaning crew and wait until the current guests checked out.However, after that initial response, I’ve received no further communication—despite several texts, messages, and calls over the course of many days. The lack of empathy and follow-up has been heartbreaking, especially given how personal and important this item is to me. I know exactly where I left it and have been pleading for help in getting it back.I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I want others to know that if you lose something at this property—even something of significant emotional value—you may not get the help or responsiveness you would expect from a professional host.

Dannene, we took your request very seriously. Because we understood that this sweatshirt was very important to you. We have been to the house three times looking for it and have always answered you. I don't know why you say we didn't. The sweatshirt was not found. As we have told you many times. Sorry about that. We ship items anywhere in the world. Often at our expense. So it wouldn't be a problem. But if we don't find anything, we can't send anything. And to say that we didn't look and didn't reply is very dishonest. Thank you

Clean and cute place right in the middle of all the action! Both the host and the gentleman who greeted us for the keys handoff and walk through were very kind and accommodating! They even helped us with dinner reservations at some great restaurants, where the locals dine. Only slight pain point was the small shower and space surrounding the potty. However, most spaces in Italy are typically smaller than in the US.
