Wir freuen uns, unsere neue Wohnung zur Ferienvermietung zu den besten Preisen und in einer der besten Lagen dieses intelligenten, sicheren Komplexes anbieten zu können. Dieses Triplex-Penthouse verfügt über 2 Terrassen mit weitreichendem Blick auf das Meer. Von der unteren Speiseterrasse und der Dachterrasse können Sie ab dem frühen Morgen die Sonne genießen und den Sonnenuntergang am Abend mit Blick auf den weiten Blick nach Westen und den Pool und die Gärten im Osten beobachten. Markisen sind auf beiden Terrassen vorhanden, wenn Sie tagsüber Schatten wünschen.
Auf der großen Dachterrasse befinden sich Liegen, bequeme Sofas und ein zweites Ess-Set. Mini-Möbel sind für die Kleinen vorgesehen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über hochwertige Geräte in der gut ausgestatteten Küche und eine neue leise Klimaanlage / Heizung. Bei Bedarf befindet sich neben dem Aufzug eine bequeme Tiefgarage bis zur Wohnung. Glasfaser ist verfügbar und bietet WIFI- und 120 IPTV-Kanäle, darunter 12 UK-Kanäle und zahlreiche internationale Kanäle. Es gibt DVD- und Videoplayer mit einer Reihe von Filmen für alle Altersgruppen.

Die Sicherheit ist ausgezeichnet, da der Haupteingang des Autos rund um die Uhr besetzt ist und Überwachungskameras im gesamten Komplex vorhanden sind. Der wunderschön gepflegte Komplex hat viel zu bieten, angelegte Gärten, einen großen Pool mit Sonnenliegen und Rettungsschwimmer, ein separates geschlossenes Kinderbecken und einen Spielbereich, einen in den Wintermonaten beheizten Innenpool sowie ein kleines Fitnessstudio.
Neben dem Komplex befindet sich eine große Auswahl an Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Ein 24-Stunden-Taxistand und eine Bushaltestelle befinden sich direkt vor dem Komplex mit Fahrplänen in der Wohnung. Good Location

The complex is in an excellent location, within walking distance to Puerto Babis or cheap bus (just over one euro) to Marbella. The only thing to raise would be for those with mobility issues - lots of stairs with the nearest toilet inside the apartment on the first floor - a minor point but worth mentioning for those who may be affected. Would definitely stay here again.

Quite Disappointing

The house is nice and clean. But 3 pools are mentionned in the description; the child pool had no water and the indor pool was under construction. We could only use the outdoor pool, but the water was so freezing cold, that we never went into the water. As well the fitness room did not exist (although anounced). The later which "welcomed" us had no time at all; just handed over the keys and said "good-bye", have to go to the next customer. Marbella is nice, but we will for sure not return to this place.

Having Thomas Rehaut as a guest was more than disappointing . He never paid the full amount and when we phoned and asked him to please pay the £425 that he owed as it was 2 months late , despite VRBO sending him reminders, he was rude and arrogant, maybe it was a language problem as he was a German speaker. That may also be the reason he didn't read the information send before he came as soon as we knew letting him know that there was a severe drought order in place so only the large pool could be open and unfortunately the pretty fountains could not be cleaned nor the gardens watered until the ban was lifted. This information was also in bold lettering on our own website which this guest had access to. He would also have read the WIFI code on his arrival, although he would still have had to Chanel his inner detective and work out the network to login into was .......the one with the apartment number, still always happy to help. As for Lisa having to rush off after handing him the keys yes that would be correct because she had to step in and do all the meets as Simon our long time manager and his wife were at Málaga hospital after Simon unexpectedly had to have major surgery and was in ICU with pneumonia. He asked for a cot for his 4/5 year old that was delivered and assembled by Lisa only to tell her when he arrived that he didn't want it. Not a nice experience to say the least having him as a guest. The day l received his review was also the day our lovely guests from Ireland arrived for a 2 months stay, with there little son, sending me this message when they arrived Hi Caroline, Kitty here - The apartment (feels bigger than our house at home!!) is fabulous and thank you so much for the card, wine and other items! The apartment is spotless and we promise to keep it that way. Ah, back to normal how nice.

Excellent apartment, excellent host.

Nuestra semana de vacaciones familiares en Marbella ha sido maravillosa y muy relajante, en gran parte gracias al precioso apartamento de Caroline y William. Espacioso, limpio, con una cocina bien equipada, decorada con mucho gusto y con extras como libros, música y juegos, que han hecho nuestra estancia más agradable, si cabe. La urbanización es preciosa, con unos bonitos jardines y unas estupendas piscinas. Hablar con Caroline ha sido un placer . Aun a distancia, la comunicación ha sido muy fluida y rápida,, siempre amable y pendiente de resolver cualquier duda que hemos tenido. ¡Gracias! ¡Sin duda repetiremos!

