(We can adapt an auxiliary bed for children, but we don´t recommend it for long stays, the space is so fair) MEDITERRANEAN NICE DESIGN ATMOSPHERE!! Beach (4min.Walk), Barcelona center (20min by tube), Prat airport (1h by tube)... You´ll love the space and charming deco. Very suitable for couples!! Perfectly equipped to enjoy the beach and the city of Barcelona!.

Every apartment has it owns Kitchen and complete bathroom.
It´s possible to cook and gives plenty alimentary hygiene and security.
High cleaning standards.
All locations are small, between 4-7 apartments. Boutique Hotel concept avoids congestions and allows higher sanitary controls.
Minimum of common areas available to share with other guests.
Higher levels of privacy and independence.
Closer to the sea (Badalona) and open spaces.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property.

Sanitary action protocol includes:

Not presential data collection. All procedures online.
Self check-in, check-out.
Sanitary points installed around common areas.
Sanitary courtesy kits at check in.
Temperature control at check in, check out, and under guests request.
Extreme cleaning measures:Exhaustive cleaning of apartments including disinfectant specific products.
Temporal space guaranteed between guests arrivals.
Every apartment will remain closed at arrivals and departures for a secure period for our staff and guests.
Apartment changes will be offered to guest with arrivals in less than 24 hours.
Extreme cleaning of apartments by staff.
Cleaning of common areas every 2 hours, every day.
Jacuzzi area and public use terraces will remain closed.
Devices into the apartment will be laminated and extremely cleaned between different bookings (remote controls, etc.)
Those measures are complementary and will be added to those proposed by authorities and main associations for Tourism industry.




IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We must inform you that following Law 5/2012, of March 20, of fiscal, financial and administrative procedures and the creation of the tax on overnight stays in tourist establishments, all people, over 16 years old, who stay at our establishment, will have to pay the tourist tax corresponding to 0.60€ per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights for reservations.Payment will be made on the arrival and may be made in cash or debit / credit card.





PERSONAL DATA: We will request the personal info (full name, passport number, nationality and date of birth) of the person holding the reservation and their companions as dictated by Decree 1 5 9/ 2012 of November 20, establishments for tourist accommodation. (Chapter I, section 2, subsection 4, article 29).
