This property, which was purchased late 2020 is a luxury modern ground floor spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on a secure gated complex in Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain. The apartment has a very large wrap around terrace with sun all day. It has a ground floor entrance from the road, but has an elevated position from the terrace, which overlooks the main pool and the gardens, with direct access to these from the garage underneath the apartment. The apartment is situated near the sea, between the golf courses of Cabopino and Santa Maria on the attractive development of La Reserva de Marbella (Phase 1). It is not part of the large Phase II development further in land. This area of the Spain is also known as the Costa del Golf, as there are some fifty courses on the Costa del Sol.

This apartment can accommodate four people and is fully furnished with good quality furniture and fittings in a modern style with marble floors throughout. The bedrooms can be configured for two super king size or four single beds or a combination of the two. A BBQ is provided for al fresco dining. Also can be provided are beach towels at a charge of 5 Euros per person per holiday.

The apartment also has remote controlled air conditioning in the living and bedrooms, providing cooling, heating and de-humidifying and each room can be controlled separately. It also has a large walk in shower in the ensuite bathroom and a shower bath in the family bathroom There is a remote controlled awning to shade the terrace if required. It also has a dedicated car parking space in the garage under the apartment. This apartment has free Wi-Fi and a very comprehensive TV package including sports, films and foreign TV channels and is fitted with a comprehensive intruder alarm system with combined smoke and carbon monoxide detection.

Geoff was exceptionally accommodating and helpful from the moment of booking and throughout our stay. The appartment left us wanting for nothing - clean, secure, spacious, comfortable, fantastic location, views and layout and equipped with everything we needed. We really did feel at home here.As we were visiting out of season we didn't use the pool, but it looked lovely, as did the rest of the outdoor/garden area. The wrap-around balcony is a real feature of this particular unit which sets it out from others in this generally very pleasant and well-established development. We very much hope to return in the future!

Beautiful villa, spacious, clean, provides everything you need. Massive terrace and space for barbecue. Large swimming pool, and most of the time we were the only family in the pool, plus a live quard, which make safe for children. We were there in the beginning of August. Highly recommended. Lovely apartment with fantastic terrace

The apartment was clean and well equipped, the beds were comfortable and it had Air Con, good Wi-Fi and plenty of TV channels, films and sport The complex had a large pool and was well kept. Beautiful holiday

The apartment is well secured and we felt very safe. Gorgeous spacious living area but the best selling point in the enormous terrace. Absolutely stunning, overlooking the pool with plenty of sun and shade. Great communication with the owner and a lovely summer holiday for us and the children. The whole complex is on a steep hill, but we managed without a car. We would 100% come again.

I have to agree with what everyone else has said.

Having stayed in many private apartments over the years, I have to say that this one was just about the best we have found. It was spacious, very well equipped, immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. If anything, it was even better than the photos showed. We made good use of the vast balcony / patio area and I ventured into the big pool on a number of occasions. As others have said, the information provided by Geoff was detailed and enabled us to access the apartment without any problems at all. Staying here allowed us to relax completely and recharge our batteries for the winter ahead.

Lovely Apartment!

This apartment has it all! A real home from home with the added bonus of the stunning wrap around terrace, with a great view over the impressive swimming pool. Great communication with the owner, who gave us comprehensive instructions making finding and accessing the apartment really easy. We particularly appreciated the underground car parking which kept the hire car safe and cool. The apartment is set in a block up a hill and walking down to bars and restaurants was easy but we opted to take a taxi back. We would be delighted to return in the future.

Do yourself a favour, just go.

My wife and I had a brilliant stay at this property. We only booked for Four days unfortunately because of limited time we had. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay, and my goodness, the wrap around terrace is massive, with lots of individual seating areas and loungers and it's lovely to spend time out there in the sun or shade. Communication with the owner Geoff is excellent. (Thanks so much Geoff) There are plenty of bars/restaurants in the area just a short walk to many of them. All in all a great property. We are already talking about coming back.

