Die Villa ANASSA ist eine Designer-Luxusvilla auf einem eigenen, komplett privaten Grundstück (2700 m² Grundstück - ca. ½ Hektar) und bietet absolute Privatsphäre und eine hervorragende Aussicht. Sie können die Sonne (oder den Mond!) Beobachten. Erhebt sich über die Troodos-Berge und setzt sich über die Hügel der Akamas-Halbinsel. Vor Ihnen liegt das Meer (Bucht von Chrysochou), zwei Autominuten, 20 Minuten zu Fuß.

Schlafzimmer

Die Villa ANASSA ist ein einstöckiges Ferienhaus für bis zu 6 Erwachsene. Es hat drei sehr komfortable Schlafzimmer; ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (Kingsize-Bett) und ein drittes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Alle drei Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad (WC, Badewanne mit Dusche, Waschbecken).

Great villa

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa, with sea and countryside views. The villa is really well equipped and the pool was great. We found it to be very quiet which is exactly what we needed to get some well earned rest and relaxation. Will definitely visit again!

It was exactly what we wanted. Fully equipped villa. While we don't drink wine a bottle was left chilling in the fridge and glasses on the table on oir arrival. The hosts were lovely and quick to respond to small little queries and allowed us a late check out. Would definitely recommend this villa as a place to stay if you want somewhere peaceful but in walking distance of the shops and restaurants as well as the beach.

Nice villa contact with the owners was easy enough the place is about 10/15 walk into town so I’d recommend hiring a car the property is a tad tired but that was reflected in the price overall a decent stay

Superb villa

Had an amazing stay, owners couldn’t have been more helpful, arranged early check in and late departure to suit us. The villa is in a great location to the harbour and Polis, extremely quiet and peaceful. Our only regret is that we could only stay for 1 week as the villa had been previously booked. A Great Family Holiday

This is a good villa and the service from the owners was lovely. Personal yet unintrusive. The size of the villa is good and the quality of the furnishings are as expected. The BBQ was disappointing for the size of the property, especially as we wanted to eat in most nights. We didn't get to explore too much as it was very hot but this home from home meant we all fully relaxed and wound down which was just what we needed The hammock has had to be taken down which is a shame but the sunbeds (although only 4) were great and comfortable. The views to the ocean make for some gorgeous sunsets.

Perfect Holiday Property

An amazing experience, from first contact to last Eleni and Kyriacos made the process seamless. Lovely and kind hosts for there beautiful Villa Anassa, nothing was a problem to them. On arrival Kyriacos was there to greet us a lovely man, and we discovered a welcome pack of basics and a bottle of wine lovely touch but unsurprising once you have been in contact with Eleni and Kyriacos. The Villa was spacious cool airy and welcoming, with all that you need for a comfortable and delightful stay. We will without a doubt be back next year just wish it could be sooner. Thank you Eleni and Kyriacos.

Fabulous villa with beautiful sea & mountain view

We had a fabulous stay at this 1st class Cypriot styled villa. Very clean & fresh decor with everything you could ever need for a wonderful, relaxing stay. The pool is bigger than normal & perfect for a relaxing swim on a hot day. You have the sun all day long if you want, also plenty of shady areas too. Perfect location for the harbour, about 20 min walk or 3 min in the car, also great for exploring the surrounding areas. Lots of beautiful birds (hawks & European bee eaters!) & lizards spotted whilst relaxing on the large terrace. The hosts were always on hand if we needed them, always polite & perfect hosts. We would not hesitate returning to this villa and can understand why they have so many repeat guests ..the sea & mountain view is fabulous & villa was just perfect.

Beautiful Villa Anassa what a fantastic property

From day one to a sad final day we had a fantastic time at Villa Anassa we arrived slightly early when the lovely cleaning lady Katarina was there but rather than us going and returning later she insisted we sit in the shade by the pool. She is a lovely lady and we had a chat when she finished and the gave us a brief walk through of the Vila and its amenities then a lovely gent the owner came and gave us a more detailed meet and greet what a lovely guy unfortunately we did not meet Aleni but maybe next time? As to the property itself it was beautiful a cool arbour a comfortable peaceful property that we loathed to leave and wished we had another week at least which we will rectify with our next visit. I cannot enthuse enough how much we enjoyed Eleni's Villa the owners cannot do enough for you and the contact and information is great, we will be back next year without a doubt?

