Nicola was a superb host. He arranged taxi service, parking and restaurant recommendations. The apartment was immaculate and well decorated. He willingly accommodated special requests and made us feel at home in Florence.We highly recommend staying here. San Frediano was charming and a close walk to the City Center. We enjoyed our stay.

This apartment is a gem- beautifully designed and decorated with lots of space and great amenities. The unexpected best part is that it is in the authentic, artsy, Oltrarno district- across the river from the touristy center of town. The walk from the center of Florence to the apartment leads you past wonderfully authentic restaurants and artisan shops.

Excellent Property Outside the Crowds

Very nice apartment with one queen sized bedroom, one single bedroom, living room, kitchen and 1.5 bath. Nice location that can feel a bit out of the way (approx 25 min walk to the Duomo) south of the river.Excellent communications and service from the owner to sort small issues and provide guidance about the local area. I’d stay again.

Spectacular

We enjoyed this beautiful apartment. We were met on arrival and given a wonderful list of recommendations. Nicola responded very quickly to any message. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and you can easily walk to all of the most visited spots in Florence. We will definitely book again.

Great apartment, local area and great host

The apartment is located close to the centre but just far enough to be away from the crowds. The apartment was perfect for us, clean, excellent condition and with everything you need, including a fully functional kitchen. The area has a local feel, with some really nice local restaurants, but only a 10 minute walk to Palazzo Pitta and about a 15 minute walk to Cattedrale di Santa Maria Fiore.

Best Apartment and Host of our Italy tour!

We stayed here for 4 days during a multi - city trip to Italy. This apartment hosted by Nicola was our favorite. Nicola went above and beyond with recommendations, and helping us with a taxi and make a fast trip to the apt when we accidentally locked in personal items in by mistake. True superhost! Location was perfect - wonderful local neighborhood with 15 min walk to everything. Would stay again if with have the chance.

The Best Stay Ever

Everything about this stay was perfect! A safe neighborhood with everything accessible. Coffee bars, restaurants, grocery store, a park and a great bar for apertivo And a walking into the city was doable. The apartment was just beautiful, everything we needed and so comfortable. And then the hosts! Amazing! Felt like friends! I can’t wait to go back!

Excellent location in quite neighborhood

Very nice apartment in a great neighborhood with small shops and a great deli and neighborhood restaurant frequented by locals. . Apartment and master bedroom is spacious but second bedroom is small. Great bathroom with large wonderful showers. I would give it 5 stars overall if second bedroom was a little bigger.

Beautiful Little Apartment in perfect location

Apartment was even nicer in person than i pictures. Nicola was super easygoing and helpful with everything we needed, made check in and out a breeze. In addition he gave a great list of restaurant/cafe recommendations that were all amazing and not touristy. Location was perfect for us it was just outside all of the super populated areas but in easy walking distance to anything you would want to see including some great food/coffee/gelato on the very same street! If we came back to Florence in the future we would absolutely book this place again without a doubt!

Excellent vacation home

The apartment is extremely well located among restaurants and light shopping. Large grocery within 5 minute walk. Wall to central historic zone in 20 minutes. Felt safe to walk alone at night. Building us extremely secure; multiple locking gates. Host is a strong communicator and very kind. Apartment has everything you need to make full meals. Will stay here again.

Beautiful Place

My wife and I stayed at Nicola's place for nine nights. The apt is beautiful. So much light and charm. Very well appointed. And it is away from the tourist crowds, yet close enough to the main attractions that you can walk to them in 10 minutes. Nicola was a fantastic host. Always attentive to our needs and always full of suggestions on where to eat.Would stay here again. Highly recommend it.
