Newly built cottage with the cool colors of the beach throughout. The relaxing vibes bring the spirit of the beach right to your table. Watch a favorite on the large flat screen TV in the living room, prepare a snack for the beach in the beautiful, fully stocked kitchen while the kids enjoy their own entertainment space on the second floor.

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE

Nothing beats a cup of coffee in the screened in patio while the kids play at the nearby park. After a day at the beach, enjoy story time around the fire pit, or spend some time relaxing in the whimsical purple Adirondack chairs in front of the house. Enjoy meals on the back patio at the picnic table with umbrella for shade. There’s even a mini table and chairs for the kids!

Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

Life's Been Good rents Saturday to Saturday mid June through mid August. **Please call the office for exceptions during this time.
