The sleeping area is divided into two distinct areas, separated by a large living room with dining area, sofas and kitchen, divided as follows:
The first has 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The second, 3 bedrooms, one large double with TV and two other bedrooms, one with bunk beds, the other with two singles, a bathroom.

Outside:
The washing machine is located outside the house in the adjoining laundry room, where you will also find a sink and ironing board and iron.
The external area of ​​the villa is furnished with 2 wrought iron tables, each table with 4 armchairs, 2 folding tables with 6 folding chairs for other easily transportable dining areas, 2 yacht deck chairs, 3 white lacquered wooden seats for outdoor use. A 4/5-seater junco lounge with a side table, all new with cushions and parasol cover sails. A hot outdoor shower is also available to our guests.
The garden is illuminated, this allows you to enjoy the outdoor areas even in the evening, in total safety.

- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets not allowed, on request of small size upon approval of the property, with supplement on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 1000.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
