Regarding luggage storage, the apartment was fully available to you after the official check-in time, and a staff member was present to welcome you on arrival. Regarding the odor you experienced, we understand how unpleasant this can be. As soon as it was reported, a technician was sent the following day to assess the situation. Following your stay, we carried out the necessary follow-up, and the issue has since been resolved. Concerning the kitchen equipment and washing machine, we were not informed of these issues during your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have arranged for our team to inspect and address them promptly, as we always aim to assist our guests in real time. We take all feedback seriously and appreciate you bringing these points to our attention.
