Stunning Cala Egos Penthouse Apartment near Marina and beach

This stunning Penthouse apartment has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, One with a Kingsize bed and one twin with 2 singles Plus a flat screen smart TV. The lounge with 2 new sofas and a 50 inch flat screen Smart TV leads onto a terrace with a dining table and chairs plus an outside sofa overlooking the pool. The apartment has a full size new kitchen including a Hob, Full-size Oven, Washing Machine plus a large fridge freezer. Leading off the kitchen is another terrace with seating where you can watch the sun go down. There are 2 bathrooms 1 with a bath, toilet and sink unit and opening window and another with a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. The apartment is fully air-conditioned in every room. We also have an additional Private roof Terrence which is very large and furnished with loungers and seating where you can enjoy the stunning views over to the ocean in the distance. The complex has a shared pool and lush tropical gardens which are very well maintained. It has just 18 properties so is very peaceful and relaxing. We provide private sun loungers for your use around the pool. Also includes free WiFi.
The apartment is registered and has been granted a tourist license from the Spanish touristic office.

The apartment is beautiful, the shared pool and garden area is perfect for the site, we generally had this to ourselves most of the week, the supermarket and small town with restaurants and bars only a few minutes walk away. PEFECT for a get away.

We had a fab 2 week stay! The apartment is exactly as it looks on the pictures, well equipped and spacious with great outdoor space too. It's in a quiet location but still within very easy reach of the town, the marina, beaches and a Cala d'Or. The private sunbeds for each apartment thankfully mean no sunbed wars and we often had the pool to ourselves, even during peak season. Overall a lovely, relaxing family break. Would recommend!

We had a fantastic time at this apartment. The location was perfect, just 5 mins walk from bars and restaurants in Cala Egos, and only a 20 min walk to Cala D'or Marina. The apartment had everything you'd need and was spotless. Great balcony and the terrace upstairs was ideal. For most of the time we were the only ones around the pool. Jackie was a great host. The instructions to get to the apartment and accessing it were spot on and communication during the week was really helpful. We loved it.

Lovely apartment, fantastic host, great location.

Apartment has everything you will need, is very clean and spacious, it was very quiet by the pool, at times was just us, only a few minutes walk to the supermarket, restaurants, bars and shops. Beach is a short walk away and wasn't too busy when we visited.

Jackie’s apartment was exactly as pictured. We had a 9 night stay and couldn’t believe how cool the breeze was sitting out on the balcony. Everything was within walking distance from the beaches, marina and places to eat. We caught the bus from the end of the road a couple of times and found this very easy to use. I would definitely recommend staying at this lovely apartment and would certainly return. Michelle

We had a wonderful 8 day stay at the apartment. The apartment itself had all the amenities needed, balcony and roof terrace provided great spots to enjoy the weather with shelter from the sun and pool area and pool were great!Location was good and whilst we had a car for our stay, this is not necessary given the close proximity to the bus stop, which offered connections to many of the main attractions across the island.Communication from Jackie from the time of booking right through to departure was excellent - unobtrusive but always available if you needed anything.All in all, great holiday and cannot recommend the apartment enough!

Superb apartment

We stayed at this apartment for two weeks and wow what an apartment complex it is,great gardens and pool area ,and the location couldn’t be better ,two minute walk to the shops bars and restaurants10 minute walk to the marina …the apartments got everything you need including washing machine, full kitchen and appliances,Jackie was superb to say the least and so helpful when we lost the keys…wonderful roof terrace is a huge bonus too…we will certainly be going back as the resort and apartment were perfect for us…

Perfect property in a great location!