Wonderful place

La situation, la sécurisation du site, et le logement d'une très haute qualité. Le séjour a été très agréable , l’accueil a été parfait, l’appartement est très confortable, une jolie terrasse permet de prendre le soleil dans la journée. L’appartement est très propre. Fab Apartment in good location

Stayed in Carolines and Williams superb 3 storey apartment. Everything was exactly as advertised with no issues. any minor queries were answered promptly. We stayed with our 2 young boys and there are quite a few steps to contend with so be mindful if mobility is an issue. The apartment is around a 20 minute walk from P Banus but there are plenty of nice places to stop on the way. A taxi is only €7 on average. There are also nice bars and restaurants at the front of the complex (El Jardin being a fav). The only issue is with the wider complex which suffers from an identity crisis, the life guards won't even let you throw a tennis ball to each other God forbid you'd like to eat or drink something near the pool. A hen party was also thrown out as 2 of them jumped into the pool during the night. It's definitely not a place for hens or stags but it's also on the quiet side for families. I could see myself returing if I had no kids and I was looking for a place to stay. No issues with the apartment like I said it's just with the complex management.

We used to own an apartment on another complex and are more than happy with the management of this complex, we are delighted that any unsociable behavior is firmly discouraged and dealt with swiftly. Regarding children at the large adults pool, there is a another pool on the complex specifically for families with smaller children and a club run for up to 15 year olds at the multisports club opposite. The Brothers Tennis Academy has top rated UK kids coaches with a full programme of classes for all ages, just 2 mins walk away.

Excellent apartment that lived up to the

The apartment is furnished to high standard and is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is decently appointed and there is all you need if you want to cook and the lower balcony is ideal for leisurely evening meals. The owners have listed a good spread of good restaurants within walking distance. The general information provided is also detailed and accurate and the owners responded promptly and positively to feedback. For example the immersion heater team was dripping and was fixed within a day with a brand new system. The apartment has nice views to the sea in the distance and both balconies overlook the outside pool. The upper balcony is great for sun worshipers. We stayed in the week before some planned improvements and the space will be even better when the Aircon is moved to the roof and the area re tiled. The neighbours are very pleasant and quiet and we didn't hear any extraneous noises while we were there. There is no building work nearby and none in prospect. The outside pool is large enough for length swimming (even for committed swimmers). The inside pool is hard to find and you might wish you hadn't found it. It's small and tired looking, but comes into its own if you have young children you need to tire out on a cold day. There is free parking in the underground carpark and the apartment’s bay is conveniently located near to the lift. For reasons that escape me the lift is a few steps up from the car park but it is only a few and so long as you have one able bodied person in the group it is not a problem. Taking everything into account it was a very good experience and one that I would strongly recommend.

Thank you Mike for such a comprehensive review, i would agree with your indoor pool comments. it is due for a refurb which will hopefully be done before too long. Thank you also for allowing the plumber and tiler to visit during your stay We have now had the roof terrace re tiled and the aircon. unit moved. We now have an even larger and smarter sun terrace to enjoy. Just one point for anyone reading this, you must have forgotten Mike there was a small charge for the parking. We would love to have you return , you and your wife were great guests, many thanks Caroline & William

Excellent! Best apartment on the complex!

Perfect property, probably the best apartment on the complex! It is more like a house as it is laid out across three floors including a large roof terrace. Amazing views from the terrace and the balcony. As this is the corner plot, the apartment benefits from panoramic views and more privacy than other apartments, you can see the pool and gardens from the balcony. The property was very well maintained with everything you needed and more to have a great stay. The owners and managers were excellent at communicating and answering any questions quickly before the visit. The property manager even brought the key to us in a restaurant as we were initially early on arrival and he offered to do this, amazing customer service! You can't go wrong in Marbella - so much to see and do. Even on the doorstep of this apartment are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets and a taxi rank outside so you can easily go anywhere! 5Euro to Mistral Beach or Puerto Banus. If you bring a hire car there is also secure underground parking at the complex. The complex is also very secure with strict security gates and a presence of security 24 hours. We loved this apartment so much that I am already planning another visit later in the year - I highly recommend it!

Wonderful holiday

I had the most wonderful relaxing holiday at Los Naranjos, along with my husband and 2 children, 21 and 19. The apartment is light and spacious and has everything you could need. The Mercadona supermarket has a fabulous fish counter and fresh fruit and vegetables, all at a good price. Do try the Sisters Taperia next to Mercadona, be assured of the warmest of welcomes and the best spaghetti pil pil you will ever taste. The bus takes you into Puerto Banus in under 10 mins where the shops are fabulous as is the beach. The bus costs 1 euro 18. The Grounds are well maintained with beautiful flowers, the pool was lovely, very rarely busy. The apartment terrace was a beautiful space for an al fresco breakfast and we spent most of our time outside. We had a special birthday evening at La Sala in P.Banus, (taxi cost 8 euros for 4) what an experience, fantastic atmosphere and food. Probably best to book. Finally, as I could go on and on a huge thank you to Caroline for all her help answering my many questions. I absolutely recommend this apartment and area and cant wait to visit again .....very soon.

