Pensacola getaway

This is a great stretch of beach. Not too densely populated and the condo is right on the beach with everything you need to stay home and make the most of the location.

The process was easy location to the beach was perfect. Villa was relaxing very accommodate.

So great we booked again!!

We were so impressed by the location and the beautiful beach access, the condo was so nice and clean. Check in and check out worked like a charm and communications were great. I would suggest some games and cards also maybe beach chairs and umbrella would be great for guest.

View was great. Accommodations very good. It was rather annoying all the hoops to go thru with mgt company to rent…contract signing, copies of drivers license with my face, being locked out mid-rental because of a “code problem”, etc. I thought having a VRBO profile would give them plenty of verification of our age and past rental history. The unit itself was very good, no issues and would earn a five star review if not for the mgt/reservation issues.

We LOVED to wake up right on the beach every morning and having such easy access to the beach. It was very clean, the communication was phenomenal, and everything about the process was seamless! We will be back!!

Right on the beach

Easy access to the beach, not crowded. Condo listing and pictures are accurate. Pool at the condo facility is nice. The only negative I can think of is it would be nice if there was some outdoor storage lockers or something under the stairs so you can store beach chairs etc.

Great location and beautiful little condo!

We had a great time at Villas on the Gulf N1! The property manager was very helpful getting the lock batteries changed for us, took less than 15 minutes from the time we called. Only thing I would recommend to the owners is more pots and pans, dish towels, and toilet paper.
