Diese wunderschöne Villa befindet sich in der Gegend von Costabella, nur 60 Meter von einem der besten Strände Marbellas entfernt, in der Nähe mehrerer Golfplätze und nur wenige Autominuten vom Zentrum Marbellas entfernt. Das charmante Haus ist 200 Quadratmeter groß und auf einer Ebene gebaut. Es verfügt über einen wunderschönen exotischen Garten und einen Pool auf einem Grundstück von 1500 Metern, alle vollständig abgeschlossen und sehr privat. Es besteht aus einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit einem gemütlichen Kamin, einer großen Küche, 3 Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern, einer schönen überdachten Veranda mit Zugang zum Garten und einem privaten Pool (ca. 12 m lang). Das Haus verfügt über eine eigene Auffahrt und einen bewachten Parkplatz. Wir bieten WLAN, alle grundlegenden Annehmlichkeiten und ein Kinderbett auf Anfrage. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer sowie eine Zentralheizung im gesamten Gebäude. Die Unterkunft befindet sich auf einer Ebene und eignet sich für Benutzer mit eingeschränkter Mobilität sowie für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.
Costabella ist eine der begehrtesten Wohngegenden in Marbella. Es ist ca. 10 Minuten Fahrt vom Zentrum von Marbella entfernt und ca. 40 Autominuten vom internationalen Flughafen von Malaga entfernt. Die Gegend bietet wunderschöne Sandstrände und schöne Strandbars und Restaurants entlang der Küste. Es ist sehr familienorientiert, sicher und bietet eine entspannte und freundliche Atmosphäre. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Villa gibt es mehrere Restaurants, 3 Supermärkte, einen Tierarzt und einen Schönheitssalon. In der Nähe finden Sie auch Wasserparks, einen Zipline-Baum-Abenteuerpark und zahlreiche Wassersportmöglichkeiten.

Wir lieben unser Zuhause und möchten sicherstellen, dass auch Sie es tun! Wir sprechen Englisch, Spanisch und Deutsch und helfen Ihnen gerne weiter.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Gärtner und die Mitarbeiter des Pools einmal pro Woche zu Ihnen kommen und sich um das Haus kümmern. Wir informieren Sie im Voraus und können flexibel sein, wenn Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts lieber zu einer anderen Zeit anwesend sind.

Relaxing holiday in turbulent (Covid) times

We had a great two weeks in Costabella. Natalia and her parents are great hosts, they made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The villa is specious and has everything you may need for a perfect stay. The garden is big and gave us privacy we wanted. The pool is perfect as well. All of this is just a 2 minutes (!!!) walk to the beautiful beach. The bars, restaurants and shops are also in close vicinity. All in all, perfect stay! Thank you, Natalia, Carmen & Juan ;) !

Wonderful COVID hideout

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Maria. Given the current rise of COVID 19 we were worried about our holiday in Spain but the garden is so spacious that we spend most of our time at the pool, the private playground and in the gardens. We will come back to explore the beautiful surroundings when this is over. Thank you Carmen and Juan for the lovely check In, home made honey and fruits from your garden!!!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben 10 wunderbare Tage in dieser Villa verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und besonders der Garten sind sehr empfehlenswert! Jede Ecke des Gartens lädt zum Entspannen ein, das Grundstück ist komplett bewachsen und uneinsehbar. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und fürsorglich!! Vielen Dank dafür!

From the day we arrived at the stunning Villa ,we where greeted by Natalias parent who are so welcoming and helpful they took us to the supermarket on 2 occasions provied us with their homr grown tomatoes which are delicious.. the location of the villa is perfect so.close to the beach and many beach bars and restaurants. Our wonderful stay

We loved this property. We were met by Carmen who was charming and very helpful. She showed us the house and answered all of our questions. Natalia was not present but all of our communications with her were seamless and very prompt. The house is in a really quiet neighbourhood. It was really clean with a huge well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent. The garden is very exotic and the pool is wonderful and very clean. The local supermarket is just minutes away as are some really good restaurants. We really enjoyed the Copacabana restaurant which is a 5 minute walk away and right on the beach. The beach is beautiful and uncrowded. It’s perfect for evening sunset walks. If you have not been there before the towns of Mijas and Ronda are stunning and a must see. Thanks Natalia. We will be back as there is still much more for us to see

From the moment we arrived at the airport Natalia and her father were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa is superb. Beautifully established garden and pool area. The villa has a real homely feel. Spotless on arrival and well maintained throughout. The beach is literally a stones throw away, with some lovely restaurants and bars on it. Mooi huis en een prachtige ligging

Mooi huis met een zeer fraaie tuin op 2 minuten van zee. Huiseigenaren doen er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken. Kan het zeer aanbevelen. Wij waren er met 6 volwassen. Ook het zwembad viel erg in de smaak.

