Il Porto apartments manage to combine beauty and comfort. Overlooking the splendid Gulf of Porto Azzurro and the respective seaside village, one of the liveliest places in the Elban summer with the characteristic restaurants and evening markets and the beautiful square overlooking the sea. From the apartments you can reach the town in a few minutes on foot without using the car and find all the necessary shops and services. In addition, each apartment has access to a private space equipped for outdoor dining and relaxation, near a 110 sqm swimming pool.

The two-room apartment nr.13 with terrace overlooking the sea is on the first floor and has a double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower.

The swimming pool is open to the public from 20 May to 30/09/2026, in other periods it is not accessible.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (for groups of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.00 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 19.30 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- only small pets allowed with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning
Please note: pets cannot access any common area of the Residence
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros (refunded within 48 hours of the end of the stay by credit card; in case it is paid in cash it can be returned on the day of check-out after 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
