Most of our guests hire cars from the airport so they tend to be smaller average size cars, it is true that Spanish parking spaces are on the small side, so we will add a note to let people know that the spaces will fit a larger car but are, indeed, tight. There is also off-road parking available in the street outside. We are sorry you found the terrace small, we have a barbeque, an area to dry laundry, two full-size luxury sunbeds, a dining table to seat four adults and comfortable chairs. We also have plants on the balcony to make it attractive. The winning point we feel is the outstanding sea views.

Elviria is probably the most unspoilt part of Marbella and even the Costa del Sol, so although there are local shops, cafes, restaurants, doctors, should guests want a full shopping experience a short trip to central Marbella is best. Our secure parking space is typically Spanish and small, it is best for passengers to get out and for the driver to then park. Alternatively, there is also parking in the street outside which is free of charge. We do recommend a car for this property.
