You will fall in love at once with this two-bedroom condo, as it has some of the best views of the beach you could ask for. Its ground-floor location means you can step out of your condo and be on the soft white sand in an instant! It has enough space for six guests and comes with everything you will need to make the most of your time at the beach. Be sure to stock your fridge with all of the vacation essentials so that you can whip up a meal at a moment’s notice. Both bedrooms have their own attached bathroom, and the master bedroom also has access to the patio.

Once you have explored your condo and settled in, go for a dip in the beachfront pool or cook up a fresh dinner on the community barbecue grills. During the season, you can also rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the on-site attendant. Book soon to begin planning your perfect getaway!

Beautiful Condo!

The condo is right in the beach with perfect views of the water. It’s only steps to the walkway down to the sand and shoreline. The overall stay was perfect and we would definitely stay here again, if we return to Navarre Beach.

Beautiful condo with a breathtaking view

The arrival instructions were easy. The stay was great. The only thing that I was not happy about was the check out time ( didn’t thoroughly read the contact) but the check out time was 9:30 am on departure date. We paid the extra $60 to have a 4 hour departure delay. The condo itself was beautiful and accommodating.

Navarre Beach Regency Vacay

The property was everything it claimed to be on the VRBO site. My one issue is the check in/check out times. I feel that they are inconvenient. A check in of 4:00 is late by todays standards and then to have to check out by 9:00. Most places have a 3:00 check in and an 11:00 check out. Other than that everything was good. We did have trouble finding the parking passes and there were on 3 wristbands in the unit verus the 6 listed on the site.

Navarre Getaway

When entering you will have the immediate wow factor! Your view from the glass doors takes your breath away! The ocean, sand and pier looks like a picture in a magazine. I would love to rent this again in the future. The condo was decorated nice with the whole nautical vibe and it was a very comfortable stay away from home. It was very clean as well. We had a great experience and easy access to the beach and pool. Definitely recommend this to friends and family.

You can't walk off your 1st floor balcony to the beach.

Because it was on the first floor, I made an assumption that I was beach-side walk out. There is protected area and no walk-off balconies.

Great stay, great location!!

The property is great. The only thing I would say is to make sure you have your own ice or water, because the actual property itself does not have any vending or ice. The dryer was broken the day before we arrived, and the company was in the process of bringing a new dryer in. The only thing that I wouldn’t love to do again is have to deal with the actual property people and maintenance sending pictures of the dryer to get a serial number and manage getting the new dryer during our stay.

Perfect Week

Condo was nice and spacious, including the balcony. There were 4’of us for the first few days but never felt crowded. My only complaints are there was no plastic pitcher for tea or lemonade and the master bed was terrible. Very lumpy, squeaky and so uncomfortable. Like it hasn’t been replaced in years! Pillows were also very flat, like sleeping on nothing at all. Everything else was absolutely perfect. I would definitely stay again if they get a new master bed mattress. I’ll bring my own pillows.

Family vacation

First time getting my elderly parents to a beach vacation. The location was perfect. The condo was as listed with a few minor unexpected situations. The cleaning team that was there prior to our arrival did a mediocre job. Dirty dishes in the cabinets, sand on the floors and coffee table and the rug in the dining room needed vacuuming. In the second room the piece above the window blind was down but the medal pieces were still sticking out, tv in the living room didn’t work for the first 3 days, there was some type of leak running down the wall in the kitchen from the condo above. Both closets were partially full looking like they were used for storage. All of this being said we still had a great trip and love being at the beach. It didn’t ruin our trip but was inconvenient.

Gorgeous views!

We had the best time staying here in Navarre Beach in this condo! It had gorgeous views of the ocean both from the master & living room. Plenty of outdoor furniture outside to enjoy relaxing & eating meals on the porch. The inside of the condo was very clean & comfortable as well. The kitchen had plenty of essentials for easy breakfasts & lunches. The rental company provided enough toilet paper & dishwasher tablets for one day, so be sure to bring extra trashbags, your own TP & laundry soap, and dish washer tablets for your stay. This condo had easy access to the beach and was only a few rooms down from the stairs to walk down. Very clean pool. Our only complaint was we did not know the green bracelets left on the front table were for pool access… we did get fussed at by an older gentleman where our bracelets were (we thought they were save the turtle bracelets since they were right by a sign in the room for it). So maybe just clearer instructions by the bracelets for the next guest that those are for pool access. Otherwise we loved our stay and will for sure be coming back to this condo! Easy walking to 2 local restaurants and a snow one truck as well.
