Komplette Renovierung von oben bis unten - unvergleichlicher Luxus mit Komfort. Von der Nut- und Federdecke im Familienzimmer bis hin zu Parkett- und Fliesenböden wurde dieses Haus entworfen, um eine Pause für alle zu bieten, die Entspannung und Spaß suchen. Die Innenrenovierungen sind modern, sauber und frisch. Alle Möbel sind brandneu. Grau- und Weißtöne an der Küste mit natürlicher Bettwäsche, Leder und Wäldern setzen das Dekor des Küstenortes in den Trend, der zum neuesten Dekorateur wird. Die Liebe zum Detail ohne Abstriche beim Komfort war ausschlaggebend für die Auswahl der Einrichtung, damit die Unterkünfte während eines Urlaubs an den schönsten Stränden der Welt entspannend und angenehm sind.

Die gut ausgestattete Küche ist mit Whirlpool-Geräten aus Edelstahl, Echtholzschränken, geschliffenem Granit und einer Mittelinsel für Vorarbeiten und zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet. Der Essbereich mit großem Bauerntisch bietet Platz und Blick auf die Strände. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über bequeme Sofas, Stühle und ein komplettes Heimkino mit Flachbildfernseher, Surround-Sound-Audio und Blu-ray-DVD-Player. Jedes Badezimmer wurde mit neuen gefliesten Wannen / Duschen, Danze Armaturen, Echtholzschränken und Marmorplatten renoviert. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über neue luxuriöse Simmons-Matratzen (auf Bestellung in der Simmons-Fabrik hergestellt), Decken mit Perlenbrettern, einen Flachbild-TV und einen Blu-ray-DVD-Player.

Und das ist nur das Innere. Das neue Trex-Deck, die Fenster und die Terrassentür tragen zur Schönheit bei, die Küstenbrise und die Sonnenuntergänge zu genießen. Das Geländer mit Theke macht es einfach, Getränke und Speisen im Freien zu genießen. Die Einheit auf der zweiten Etage in einem zweistöckigen Gebäude befindet sich am Strand mit nur einer Treppe, um die schönen Strände des Nordwestens von Florida zu erreichen. Und zur Abwechslung gibt es einen Pool vor Ort. Für diejenigen, die Komfort und Luxus suchen, ist dies der richtige Ort für Sie.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much this time as before. Thank you for a relaxing escape away. Already miss the view and sound of the waves. David is a great host, if you have any questions or need anything, he is very quick to respond and resolve what you need. I recommend David as a host and Bonita #18 as your next rental. It was truly one of the best places we have stayed! The condo was furnished beautifully and comfortably, but the real star was the view! It was literally steps to the beach from the balcony. My favorite thing was waking up before the rest of the crew and sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee every morning. It was so relaxing!The condo has pretty much everything you need for an easy stay. The kitchen was loaded with pots, pans, dishes and every knick-knack to be able to cook with while there.

On The Beach

2nd Floor directly walk out to the beach, no roads to cross. Actually every appliance you could ask for in the kitchen. Well decorated, clean, loved three bedroom, three bath. Worked perfect for our family.

Our whole family loves to stay in this beautiful but uncrowded area of the beach. It's so much easier than high rises that involve elevators, long treks to the beach and too many people. Condo is well equipped and perfect for 3 couples with privacy bedrooms and baths. We love the beautiful view, convenience, and the huge balcony. The kitchen is big and easy for cooking with all the things. The sunsets are gorgeous here.

Great location and condo!

We enjoyed the condo very much! It was clean and comfortable, and being steps from the ocean was so convenient. David was wonderful to work with, and we had no problems at all. It was a wonderful family vacation!

It was a pleasure having you and your daughter as guests. Bonita Beach Condo in PCB is ideally located in a less congested area of Laguna Beach just 2.3 miles West of Pier Park. The convenience of being directly on the beach and being able to park at the front door with out having to wait for elevators makes the stay all that more enjoyable. Beautiful property

David was great to work with we had all of our information for check in and it was quick and easy. The property is perfect your right on the beach and the neighborhood is relaxing and quiet. The balcony was great to drink coffee and watch dolphins swim by. If you are looking for a family friendly relaxing spot in the beach this property is perfect. Thank you David for making our trip a success!

Thank you for letting us know everything was in order and that you had a great vacation. Bonita Beach is one of those rare locations where everything seems to be just right. It's close enough to all the local conveniences and yet tucked away in a quiet low density area of PCB which makes it all the better. Hope to see you all again.

Perfect Beach Vacay

We have been coming to Bonita Beach for years and I refuse to go anywhere else. You are steps from the beach and minutes away from great food and shopping! This unit had everything we needed to cook and the views from the balcony can’t be beat! David is a joy to work with! Bonita Brach has our hearts and we will definitely be back!!

Almost Perfect

Best vacation I've had in YEARS!!! Lovely views, so relaxing!! Lovely unit! I am reluctant to share just how great it was so that I don't have even more competition booking it in the future! It did not disappoint. We all enjoyed our stay.

Breath of Fresh Sea Air

We had an amazing stay at this beach rental! The highlight was definitely the balcony — the views of the ocean were absolutely breathtaking and made for the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or watch the sunset.The place was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy furniture and thoughtful touches throughout.The owner was fantastic to work with — very responsive, friendly, and helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay. You can tell they really care about their guests having a great experience.Highly recommend this rental if you're looking for a peaceful beach escape with all the comforts of home and unbeatable views!