Schönes Haus

Ein wunderschönes Haus. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und hat eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer und die nahe liegenden Berge. Das schwimmen im eigenen Pool mit Aussicht auf Meer ist unbezahlbar. Die Lage und Ausstattung des Objektes sind sehr gut, weniger schön die Würmer im Pool , der beginnende Schimmel in einem Bad, die allesamt verzogenen Innentüren und der fehlende Geschirrspüler.

Thank you very much for your comments which are most welcome and will, no doubt, help us in further improving the very high quality of our rental! The things being pointed out by Mr Fischer, although very much regretted, were addressed immediately. In particular those relating to the worms in the pool (which were cleaned as soon as they appeared!) were the result of a down pour the night before! Similarly, the small spot of dump that the expreme and highly unusual heavy winter we experienced, was fully addressed. Regretfully, there are things that are beyond our control!

Spacious, luxurious and welcoming holiday villa!

The villa was impeccable, with more amenities that we could ask for; ensuite bedrooms, large air-conditioned living space for our baby to play, massive swimming pool and picturesque views of both the sea and the mountains. The owners were very hospitable and welcoming, and the villa was also extremely clean, with attention to detail and a homey feel to it. We have already booked our stay for next year as well!!

Our second stay at Villa Anassa - great villa,pool and views. Good location and very well appointed

Another great stay at Villa Anassa! Thank you Kyriacos and Eleni for making us feel so welcome again. A superb villa with great pool, bbq area and views across to the sea. Very well appointed villa, exceptionally comfy beds and great to have the air con included. Located well with Latchi and Neo Chorio just a few minutes drive away. We will be back

Idyllic break in the beautiful Villa Annassa

We spent another wonderful fortnight at this stunning villa with breathtaking views over the sea and the Akamas peninsula. Greeted like friends by the charming Kyriacos and Eleni made us feel so at home and we so enjoyed sharing dinner with them at their home...Cypriot hospitality at its best! The pool remained our favorite aspect..at night as well as during the day.The villa is so welcoming and well equipped that we only ventured to the supermarket and out for dinner on the evening preferring to relax and unwind in the shade.I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this villa and the wonderful owners who reflect all that is good in Cyprus.We look forward to returning again before too long!! BOOK IT NOW - it is just great.

We stayed for 16 glorious days on our ninth trip to Polis. We could not have chosen a better place to stay and ended up referring to it as 'home'. It met all our requirements and then some. Mr and Mrs Zingas were friendly, attentive hosts and it was clear that they had our best interests at heart (not always experienced at other places we have been). Mrs Zingas even made us a cake which was delicious. If you are looking for a peaceful, comfortable holiday in a warm place with welcoming people then this is the place you should choose.

Our aim has and will continue be to provide comfortable, clean and high quality accommodtion at a very resonable price and to make our guest feel "at home"! It is so pleasing to read that we have met and, even exceeded, our guests' expectations! For us there is only one thing in mind: Interpret guests very positive comments/reviews not as comliments but as a challenge for further improvement!

A lovely Villa with wonderful views!

We have just returned from 2 wonderfully relaxing weeks at Villa Anassa. The Villa is well equipped, clean and comfortable and the owners are very welcoming, the welcome pack was really useful and provided the basics before you can go shopping. The Latchi area is charming and in October the beaches are quiet but the sea was lovely and warm. The Villa is nicely situated to explore the Latchi and Akamas area. We enjoyed meals in Neo Chorio, Latchi and Polis as well as a few trips to small inland villages with traditional Tavernas but mostly we enjoyed relaxing around the villa and pool and never tired of the ever changing views over the sea!! We will definitely be back!

Blissful surroundings with exceptional hosts...

We spent a fabulous two weeks here in July and I can honestly say it is one of the best holidays we have ever spent!! The weather was very warm and the cool interior of the villa most welcoming!! The pool is incredible and we have never swum so much..day and night!! However,while all of this is fabulous , our hosts, Eleni and Kyriacos, were just incredible.We had the pleasure of being invited to share wonderful family dinner with them which was a highlight of the trip.and we are so grateful for their kindness and support when we needed it during our stay..they definitely go above and beyond what you would expect and they 're genuinely the loveliest hosts we've met in 10 years of villa rentals. Latchi itself is peaceful and chilled with plenty restaurants and great beaches..we had a car which enabled us to get out and about in the Trodos mountains. We'll be back for sure.....

Another emotional, for us the hosts, review by guests! Every time we read reviews posted by our guests, we thank God that we succeded in contributing to their relaxing and enjoyable vacation at our villas!
