Eines der größten (2700 sq. Ft.) Und schönsten 5 Schlafzimmer in der Gegend von Disney. Unser Haus liegt nur 6 km von Walt Disney World entfernt an einem kleinen See mit Naturschutzgebiet dahinter. Es bietet all die Ruhe und Privatsphäre, die Sie brauchen, um sich von den geschäftigen Tagen bei Disney zu erholen.

Die Größe des Hauses ist ideal für 2-3 Familien (12 Personen) und hat Gewölbedecken für zusätzliche Geräumigkeit. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über einen 57-Zoll-Plasma-TV, einen DVD-Videorecorder und eine angrenzende voll ausgestattete moderne Küche. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit LCD-TVs ausgestattet. Das Outback ist ein Whirlpool, der in einen übergroßen beleuchteten Pool (38 x 18) mit einem Grill neben der Veranda übergeht. Telefon mit kostenlosen Anrufen in die USA und nach Kanada.

Der See und das Naturschutzgebiet im Hintergrund bieten Schönheit und Abgeschiedenheit für Sie und Ihre Familie. Der Pool ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, sodass Sie den ganzen Tag über wunderbares Sonnenlicht erhalten. Es ist so entspannend, draußen zu sein, dass Sie die Themenparks möglicherweise ganz überspringen! Der Poolbereich ist abgeschirmt + möbliert

Lindfields House

The house was in a quiet neighborhood with a spa and large pool with plenty of chairs and lounges around the pool area. The house backed up to a pond and forest behind so it was nice and private. Large kitchen with all the amenities. Plenty of bedrooms. Close to stores and restaurants.

The pool was great, good size, the spa tub was great during the day, at night the pool was warmer. The house was good, overall we enjoyed it very much, very private at the pool area, the only people you might see would be neighbors walking the edge of the pond. The view of the pond is great sitting in the spa. No issues needing attention during our stay and Patrick answered every question I had right away.

Great Home Wonderful Location!

This home was situated perfectly for a visit to Disney World, Universal, Cocoa Beach and Clearwater Beach. The home was laid out nicely the kitchen, washer, and dryer were reason enough not to use a hotel. Having our own pool that we didn't have to compete for space or people was wonderful. The rooms were exactly as shown on the website, the neighbor hood was quiet and well maintained. Thank you for opening up your home to us.

Florida Vacation

We have stayed in a number of homes in the Kissimee area. This home is very well positioned and has quick and simple access to all ammendies close at hand. All of the amusement parks are within 15 - 20 minutes drive and with the great highways system it makes the travel to and from them stress free allowing for a truly restful vacation. The pool and jacuzzi were great and enjoyed by all. There were 11 of us, 5 were under the age of 5 and once they were in bed we didn't hear a word from them until morning. Just wanted to pass along our families thanks for a great vacation and lots of memories. Hoping to do it again next year!

Perfect for my needs

I will start by saying that anybody reading these reviews, should totally ignore the negative ones. I am a wheelchair user and despite needing a little help here and there, this villa was perfect for my needs. The villa is spacious, comfortable, clean and the pool! OMG! what can you say about that pool? Loved every second of using it! We even got to see an aligator and turtles get out of the lake behind. Would definitely be coming back, so thank you Patrick for letting us use your wonderful holiday home!

A Great, Secluded Place to Stay!

On the outside, this house is just another house in a fairly secluded neighborhood. On the inside, though, the house is pretty amazing. The doors open to a spacious living and dining space, with a great (almost fully equipped) kitchen and another dining area just around the bend. Directly behind the house (with two access doors) is a very large screened-in pool, which was fantastic for the two young kids in our group. The bedrooms are spacious and, with 7 beds and two couches, we had plenty of room for the 9 members of our group (the 16-year-old was happy to take the living room and its very nice HDTV). I recommend this property for any groups that need several bedrooms and want something bigger and better than multiple hotel rooms in the Disney area.

Perfect

This was our first trip to disney, both my sisters family and ours! The kids were especially excited because no one knew where we were going. The property was well maintained and everything functioned. The washer & dryer came in extremely handy with 5 kids and a pool. The location was just perfect, just a few minutes from Disney as well as all the restaurants and attractions. There was room to spare with our group of 9 and the pool was an absolute blessing since we visited peak summer. I beleive the kids had more fun at the pool then at the main attractions, which gave us adults a chance to relax and unwind without having to worry about swimming restrictions, policies or hours at your typical hotel. Discussions of a "Do Over" are already in the works....

I honestly feel the owner is not fully aware of the job the management company are doing, or not doing, on arrival we entered the property which was excellent, clean,cool and had everything we needed and more, however, when we opened the door to the pool deck everything changed, it was filthy dirty and had not been cleaned in ages, the deck area itself was awful, ground in dirt, filth, grime and algae everywhere, it actually hid what was underneath which was an excellent area but totally unusable as it was so filthy, likewise the outside furniture of which there was plenty was also stinking with filth and completely unusable. We contacted the managers straight away and they attempted to tell us this was normal for Florida because of the heat, humidity and storms, this was rubbish and we insisted they come out straight away which in fairness they did and they they also set about cleaning the outside areas, however the furniture was still completely unusable. . I responded to Stephen immediately when called. He had some basics to his complaint. To my management's defense a hurricane had just come through a couple days before blowing dirt and debris everywhere not to mention trees and bushes needing clean up. I suppose management could have done better at trying to get the property prepared but we're limited time wise..

