Shoreline Villas Stadthäuser befinden sich am Golf am ruhigen westlichen Ende des Panama City Beach, nur östlich von Carillon Beach. Gleich hinter der Hintertür befindet sich ein zuckerweißer Strand mit einer herrlichen uneingeschränkten Sicht in beide Richtungen.

Unser Haus ist beiläufig und komfortabel eingerichtet und dekoriert. Der Hauptwohnbereich im ersten Stock umfasst die Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer, Waschküche und ein halbes Bad. Die drei Schlafzimmer befinden sich im zweiten Stock. Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet einen wundersch��nen Blick auf den Strand und einen einladenden Balkon. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem lässigen, komfortablen Golf-Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie für einen erholsamen Urlaub brauchen, ist dieses Haus für Sie! Dies ist ein perfektes Strandhaus für eine Familie von 6 bis 7.

Bettwäsche: Königin, Königin, zwei Zwillinge, 6 Personen

Die Shoreline Villas liegen in der Nähe von Annehmlichkeiten und Aktivitäten. Es gibt zwei Lebensmittelgeschäfte innerhalb einer Viertelmeile. Pier Park ist nur 5-7 Minuten Fahrt nach Osten, wo Sie hervorragende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden, eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, mehrere Nachtclubs, ein 16 Theater Kino und viele Aktivitäten für die Kinder, einschließlich Vergnügungspark Fahrten, Laser-Tag , Bungee-Jumping und vieles mehr. Sie können auch ein Kaffeegetränk bei Starbucks oder eine Eistüte oder etwas Fudge in einem der zahlreichen Süßwarenläden kaufen.

Die beiden Kurse an der Bay Point sind ebenfalls hoch angesehen, ebenso die 27 Löcher bei The Hombre. Signal Hill ist ein vergebender Kurs, der ein guter Wert ist und nicht so herausfordernd ist. Holiday Club ist irgendwo zwischen Signal Hill und The Hombre bewertet.

It was awesome being right on the beach. We didn’t even have to pack a cooler, just a short walk back to the kitchen for snacks, meal breaks and drink refills.

Didnt want to leave!

This will be the 3rd year staying at a Ocean Reef property! The employees are always very helpful in finding us a great rental. This condo was a perfect fit for our family, it was very clean and very close to shops and restaurants! We hope to come back very soon.

Stunning Views

The property location and views were stunning. We absolutely loved the fact that we walk right out the back door and the beach is right there along with the covered 2 car parking. It was very family friendly with plenty of room for our family of 5. We go to Florida every summer and this was our first at this property and we will definitely look for this location again. The property managers were very responsive and helpful.

We have stayed at this unit a couple times, seems to have been neglected as far as carpeting, doors, sofas, cleanliness, balcony furniture, etc. The location and beach access are great.

Great Location!

We love staying where we can walk right onto the beach. This place was perfect for that. The upholstered furniture and the upstairs carpet could be cleaner, but we spent most of our time on the uncrowned, beautiful beach so we hardly noticed. We’ve paid much more for places that had more cleaning issues than this one. We will definitely come back.

Spring vacay

This was my 1st time staying at Shoreline Villas 11 at Panama City Beach! When I walked in, it was very nice! . I loved the quietness of this villa! I loved my stay at this villa! If there was one thing I would change it would be having a place to sit in the shower, in the master bath. Shaving my legs was a little difficult standing up, not having somewhere to prop my leg up. 😜

Great Location

The location is the best thing about this condo. For what you pay I expected it to be a little nicer. Shower doesn’t drain properly. The carpet needs to be replaced. Needs more towels. Overall it’s ok but either needs to be cheaper or there needs to be some improvements made.

Schools out beach trip

Amazing location! Upstairs bathrooms need a deep clean/ update and upstairs carpet is quite old, but otherwise nicely updated. Perfect location- adjacent to grocery restaurants etc. Laundry door broken upon arrival and we called next morning. Were told someone would be out that day but no one ever showed. Would still recommend and.consider future stay..

Room was not clean

We ended up just leaving because the room was dirty. We do not normally complain but there when I went to lay down I pulled down the sheets and they did not look like they had been cleaned at all. I will leave it at that.