We stayed here for 10 nights and it was great! The property was as described, great balcony to sit out on an evening, and round the corner from all amenities. Really spacious, perfect for a family of 4. Jackie was really helpful. Booked our taxis both ways and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely accommodation

Excellent location within 5 minute walk to centre of town, however very secluded and peaceful. Property very clean and tidy. Pool to ourselves most days with dedicated sun beds by the pool. Also private roof terrace with more sun beds was a bonus. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

Amazing Apartment

Absolutely fantastic apartment. Everything as described and more. Location was perfect. So tranquil but within a 5 minute walk of lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Wonderful Stay

We have stayed at this lovely private complex in Cala Egos on numerous occasions. First time in Jackie’s aoartment and is fantastic, very modern with everything you need, perfect for families with two barhroom/ shower room and two bedrooms Everything is there for a perfect break. Love Es Pla as supermarket opposite and beautiful Marina only 8 minutes walk away. We love walking into Cala d Or centre where the best restaurants are situated or a quick taxi to Porto Petro and superb beach at Cala Mondrago. Jackie if you are ever thinking of selling let me know!

Lovely property

Property was really lovely, clean and comfortable. Large outside balcony was so nice - we could dine out there and chill out as a family on sofas too. Rooftop terrace was bliss - very peaceful and amazing views especially at sunset. It was so breezy up there too so a great place to sunbathe! Jackie was an excellent host- she booked our taxi transfer for us which was a real help. And she checked in with us on day of arrival to check everything was ok after us mistakenly taking the keys before cleaners had been there so they weren’t able to get in, and was very understanding about it as well. Local shops, bars and restaurants were only 5 minute walk away too. Beach about 10 minutes and was lovely first thing in morning for a swim as quieter then. But of course travelling in summer holidays meant it got busy quite quickly later on in day. The garden area around the property with pool was really nice though especially having own sunbeds to use as well.

Wonderful family holiday!

Our family of 4 stayed at the apartment in Cala Egos for 13 nights. We had a fantastic holiday in this lovely apartment. The contact with the host Jackie was excellent from start to finish was excellent. She was very accommodating and really helpful…..lovely lady! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There’s everything you could possibly need and very well equipped. We found beach chairs and parasols and all kinds of other things to take to the beach. There’s a huge terrace with lovely views on the roof top where we watched the sun go down. The swimming pool is really clean and well maintained. It was like our own private pool as there was hardly anyone there. The apartment is in a quiet location just a few minutes walk to various restaurants, bars and shops. You can also find a really nice beach In Cala Egos which is also a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Cala dor is busier and is about 20 minutes away on foot but you can get a taxi for just 5-6 euros. There’s a lovely Marina and plenty more good restaurants and bars. We hired a car but no need as you can get a bus or taxi to most places. Can’t fault anything at all. Everything about the apartment and location was excellent and would absolutely recommend a stay here.

Great holiday in a great apartment

We stayed as a family of 4 including 2 teenage daughters and we all had a fantastic holiday which was made even better by having a great apartment. The communication from Jackie was excellent throughout. Jackie responded to any questions we had before our holiday promptly and she even booked our airport transfers. The company she used were also very good and arrived on time with clear communications on how to find them at the airport etc. Jackie provided access details to the property a couple of days before we arrived and these instructions were very clear. The apartment itself looks impressive on the pictures but is even better in reality. The size of the living/kitchen area is bigger than we thought it would be and was clean and modern looking throughout. The apartment is in a good location in a quiet area of town. It is only a few minutes walk from the local supermarket and a few minutes walk to the local restaurants in Cala Egos. The bus stop is located just down the road from where you can catch buses into Cala D’or itself or even to further destinations if needed. We had a hire car for 10 days of the holiday (private parking is also provided) but we did use the bus to go into Cala D’or at night. The Marina is only a short walk away (about 10 minutes) and has some great places to eat. The apartment has its own private sun loungers and the pool area was always very clean. The pool never got busy and on some occasions we even had it to ourselves.

Perfect for young family

We had a lovely time at Jackie’s apartment with our 3 year old and 4 month old baby. The location is ideal - 2 mins from supermarket and restaurants in Cala Egos and a short walk away from the centre of Cala D’or, Cala D’or Marina and local beaches. We particularly enjoyed eating out at the marina. The shared pool is great and we spent lots of time in it with our kids - it was very quiet most days. Jackie was a great host and booked our airport taxi’s for us with the appropriate car seats. Communication was great! We definitely hope to stay here again and would recommend to anyone thinking about staying here.
