Diese Ferienwohnung befindet sich am Strand in Destin Florida, in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeit: Emerald Coast. Condo rental # 711 bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen mit einem König im Hauptschlafzimmer 32 'TV, einer Königin im Gästezimmer 24' TV und einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer 55 'TV. Der Strand von Destin ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und bietet einen schönen Ausblick von Ihrem privaten Balkon. Alle Einheiten sind Nichtraucherzimmer.

Diese Ferienwohnung in Destin wurde kürzlich renoviert, um frische Farben und neue Möbel zu erhalten. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein neues Sofa, Sofa, Liege und Flachbild-TV. Die Küche wurde geöffnet, um den Blick in den Wohnbereich und neue Leuchten zu erweitern. Die Esszimmerstühle und Barhocker wurden restauriert und es gibt neue Dekor- und Tischplatzierungen. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über neue Betten und Flachbildfernseher

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the fourth time my family has stayed at The Islander. The condo this time around wasn’t as nice as we usually stay. The beds was extremely uncomfortable. The elevator was acting as if it was going to break down on us the whole trip. We will stay here again but we will not be renting the same room we had this time.

We do have our have the elevators on property regularly serviced and they have not pointed out any issues to show they may break down in the future. However, we are glad that you enjoyed the location of the unit being that it's very convenient for most guests to get to the beach and pools. We hope you will come back and see us soon !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo in a convenient location. Close to everything we wanted to do, and the beach access was a big plus. My only "suggestions" would be to have the little things in the condo (i.e. coffee filters, salt, pepper, etc.). They did warn to bring your own coffee, and it could've just been an incorrect assumption on my part, but since filters, weren't mentioned, I did not bring any. Again, small things. We would definitely stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, we checked in and loaded our luggage into elevator. The elevator got stuck, dropped floors which landed us on first floor. We yelled for help, no air conditioning in elevator. The emergency button was not working. Again, we screamed banged on door for someone to yell back to call 911. Our cell phones were not working in elevator. Fire department came and got us out. We had to be helped along with our belongings because the elevator floor was not flushed with the first floor level. I was terrified! We walked our belongings to the 7th floor without anyone asking us if we were ok or help. The ice maker didn’t work. Maintenance said it could not be fixed.

Not great location, have to drive everywhere. Paid a ridiculous amount of booking fees. Paid very high cleaning fee and had to take our own trash out when we left. Elevator broken. Phone kept ringing a half ring every 5-10 minutes.

I am sorry that you were unhappy with your stay. Actually, our location is convenient to numerous restaurants and some of the best restaurants in downtown Destin. Yes, you have to drive but you have to drive from the greatest majority of rentals in this area. Unfortunately, one of the elevators was broken which is totally out of our control but it got fixed immediately. When you book through VRBO, they set the booking fees, we do not. I understand that you have an issue with taking out the trash but that is a common practice in a rental as it assist with keeping bugs down. I hope I addressed your issues. Have a great day!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Recently stayed at Islander for the first time. Definitely wont be our last! The unit itself is clean and well kept and just as described on the website. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at sunset. Customer service was outstanding and check in/out was a breeze. The only complaint...and it was very minor...was that the mattress in the master bedroom was more firm than we are used to.

Beautiful place to spend your vacation! Staff was excellent and property is clean.

We had the best time at The Islander! We will stay here from now on while in Destin! Staff was exceptional and property was beautiful! Plenty of activities for the kids and a short walk to the beach!

Awesome location and views

Amazing location.. especially if you like to fish. The condo itself was so clean and exactly like the pics in the listing. Everything was great.. except and I hate saying anything bad about this place BUT... the master bed holy crap that thing is hard as a rock!! It’s not comfortable at all. There’s a pillow top mattress in the guest room and omgosh it’s so comfy!!! Probably would not cost much to get a king mattress topper for the master .. a comfy bed is a must on vacations! Other than that the condo, views, beach everything was great! Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, 8 year old daughter & I recently spent a week at the Islander. Overall we had a great time. The condo met our needs well, sufficient space, fully stocked kitchen and clean. The beach chairs were great, helpful front desk staff, pools were clean and not too crowded. Loved having a quieter beach area and controlled access. We utilized the grill area one night and that was convenient with great seating areas available.