It sounds like you really made the most of your stay and would echo your comments about the supermarket and the great food and prices both at La Sala and the Taperia. Home from home

Absolutely gorgeous apartment equipped with everything you need, very spacious and clean. We had a fabulous time. Location of the apartment is great, about a 20 minute walk into Peurto Banus with plenty of restaurants and shops. It is so homely with a vast array of home comforts. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace. Truly beautiful gardens and well maintained. Swimming pools in the complex including a toddler pool all very well kept. The local supermarket mercadona was very good. Quiet location. Owners very helpful. Highly recommended. We had a great family holiday ( 2 adults, 2 children aged 1 and 3 ) and will definitely be back.

really excellent apartment

We have stayed in this area several times, this is the best apartment we have stayed in. Everything we could possibly need was provided. the apartment is spacious and very nicely decorated with everything beautifully clean and well maintained. The 2 bathrooms are a nice size with baths and showers. The location is perfect for us near all amenities yet very quiet with lovely gardens and pool. Caroline and William provided us with lots of help and information which would be very helpful to newcomers to the area. The arrival instructions were excellent.The booking process was quick and efficient with all our questions answered promptly. There are a couple of very reasonably priced and good cafes near the supermarket on the complex and a friendly clubhouse We will be back so thank you Caroline and William for making us feel so at home

excellent holiday apartment

We would like to thank Caroline & William for the use of their fantastic apartment and for all the information they supplied to ensure we had a lovely holiday. We were very happy with the apartment which was extremely well appointed and spacious and had everything we could possibly need for our family. The photos on the website do not do it real justice. The apartment was in a lovely quite location on the complex right by the pool, which we had to ourselves for much of the time, also not far from restaurants and beaches. We had a handy parking space outside which it looks like lots of other apartments do not have. The close-by supermarket was very good as was the tapas bar and the caf?. We would highly recommend this apartment and will return for sure. Thank you once again . The S. family.

It is interesting to read that the things you mentioned in your review echo some of the reasons we bought the apartment. It is spacious so feels like a real home not just a 'holiday home' It is in a good location on the complex nice and quite There is nearby parking so no long walks with suitcases, shopping etc

Los Naranjos de Marbella, Puerto Banus

What can I say? It was an absolutely amazing holiday. The apartment was just perfect. It is situated, I guess...in a very much sought after location in Puerto Banus, but it is also very reasonably priced for the time of year we visited. The apartment is situated amongst the local residents and that made it all the more perfect. Because of the time of year, my family (with two little girls of 6 and 3 & 1/2, had the most wonderful time...enjoying the pool at our leisure...very peacefully. The booking was excellent...lovely communication between the Owners of Las Naranjos. This was our first holiday abroad with our children & it surpassed our expectations. The apartment was extremely spacious & very clean upon arrival. Two Bathrooms enhanced the visit for my little girls!!! The main bedroom was very well equipped with lots of storage and a safe. In the early evening my girls watched the local cats from the balcony, wander about the vicinity and it was a joy; As was the very friendly Spanish miniature snow husky across the road from us...who always used to be there poking her/his nose through the balcony. In all, my eldest daughter and I decided we wanted to live here!!! Thank-you to Caroline & William for the rent of your fantastic apartment. I would be extremely happy to stay here again. I have recommended it to many of my friends...Wonderful...as I said at the beginning...What can I say?

Beautiful appartment

We really enjoyed our first visit to Marbella. Thank you very much for letting us use your beautiful apartment. Everything was absolutely lovely and we really appreciated how thoughtfully you had prepared the apartment for your guests. We would love to use the apartment again in the future if it is still available. We had some lovely walks along the ?Paseo Maritimo? between Puerto Banus and Marbella, and we visited quite a few places. We particularly liked Ronda, Nerja and Mijas. We also ate out a lot in the ?Casco Antiguo? of Marbella where the food was great and I was delighted to be able to practise my Spanish with all the friendly waiters! Anne Bullock

Quite fabulous!

Since I discovered Puerto Banus thirteen years ago, I have stayed at two or three locations. However, the fabulous flat owned by William and Caroline is without doubt the very best I have ever rented and exceeded all expectations. Spacious, extremely well appointed and with cooling marble floors, it is absolutely perfect, being set amidst the most wonderful and well tended gardens full of colourful plants, bushes and tropical trees. It?s a total joy, for instance, to watch swallows ducking and diving in the morning and evening, and similarly watch the lovely cats who live opposite basking in the sun or sleeping in a shady spot. I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending William and Caroline?s apartment as the ideal holiday location, especially as it is only moments from a well looked after and generally very quiet swimming pool. The supermarket within this smart, beautifully planned and excellently maintained complex is also within easy walking distance and is well stocked. My only great sadness is that I had to return after two weeks from this wonderful, wonderful location!
