Dear Alan, thank you for your comments. We are happy you have enjoyed your stay. This last nights of December were cold, getting to 12-13 degrees during the night time, even if during the day we reach 24 degrees. The pool is 50 sq m which is 3-4 times bigger than the most of the swimming pools and it is heated by solar blankets which works when the sun shines; when the days are cloudy makes difficult to reach 26 degrees when the nights are cold . The jacuzzi needs to be switched on when you want to use it, as I have explained at check in, then you need to wait for 1 hour to heat and to reach 29 degrees. Dear Guest, We would like to thank you took the time to share your feedback. This is the first time in 3 years we have a complaint about the noise but we understand not every guest feel the same way, in fact, we have asked our guest beside you at the time of your stay to make sure how they were feeling and their feedback was very positive. As we have explained you, the arrow in the map doesn´t allow us to move it into the villa and the arrow is pointed close by to a villa with no swimming pool and indicates the location of Las Terracitas as it is in the middle of the complex. We will contact owners direct to try to point the arrow in the exact place to make sure no other guest will feel confused about the location. The swimming pool is heated by solar blankets, that mean if the sun is not shining the heated will not be operative. Also, the pool is 50sq. m which is almost the double of the regular pools in Lanzarote and this winter it´s quite cold I´m afraid getting to 13-12 degrees in the night which makes impossible to have such a large swimming pool to heat to 25 ´26 degrees. The jacuzzi instead was working perfectly. We will take note of the dining area in the kitchen and Santiago will do his best to improve it. If anything is not working in the house or if it is broken we ask our guests to communicate it, to Santiago to fix immediately. I´m sure Santiago would fixed the liking if you should it told him. To be so close to the sea, makes sometimes due to the tide, having a damp smell. This gets sorted with capsules we give to the guests when they let us know about the problem.
