We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Available to our customers is a small villa on the ground floor of a villa, located in Procchio, with large outdoor spaces and a tastefully furnished furnished porch for exclusive use.

Cottage sleeps 6/7 - Maximum for 6 adults + child under 12 years
It develops entirely on one floor with an internal surface area of ​​150 m2 + approximately 130 m2 of open areas, and is made up of a large open space living area, rooms separated by open walls, where you will find a relaxation area with sofas, a well-equipped kitchen and dining room. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, a charming master double bedroom with stone wall and internal bathroom with large walk-in shower, two other bedrooms, one triple (double with single bed) and one with single beds, second bathroom with shower. The villa is surrounded by a park, a large garden which enjoys an exclusive portion with a fence and a wonderful porch tastefully furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners. Covered and shaded parking space always available.
The house has recently been internally renovated, furnished with taste and attention to detail.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under the age of 23 are not permitted
- rental for a maximum of 6 adults + child under 12 years of age
- check-in in our offices from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- SMALL pets allowed ONLY with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros (2 maximum per reservation)
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- it is strictly forbidden, as in all our properties, to smoke inside them
