This condominium offers almost 1,000 square feet of beachfront living space, including a spacious living & kitchen area overlooking the gulf. The fully equipped kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need to cook for family and friends and features quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating, as well as a door leading to the unit's covered balcony. The master bedroom offers guests a King-sized bed, flat screen Smart television, double closets, and ensuite bathroom with beautifully tiled tub/shower combo. An additional full-size bathroom with walk-in shower is located off the living room. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the unit.

- This is a third-floor condo and there is no elevator available. However, ground level is the second floor, so you only need to travel up 1 flight of stairs to reach this unit.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
