Dieses Cottage mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern ist perfekt für eine Familie geeignet. Es verfügt über ein zweistöckiges Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, eine Pantryküche, ein Esszimmer und eine Master-Kingsize-Suite im ersten Stock mit einem WC mit stapelbarer Waschmaschine und Trockner Loft-Stil Queen-Schlafzimmer mit einem zusätzlichen Doppelbett und Vollbad im zweiten Stock.

Es liegt in den Dünen gegenüber dem Sandcastle-Spielplatz, nur wenige Schritte von unserem privaten See und einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Pool, Tennis, Basketball und dem Michigansee entfernt.

Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 5 Personen in Betten, keine Haustiere, bitte nicht rauchen. Sommerwochenmieten sind Samstag bis Samstag mit 2 Übernachtungen willkommen.

Der hauseigene Golfwagen ist nur in der Nebensaison verfügbar. Mieten außerhalb der Saison haben keinen Zugang zum Golfwagen. Dieses Haus bietet eine Feuerstelle für entspannende Familienabende.

Great location and resort feel!

The resort-style community was lovely with great amenities and fun for all ages. The kids loved the pool and the little beach. The property was beautiful and clean, staff was wonderful - would definitely stay again! Just as advertised, highly recommend!

Ist Time Visitors

The resort is great however the property that we had is 20 feet away from the slide which seemed to be the main attraction for all of the children (from 7am to 10pm)! Outside of the slide, the property was nice and very clean. It would have been nice to have a covered patio or porch like most of the other properties. I would definitely recommend this resort, especially if you have children.

Nice house with good amenities. Second trip to the Beachwalk Resort. Felt 4 years ago when there the properties were better manicured…seemed a lot of overgrown/natural tall grasses this year. Quiet resort. Nice pool.

Everything was as expected, other than the TV's didn't work and the golfcart did not have a charge when we arrived. The staff was quick to remedy these issues, and the overall stay was great!

First BWVR I would not stay in again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first cottage in Beachwalk that I would not return to. When we first arrived we couldn't even get in the front door because it was blocked by bags of trash and laundry that had not yet been picked up. I called and someone came and took the bags, but the trash bin was overflowing since before we arrived, until after we checked out, and attracted tons of flies that hovered around the only door. My son spent the entire vacation making others open the door for him so he could run in and out, rather than be surrounded by the bugs. (I also killed a few spiders in that front dining room.) Inside, the kitchen was disappointing. There wasn't even salt and pepper, nor any spices. (We left some behind; I hope they aren't thrown out between guests.) There was no soup ladle, and all the cooking dishes were quite large and heavy, while the galley kitchen and dishwasher were tiny, making washing and/or drying dishes difficult. I know we were near the playground but our front door and fire pit were just steps from the top of the slide, so we had no personal outdoor space away from others. I have kids that enjoyed the playground occasionally but every single evening there was a pickup baseball game on the grounds, which no one else seemed to be bothered about even though the ball came close to hitting several non-playing kids. Finally the golf cart charger (or outlet) was not working, though we didn't tinker with it and figure that out until the last night. The result was that the golf cart was about half as fast as most, and I was afraid to take it up the modest hills on a couple roads because it advanced so slowly. We alerted the office of the non-functioning charger on the last day, and were told that they'd have to contact the owners for any repairs. And coming back to the trash issue, we had to let any trash we generated accumulate on the counters and in the house, since there was no where to put it outside. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience.

The home was clean, comfortable, and incredibly cozy—truly felt just like home. My family felt at peace the entire time thanks to the thoughtful touches and warm atmosphere throughout the space.One of the highlights for us was the location—directly across from the park! It was such a joy to sip my morning coffee while watching my children play safely just steps away. That alone made our stay extra special.I would 100% recommend this property to families with small children. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

The shed provided all we needed for the beach including umbrella, wagon, chairs and bodyboards. The downstairs bathroom could use some shelving and hooks. There was no where to place any bathroom items besides the small sink and toilet top.

A Week Away from the Hustle and Bustle of it All....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying at Clapton's Corner was delightful as the home is well equipped for a family of 4 or 5. The location is very quiet despite being by the playground, which was a concern at first. It's nice that it's off the way a little bit so you can sit out, read a book and enjoy some quiet time.The kitchen is very well appointed with everything needed for entertaining and then some. The little extras like plenty of garbage bags, dishwasher soap, dish washing soap, zip lock bags, tupperware etc. - very helpful if you are not eating out all the time.The living room was very comfortable for lounging and having conversations, as it held 6 adults very nicely. A few recommendations for future updates at Clapton's Corner....the mattresses are dreadfully uncomfortable and the rug in the front room under the dining room table is not secured so it makes for a mess after the chairs are moved around a few times. And this is a very small item- but there weren't any hot pads in the kitchen. Overall, we would give our stay an 8 out of 10!

Perfect Spot

I did not closely read the description beforehand but the 2nd floor "room" has no door. It's more of a loft. That made getting our toddler to stay in bed a challenge. The stairs are also very steep. All amenities were present as needed and the house was cozy for our family of 4. It was in overall good condition and very clean. The washing machine and dishwasher were incredibly loud. We learned the first night not to run those while we slept. Great upgrades to the community property gave us a great experience!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had some issues with our stay - the golf cart's battery dies, even after charging overnight. One of the bed's bedding had not been changed (sand). There was not gas in the grill to make dinner. We only stayed two nights so this was all frustrating. Management was helpful in addressing some of the issues, but I don't think we'll stay there again.