Fantastic!

This villa is perfect for a family of 6 (2 couples and 2 children) - the pool and gardens are wonderful. It is stumbling distance from glorious beaches with some lovely beach bars and eateries. Natalia and her parents went above and beyond the call of duty - helping us with many things including dealing with the car hire company and transporting us to Malaga when our hire car broke down! I cannot recommend this villa highly enough ... don't hesitate, just book ... you won't be disappointed!

Nice and cozy house in perfect location!

We were so fond of the house, it was homey and cozy and had a nice garden. The pool was in good size and the pool area was fine and my kids appreciated it a lot. There was good contact with the owner of the house and we got help right away when we wondered about something. The location of the house is perfect near the nice beach of Costabella and there were several good restaurants within walking distance. We will be happy to come back!

beautiful villa with a huge garden 50 m from the sea

We had a wonderful stay in Marbella, in Villa Maria. The villa is located 50m from the sea. There is a great beach bar, Karma Beach Bar, I would surely recommend. The villa has a private pool, lots of privacy, a beautiful Mediterranean garden. We picked fresh citrons to put in our gin tonics. The kitchen and living room are very spacious. I liked that the 2 smaller bed rooms were separated from the living area, that's where our children slept, so they could hear less noise from the kitchen. The main bedroom has a bathroom and a dressing, very practical. There is a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy the view. There is a playground for the kids, a very nice extra! The host deserves a big compliment, Natalia was easy to contact for any questions, like how to get to the villa, how to find the stores, what to visit, etc... Her parents were also very kind when they let us in, they explained everything very well, and we received some fresh fruits, water and a bottle of wine as well. The information booklet we received before arrival is very handy. Natalia, thank you for your kindness and hospitality. We surely want to go back to Villa Maria.

A truly amazing villa and fabulous host

We stayed in Natalia's villa in June 2018, and our holiday was fabulous. This villa is simply wonderful!!! The social outdoor areas make relaxing a joy, with a beautiful pool and sun loungers to chill out on, a fabulous patio area where you can relax in the comfort of ratan furniture, or the beautiful wooden table and benches outside the kitchen where you can have dinner and drinks, which is where we spent most of our time. Inside is a lovely big lounge with leather sofa if you want to get out of the heat and chill out for a bit. Wifi works perfectly, and also works down by the pool area. The gardens are amazingly well kept, and not over looked at all so you feel like you are in your own little private paradise, especially when you can pick fresh lemons and rosemary to go into your cooking and gin and tonics :) And at night when all the lights are on around the garden it is a lovely area to continue to relax in. The location of the villa is amazing, literally a 30 second walk to the beautiful Costabella beach and the Karma beach bar which was a lovely place to grab lunch. A five minute walk and you have Bono beach bar, fab cocktails and food and lovely sun loungers to hire if you fancy a day at the beach. Also only 6km from Marbella town which is only a 10 euro taxi ride. And lastly Natalia, and her family as hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. So much information was provided to us before our stay, with a great information booklet that tells you everyone you need to know. No question was too big or too small for Natalia, who even helped us with arranging airport transfers. Even when we were there and had additional questions she was there at a drop of a hat to help. A fantastic host that made the whole experience so easy. We totally loved our time in Natalia's villa, and will certainly be looking to return in 2019. Thank you Natalia for a wonderful experience, and making our holiday all so easy..

Das Haus ist wirklich ein Traum und wirklich nur 2 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Es ist atemberaubend ! Wir sind zu viert (3w, 1m) hier angereist und wir konnten wirklich super ausspannen! Natalia ihr Mann und ihr Vater waren uns eine große Hilfe ! Der Vater von Natalia war immer sofort da, wenn wir etwas benötigt haben. Es hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen und wir würden super gerne nochmal hier her kommen. Ein persönliches Danke an die Vermieter!

Villa spacieuse, bien agencée, avec une grande cuisine abondamment équipée, BBQ à l'extérieur. Plage très proche, petite porte pour y accéder plus rapidement au fond du jardin. Place de parking fermée, appréciable! Seul bémol, l'eau de la piscine n'était pas claire au début de notre séjour, mais le système a été réparé ensuite, et tout est rentré dans l'ordre. La propriétaire, facilement joignable, a rapidement fait le nécessaire.
