This beautiful , spacious and sunny villa backs directly on to the Amarilla Golf course , boasting a private heated pool,wifi and satellite TV. Very well positioned and set in a attractive and quiet clu-de-sac lined with villas running down to the sea.
A true home from home villa comfortably accommodates six people, with 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. There are 2 twin bedrooms all with ample wardrobe space and a separate family bathroom with both a bath and walk in shower. There is a fully fitted and extremely well equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine along with a dining area to seat 6 people. .
Perfect for a relaxing holiday, yet with excellent facilities in the area for the more active within easy walking distance. . The Villa is very spacious with a large lounge, flat screen television, satellite TV and wifi , french doors lead from the lounge out to a large, lovely sun terrace overlooking the golf course and spectacular sea views with private heated swimming pool. There is also a covered terrace with a BBQ , ideal for al fresco dining.
To the front, side and rear of the villa are garden areas with tropical trees, shrubs and flowers.
Satellite TV is provided with 100s of UK channels. (Including BBC, ITV, Sky etc).
The local area offers a variety of bars and restaurants plus a well stocked supermarket. The marina is a short stroll away along the coastal path, and offers boat hire and water sports and also trips in the yellow submarine.

The marina has a lovely sea front promenade full of restaurants and bars.

The marina separates the resort of Amarilla with the neighbouring one of Golf Del Sur. Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur is the San Blas Commercial Centre that consists of 3 picturesque squares each containing good quality bars, restaurants (many with evening entertainment), shops and boutiques.

The nearby Spanish village of Los Abrigos is just a 10 minute taxi ride and here is a small fishing port, full of some of the best fresh fish restaurants on the island.

All attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle park are only around a 15 minute
drive away.

The villa is in a nice location. It is very well equipped and comfortable but not luxurious. All the doors need adjustments and the cleaning could be of a higher standard

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. Although this is in no way an excuse, the issue with the doors could be related to a flooding in this villa a couple of months back that caused the doors to dilate. It would seem that they have not adjusted back to size. We will off course have this looked at. We would like to apologize if the cleaning of the villa was not up to your standards. The only thing we can say is that we shall check up on this as the cleanliness of our properties is one of our priorities. Once again thank you for your constructive criticism.

Time for an upgrade

First of all we took our time choosing a villa on Tenerife as it was our first holiday to the island . We chose this particular villa as it stated there was complete privacy . Not quite true as the fencing adjacent to the fairway ( golf course ) is just a netting and see through. There is little in the way of screening and every now and again we were greeted by walkers and golfers alike, ie they could see us . This was generally negated by sun bathing at the far side of the pool and placing spare sun beds about to provide screening . The property was a little difficult to get in at first . The key lock is fiddly and the door locks a little worn especially on the patio doors . We were unable to lock the one we opened and failed to open the other one . The property is approx 25 years old and it shows , the pool floor is coming away leaving loose tiles in there . There are dated fixtures and fittings and no additional heating in the property and a couple of nights it was decidedly cold in the villa . We had to use the additional blankets to keep warm . That said the villa was lovely and clean and everything else worked fine . The welcome pack was good and the kitchen itself was well stocked with appliances and utensils for home cooking . Overall we enjoyed our stay but would choose a more modern accommodation next time . The property needs a refurbishment and some natural screening to make it perfect once more .

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are sorry to hear that you had some issues. As we mentioned to you we are waiting for the Golf course management to change the netting. With regards to the privacy, we feel that one of the main assets to the property are the beautiful views to the green, sea and Teide and feel it would be a shame to put up walls and fencing in order to give extra privacy to the pool bearing in mind that there is as you say more privacy on the other side of the pool. We believe that the pro´s far outweigh the cons. That being said, we have had to prune back some of the bushes so maybe this hasn´t helped with you feeling exposed. You are off course right about the pool and for this reason it is being retiled in February. We are happy that even with these issues you still enjoyed your holiday.