Coral Reef PCB-11

The upstairs bedrooms were immaculate. The bedding had quality sheets and duvets, beautifully made. The master BR shower was fantastic bc of the shower head. Same for 2nd BR. Abundance of towels. The upstairs balcony needs updated furniture to enjoy the gorgeous beach and ocean views comfortably. Downstairs: Kitchen also immaculate, lots of dishes pots and pans and accessories. DR chairs are awful. Roping coming loose, cumbersome, heavy, awkward. Table was fine and attractive. Chandelier lighting too bright. Needs a dimmer switch. LR furniture showed the residue of many suntan lotions by renters. It made the overall look of the room look shabby. I'm not sure how to fix this issue bc all renters are there for the beach. Balcony needs more comfortable chairs that are clean.

SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT

-Refrigerator/freezer not cold. Ruined groceries bought on Saturday. They brought another small refrigerator that was placed in the dining room and remained there for the rest of our week. Haven’t heard a thing about reimbursement for lost groceries, even though the maintenance people said we would. -Bathtub faucet not operational in guest bathroom… the only bathtub. They came to fix it, but still was not useable. So, 4 adults and 2 young children had to share one shower. -construction next door woke several mornings with hammering and power saws. -No Smart TV… limited children’s programs for double red flag days. -Poorly Stocked… minimal forks, 2 teaspoons and many table/soup spoons. VERY frustrating for a 5 and 3 year old. - No salt & pepper… No beach chairs… no beach toys. They want you to either bring or buy it all. This is not acceptable and not my experience renting elsewhere in the area. Overall, a HUGE disappointment!!!!

Katharine, Unfortunatley appliances can go out without any prior problems. Rather than waiting for parts to be deilvered our only option was to deliver a loaner refridgerator for the remainder of your stay. We have had the kitchen essentials restocked since your stay. Salt & Pepper along with other perishable items are not provided as a safety precaution. Beach item and toys are also not provided because they break and rust and could possibly become a hazard to our guest. We can assure you that these matters have since been rectified and the property has passed a rigorous home inspection and cleaning process. Great place for the money

The good: 1. Conveniently located to grocery stores 2. Beautiful view of the water from the balcony 3. Kitchen stocked well with plates, silverware, pots, pans, glasses 4. Master bed and other larger bed very comfortable 5. Plenty of bath towels 6. Bar soap and travel shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided in each bathroom 7. Found sand toys, boogie board, umbrellas, pop up tent, chairs, floaties in the downstairs storage closet 8. clean upon arrival 9. WATCHED DOLPHINS FROM OUR BALCONY FOR ABOUT AN HOUR ON OUR LAST MORNING!!!! SO FUN! 10. Found Tons and Tons of Sand dollars in the water right outside the house. We were maybe waist deep and The kids dove down to the bottom and found them. They were entertained with that for hours. It was really neat to see whole ones! The not so good: 1. The backside of the property is right up against the street. My son had a hard time going to sleep in the bedroom close to the street because of the noise. We got a noise machine app on his phone and he said it made a huge difference. 2. Twin beds are not very comfortable...feel very bouncy and unstable 3. Living room furniture is not very comfortable. Couch is very worn and blue recliner is so unstable. We made it work but really didn't stay for long because it was hard for all 4 of us to get comfortable. 4. No beach towels 5. Keruig worked part of the time....when it did it was VERY loud 6. Fridge works fine but makes a loud humming sound all the time 7. No pantry so just had to keep all the food on the kitchen cabinet 8. No dustpan so made it tough to clean up all the sand throughout the week 9. Water was really sea weedy and dirty looking around 2:00 -5:00 ish so we chose to not get in the water....I completely understand this is Not the home owners fault but wanted next tenant to know. Over all this was a good place for the money. We booked this the week before we left for the trip so we were happy with what we got. The view and access to the beach was awesome and made it worth it. We do not usually stay in the same place 2x unless we absolutely love something so We will probably try to find a place with more furniture in the living room and a little further away from a main road next time we come. But if you are on a tight budget this is a great place to stay as it is convenient to things, water access is great, sea life was active while we were there and the beach was not overly crowded.
