Mein Garten liegt direkt am zuckerhaltigen weißen Sand und im begehrten "West End" von Panama City Beach! Parken Sie Ihr Fahrzeug direkt vor der Haustür meines Townhome. Gehen Sie direkt zum Schieberegler an der Hintertür und auf die private Terrasse und dann direkt auf den Zuckersand, um ihn zwischen den Zehen zu zerquetschen und ein paar Sonnenstrahlen am Strand einzufangen! Sitzen Sie auf der Terrasse oder im Sand oder machen Sie einen Spaziergang am Strand, um die Brise des Golfs zu spüren !. Wenn Sie bereit für ein Bad sind, gehen Sie direkt von der Terrasse in den Sand und dann direkt in das wunderschöne smaragdgrüne Wasser des Golfs von Mexiko! Oder, wenn Sie gerne angeln, bringen Sie Ihre Ausrüstung mit und werfen Sie eine Leine von Ihrem Gartenstrand ins Meer!
Sie befinden sich in einer sehr sicheren, ruhigen und familienorientierten Gegend und sind dennoch nah genug, um an so vielen Aktivitäten teilzunehmen, wie Sie möchten.

Wenn Sie sich für eine Fahrt entscheiden, sind es nur ca. 10 km bis zum Frank Brown Park, wo regelmäßig Ballspiele, Konzerte, Innen- und Außenpools und andere Aktivitäten stattfinden. Wenn Sie Lust auf einen Besuch im Pier Park haben, sind es nur ca. 11 km, um Einkäufe zu tätigen, Restaurants, Konzerte zu besuchen, am Pier zu angeln und eine Vielzahl anderer Veranstaltungen zu besuchen. Wenn Sie gerne Golf spielen, ist es nur eine kurze Fahrt von unserem Stadthaus zu hervorragenden Golfplätzen: dem Holiday Golf Club (14 km), dem Hombre Golf Club (19 km) und dem Signal Hill Golf Club (21 km). Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie Ihren Kühler und einige Stühle einpacken, um St. Machen Sie einen Angelausflug in den Andrew State Park oder beobachten Sie die Tiefseefischerboote, die jeden Nachmittag in Treasure Island Marina mit Booten voller Fische ankommen. Die Silver Sands Outlet Mall ist nur etwa 40 km westlich von meinem Wohnort entfernt.

Für Biker und Fahrradliebhaber sind wir günstig gelegen, nur wenige Kilometer vom Pier Park, dem Harley Davidson-Händler und dem indischen Händler entfernt, um die bevorstehenden Veranstaltungen während der Thunder Beach-Woche zu organisieren. Im Pier Park werden normalerweise einige der schönsten Fahrräder ausgestellt.

Steps to the beach

Only 5 steps out the sliding door and you had your toes in the sand. Great place to be on the beach and in the ocean! Convenient to groceries and local restaurants. Still close enough for tourist attractions (30 minutes) Ideal location for a quieter side of the Gulf.

Perfect spot

This is our new favorite place to stay! The beach was not crowded even for Memorial Day and was at the doorstep! We all agreed this was the beast beach trip with the nicest beach and accommodations that we have had in this area. The townhouse was clean and quiet and the kitchen well stocked with pans, etc. Two grocery stores within 1/2 mile was nice and is close to shopping and activities in PCB. Gloria is the perfect host, very responsive and helpful and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again!

I couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here. Being right on the beach was a game changer. I was able to rest in bed and listen to the ocean and my kids were able to do their own thing but still be close. Family time on our own stretch of private beach could not have been more satisfying or relaxing. Also, being able to go into the hub to shop or eat with a quick drive and then come back to the QUIET was everything I could ask for in a beach vacation. Fantastic Week!

As soon as we entered the property, I felt AT HOME. The decor and furnishings are lovely but not ostentatious and just so comforting! The kitchen appliances are top notch, everything was very clean, supplies to clean up after ourselves were easy to find. The most fantastic parts of this property are the amazing view, the accessibility to the beach, and the sound and smell of the ocean just relax every nerve. Our kids played right off the back porch and then we could go down to the water anytime. A storm had also come through before we got there and there were gorgeous shells everywhere! We had a thoroughly wonderful time at Gloria's place, and I highly, highly recommend it. We will certainly be returning!

Very nice condo in a great location

The condo is in a great location and is very well maintained. We loved that it was so close to the beach and within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The beach was definitely not overcrowded; in fact, we would have never known it was Spring Break had we not traveled to PCB or Destin. Also, Gloria was very easy to work with. We would definitely look to return in the future.

Incredible Location and Townhome

This was our second year staying in Gloria’s townhome for spring break. You literally step off your patio and onto the beach. The location CAN NOT be beat! My 5 and 7 year olds loved playing in the very wide white sand beach. Close to everything on 30A - including amazing restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

Gloria has a beautiful beach townhome located directly on the beach. This is the perfect location for our family. It was very clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the linens were nice. Would definitely stay here again!!

Had a wonderful week in PCB staying in Gloria's condo. The private section of beach was the highlight of the trip, and we even met some of our neighbors and made some good friends!! The condo was clean and comfortable, and the amenities listed for the property were accurate. Besides some minor repairs the condo needed (broken closet door) and a need for extra towels (there were 5 adults on the trip and only 6 towels provided), the trip was fantastic and we enjoyed ourselves immensely!! Would definitely book with Gloria again!!

Wonderful Week!

We had a great week as the weather was perfect! The accommodations were also perfect from being able to get in a little early to great communication with the owner Gloria. We had everything we could have needed and more. The master bed was so comfortable and we had our morning coffee on the balcony every morning just listening to the peaceful waves. We have stayed at nearby condos in the past but never had a better experience. We can't wait to come back!

My family has lived in the Panama City Beach FL area for over 80 years.
We cherish our memories made while visiting our grandmother, aunts, uncles, & cousins while at Panama City Beach.
It is so calming & refreshing to breathe in the salt air and walk on the beach,
It never gets old to watch the dolphins play, to see the fish & stingrays jumping out of the water, to go shopping at the fantastic retail and outlet centers, to eat a wide variety of wonderful seafood and about anything else you can imagine. If not in the mood to fish, it's special to watch the deep sea fishing boats come in the afternoons with their catch for the day. These are just a few of my favorite things to do when I’m at Panama City Beach! 🏖️☀️🐚🐬🎣🍤🎏🐠

I love being able to park right outside my front door, without the need to climb stairs or wait for elevators.
Pirate Cove Villas is perfect to me. It is on the quiet and highly sought-after "west" end of the beach. The location is safe, family oriented, and has quick & easy access to as much or as little activity as anyone would like.
I really enjoy having the beachside patio directly on the sand. The sound of the waves is extremely relaxing and the view is breathtaking! Nearby, there are restaurants, grocery stores, a bank, and other shopping. Just down the road are the Sunnyside Grill, Thomas Donuts, and a place to rent kayaks, paddleboards, or bicycles. It is also only a 10-15 minute drive to Pier Park and a little farther to Downtown Panama City; three very nice golf courses, a 15-20 minute drive to 30-A, a 30 minute drive to Destin, and 15-20 minute drive to the Northwest FL Beaches International Airport.

It really is a perfect retreat for family & friends to unwind and rejuvenate. It is my home-away-from-home and is where wonderful memories are made!
