This apartartment has 3 double bedrooms, one single bedroom and 3 full bathrooms. There's also a dining-living room connected to an open style kitchen and with access to a small balcony. The big windows on the living room gives extra light to the space and gives a comfort feeling.

The apartment is located in a residencial area, right next to Avenida Diagonal and on a walking distance to Paseo de Gracia, Rambla Cataluña o Las Ramblas. On the area, you will also find full of restaurants, shops or supermarkets

- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
-Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.05€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
-A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
-The apartment is equipped with a noise detector, which is NOT recording at any time and it's only function is to detect very high levels of noise, which helps to prevent any possible issues with neighbors in case of inappropriate behavior in the apartment.
By agreeing with the House Rules you accept the presence of the device in the apartment and agree that it doesn't breach your privacy rights.
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

To arrive to the property, the easiest way is catching a taxi to the airport. It should cost somewhere around 45 euros for up to 4 guests. Bigger taxis a bit more.
