2 designated parking spaces along the street in front of the house.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking or vaping indoors OR outside the home. Any evidence of smoking in the home or on patios & exteriors will be subject to fines and/or eviction.
No pets (Minimum $1,000 fine for violations & potential eviction)
No parties or events
Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
No fireworks
Primary renter must be 25+ years old and stay for the duration of the reservation