Outstanding Accommodation

From start to finish Geoff the host was brilliant, communication and information was second to none. Geoff answered numerous questions and always replied promptly. The directions to the apartment for perfect. The information about the immediate area was very comprehensive and accurate. Eveythjng was as described, in fact I'd say it was better. Home from home, we cooked a few times and found everything we needed to make meals. The cleanliness of the apartment was outstanding, dishes, glasses, cutlery, oven were all gleaming. The bedrooms and bathrooms were sparkling and fresh. The terrace was huge, great view over the pool and sea views too. It offered sun all day long if we wanted it and various seating areas were great. The awning offered a little extra privacy, great shade and also kept the living room nice and cool during the day. I cannot fault this stay. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful apartment

We stayed from 26th July to 2nd August as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The apartment was beautiful with a huge wrap around terrace that has several seating areas with a view over the swimming pool. The communication and instructions given for the apartment were spot on, we had no issues finding the apartment. The apartment itself was so clean and fresh and had everything you could possibly need. The great thing for the summer holidays is that there are no issues with spaces around the pool, we went down to the pool at all different times of day and night and never had any issues with somewhere to lay/relax. The apartment also felt extremely secure, there are sturdy locks for the terrace and the front door. It’s in a good location if you have a car as we were only 25 minute drive from Puerto Banus, Fuengirola and a huge shopping centre. It is also only about 5 minutes from Cabopino which is lovely and definitely worth a visit. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and everyone as the whole booking process and instructions were so smooth and the apartment itself is one of the nicest and cleanest we have ever stayed in.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 15 jours dans l'appartement de Geoffrey. C'est un hôte a l'écoute et qui répond rapidement à toutes nos questions. L'appartement a tous les équipements nécessaires, dans un complexe immobilier type andalou avec vue superbe sur la piscine. La grande terrasse a tout ce qu'il faut pour profiter de la vue et de l'extérieur. Le garage en sous-sol est un plus pour laisser la voiture au frais. Un apartamento súper bien equipado

La casa de Geoff tiene todo lo necesario para que tu estancia sea perfecta. Su terraza gigante es perfecta para disfrutar de las noches de verano. Tiene vistas a la piscina y al mar… una auténtica maravilla. Las piscinas están muy bien, aunque en los últimos días se empezaron a ensuciar y parecía que algo no funcionaba bien porque se puso verde el agua. Por lo demás todo perfecto!

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable en Andalousie grâce en partie à l'appartement de Geoffrey. Il est super, confortable et bien équipé. Et la terrasse est magique. Nous y avons pris tous nos repas. C'était très très agréable. Geoffrey est un hôte très disponible, il veille à nous apporter toutes les informations et aides utiles pour faciliter le séjour. C'est très appréciable. Nous avons aussi aimé les douceurs dans le frigo à notre arrivée. En bref, nous sommes ravis de ce séjour à Marbella chez Geoffrey.

The development is located just to the east of Marbella town and close to one of the best beaches on the coast and the lovely marina at Cabopino. Things to do and see in the local area include Water Sports, Water Parks, Wild Life Park, Sea Life Centre, Adventure Park, Theme Park, Butterfly Park, Crocodile Park, Zoo, Paragliding, Trampolines and Cinemas plus of course the Sea, the Beaches, beach Bars and even Shopping if you want to. Malaga airport is around thirty five minutes away by car and car hire is advised to get the very best from the holiday. A car is by far the best way to get around the area, get to and from the airport, go to the beach, sightseeing and shopping. There is however a good bus service along the main coast round which is a five minute walk away. This service goes to Marbella, Fuengirola and beyond. There are also local taxi services available. The nearest railway station is at Fuengirola with trains to AMalaga and the airport. This service does not go any further west than Fuengirola. Malaga airport is 40 Km away, about thirty five minutes by car and car hire is advised to get the best from the holiday. The recommended company to use for car hire is DoYouSpain. The car can be collected at and returned to Malaga airport. If hiring a car it is strongly recommended you take out insurance cover with insurance4carhire as the insurance cover provided in Spain is minimal.

The Costa del Sol is the most popular holiday destination in Spain, with it's golden-sand beaches, stunning coastline and such popular and world-renowned places like Marbella, Puerto Banus, Gibratar, Fueringola, Benalmadena, There are plenty of places to explore inland including Mijas Pueblo and Ronda and the white villages of Ojen and Monda etc. The cities of Malaga, Granada, Sevilla, Cadiz and Cordoba are not far away. You can even catch a ferry to Morocco. You will have plenty to do and see.
