Siamo molto contenti della scelta fatta. Ottimo rapporto qualitĂ  prezzo considerando la localitĂ  turistica. L’appartamento Ăš molto spazioso per una coppia e facilmente condivisibile con altri incuilini ce ne fosse stato bisogno. Gli arredi confortevoli e di gusto ci hanno sempre fatto sentire come a casa, questo grazie anche alla spaziosa cucina fornita di tutto e di piĂč ! L'unica lamentela Ăš che quando torneremo a casa sogneremo costantemente Nizza e questa casa perfetta ! Grazie ancora.

Perfecto lugar para una familia

Mi familia vino a visitarme a Nice y optamos por esta opciĂłn ya que ellos son cuatros y el precio era muy accesible. El lugar es muy cĂ©ntrico perfecto para salir a turistear a los alrededores, tomar el transporte a las ciudades cercanas y obviamente a la playa que tambiĂ©n se encontraba a unos pocos minutos del lugar. Tiene una terraza muy agradable y espaciosa, no la utilizamos mucho pero sin duda era muy linda. No hubo ningĂșn inconveniente con la reserva, check in y el check out asĂ­ que quedamos muy satisfecho con el servicio.

Nicoise perfection.

We dipped into life in the old town for an all too brief , few days. Easy check in/check out with tips on places to eat and visit. Le Bateleur on the Cours Saleya soon became a pleasant spot for breakfast and people watching. The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a heartbeat away from the winding, bustling streets full of shops, restaurants and the nearby flower market. It's airy, light rooms were lovely to return to after each days sightseeing and the air con was perfect to cool down -27 degrees in October ! This was our first visit to Nice, and the city and this lovely apartment both lived up to their promise.

The choice for apartments was huge, and we are delighted with the choice we made. This apartment was excellent value, living up to all our hopes for our first trip to the French Riviera. There was heaps of space, and although there was only two of us, we could easily have been part of a larger group and still felt super comfortable in this apartment! The furnishings were very nice and we were sad to leave this place! The only complaint we had was that when we get home we’ll constantly be dreaming of Nice and this perfect home!! Thanks again.

Firstly, we’d like to send a big thank to Brooke, whom was very quick to respond to our many questions about Nice and this property. The help and advice received made our trip so much better, and ensured a relaxed stay at this charming apartment. The location of the property was ideal, with the train station only a 20 minute walk or a 3 minute tram from the apartment. We found ourselves shopping locally and sampling the Niçoise delicacies – which was a treat to attempt to cook ourselves in the great kitchen we had use of! The place was spotless, we were extremely impressed the amount of care and attention to detail that must go in to looking after this ideal flat.

Da Sogno!

Questo appartamento ù senza dubbio stato parte integrante della nostra vacanza in Costa Azzurra. In 5 amici abbiamo condiviso le due camere da letto e usufruito del divano letto e possiamo dire che non ci siamo mai sentiti soffocare. Spazi confortevoli e arredamento ben curato e di gusto, una cucina attrezzatissima e una terrazza affacciata su una delle stradine tipiche di Vieux Nice. Connessione wifi eccellente! Ad un certo punto siamo anche usciti dall’appartamento e ci siamo goduti la “Belle Vie” francese, ma questo appartamento ù degno di essere considerato parte fondamentale della buona riuscita della vacanza. Promosso a pieni voti !!

In the Know

Where to start? The flat was so clean we thought we’d gotten a show-home. At first we were delighted by the good Wi-Fi as we still had lots of planning to do – but our hostess, Brooke, was a huge help and was able to recommend lots of things to see and do. We were even tipped off about a few venues close to the owner’s heart (Le Bateleur and Ma Nolan’s) which were ideal as my husband and I found each ideal for us. Le Bateleur is absolutely stunning, and Ma Nolan’s is the quintessential Irish pub, perfect for watching sports! We hope to return to Nice and this apartment one day!

Lovely Stay in Nice

This is the nicest apartment I’ve ever rented on holiday! My friends and I were looking for a city break, with sunshine, and Nice ticked all the boxes. This flat was extremely stylish and equipped with every amenity we would ever need here. The hosts helped suggest various bars and restaurants to visit, and with the location being so prime we never had to wander far! We’d absolutely recommend this apartment to everyone and anyone that wants to sample the Riviera lifestyle in style.

Perfect Location

We were delighted with the location of this apartment, situated very conveniently in the middle of the old town (Vieux Nice area). Ideal Idyllic Old Town Apartment

Wanting to introduce my family to the charms and sights of Nice, I was delighted to find such a gem of an apartment in the heart of Vieux Nice. With history, culture, culinary joys and bustling, trendy bars a stones throw from the apartment, it was an excellent base to breathe in an ideal Riviera experience. Sat on idyllic terrace of this third floor apartment, I loved sipping on local French wine and soaking in the Niçoise atmosphere. The interior couldn’t be faulted, both cosy and welcoming yet remaining sleek and reflecting the prestigious area we were situated in.