Great Villa - Would stay here again

This was my 16th visit to Kissimmee & this has one of the best locations for being able to quickly get to and from Disney (20 mins at 9am). All other amenities you need are 5 minutes away, it has a wonderful private view on to the pool area & lake beyond, so I would definitely consider staying here again. There are a couple of bits of feedback for the owner which would make the property even better. Main one is that wonderful privacy of pool area is spoiled by the 2 cameras you have pointed into that area - take them down. It's not right to have cameras watching your guests. Lots of bits of information printed & left around the property for your guests to find. Some are out of date/inconsistent, such as guides for not getting locked in the garage when the garage is already locked, setting alarm when you come and go, but alarm appears disconnect (there's no power light). Get them updated and put them all in a book, all the other villas I have stayed in have done it this way. All Florida villas suffer from an abundance of light switches that don't seem to work, either bulbs are blown or individual lights are not on, whatever it is, it would be nice for your guests to be able to just have all the lights & fans working when they arrive, so please check them regularly and label the more obscure ones. Finally, as there was no access to the garage there was nowhere to hang up clothes to dry, please consider either allowing access to the garage or provide a drying line somewhere

Nice Home , poor service

We rented this property for 2 weeks. Had 5 adults and 1 older child went and spent $$$$ on groceries for our stay had all our meals planned out of course we had planned to eat out some well little did we know the stove top was broke. Apparently it had went bad and the part was on order or so we've been told. Called management and they were great about it and brought us a hot plate out to use. Now that was very great and they brought it out to us very quick but come on have you ever tried to cook for a whole family for 2 weeks on one? It's impossible!!!! Also their well stocked kitchen as far as pots and pans go sucked. They have NO baking dishes, NO mixer, only 1 average size bowl. I had to go out and buy extra stuff just to compensate for their lack of kitchen equipment. . I was truly disappointed in this house as far as the kitchens go. The rest of the house was very nice except for the one bedroom who's mattress was horrible. When we got there the AC was not keeping the house cool therefore I had to purchase a fan also. The pool is Wonderful and was the highlight of our stay. We ended up going out to eat the whole time which was very costly for a family of 6 for 2 weeks we have been home for almost 2 months and I am still trying to get the owner to give me a little money back for our trouble.

This renter complained from the minute she got to the house. We did our best to satisfy her but she was determined to get money back from the start. The stove broke just before her arrival and we did our best to come up with a solution. We also refunded part of her money because of the inconvenience. As for the A/C nothing works right when you leave the doors open. I had to send a repairman over which cost me money just to be told the guests were leaving the doors open and there was nothing wrong with the unit . Upon leaving the house I had to pay the cleaning crew extra money because of the mess which they left behind. They hauled out 8-50 gallon trash bags of garbage. How can you have that much trash in 2 weeks. Obviously the cook top we put in was doing the job for cooking. I'm just sorry now that I gave them any money back at all. Also there are additional pots and pans in the pantry.

Tolle Lage aber...

Zuerst das Gute: Super Lage des Objekts. Schöner Ausblick auf den See und ins Grüne. Schöner großer Pool. Aber leider: Teilweise ungepflegt und verbracht. Das Management hat trotz Beanstandung den Poolbereich nicht gereinigt. Die Garage war ein schmutziger Abstellplatz. Die Matratzen sollte man sich auf keinen Fall ansehen, denn hier wird es eklig. Der Eigentümer behauptet zwar das vorher alles Tip Top war, aber wir können den Zustand bildlich nachweisen. Wir haben nicht zum ersten mal ein Haus in Florida angemietet. In alle den Jahren hatten wir noch nicht solch einen Zustand vorgefunden. Das eine Videokamera auf den Pollbereich ausgerichtet ist lädt einen nachdenklich werden. Hoffen wir mal, das man keine Aufnahmen von uns im Internet findet. Eine Anmerkung noch zum Schuss - Diese Haus wurde von uns Ende der 90. Jahre schon mal angemietet. Comfortable & pleasent

Home was nice. Outdated furnishings, but comfortable. We did have an issue with the bed in master being broken, but owner responded right away and fixed it to his best ability. (Apparently, last group let their kids jump on bed and broke box springs.) Knives need sharpening and frill needs replacing but we made it work. Owner was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

So this house is good for function if you need a place to sleep and swim. If wanting a short living place not the greatest. Owner has good communication management company did not. Function: Plenty of space. Very nice swimming area with swim toys and plenty of towels. (Jacuzzi water same temp as pool so have to either heat both or none) Refrigerator with ice maker Laundry (Washer does not always drain and spin on its own have to manually put it back to that setting and restart) Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Living Whole house is outdated. Beds are not the comfiest There were not extra paper towels There was no extra toilet paper. We actually ran out our last night! Tv’s are outdated and all don’t have the same channels. One we could not get any channels on and called management company and left a message but did not get a call back. Glass sliding door needs replacement. The house decor needs to be cleaned. (Cobwebs and dust on them)

Where do I start. We supply toilet paper and paper towels to get you started for a few days not your entire stay The TVs get out of sinc occasionally from previous renters fooling around with them. As for being out of date, we just put in new sofa, love seat and 2 chairs. Plus the kitchen table and chairs were just put in. Not sure what this renter was looking for.

Amazing Place to Take the Family!

This house was great for our family! Close to the attractions. Clean, neat and orderly and had all the amenities that we needed. We would definitely stay here again!!

Unfortunately I was not pleased with the house. Upon arrival, the house was dirty.

The house was dirty, the stove was filthy, walls and curtains were dirty. The sliding door was not opening and closing g properly, the washer was broken. The pool area was big and had lots of space but again it was dirty. I had to clean it because I did not want to want my kid out there even the rug had food stuck to it. The shower door had mold. I qas just not oleased at all. Very outdated home. Its a shame because it is big and has lots of space. The home owner did respond to me but the actual property manager never retruned my calls. I WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN.

These renters were looking for a rebate in their rental fee right off the bat.. They came in to the house complaining of Amen to the house complaining about things of no consequence or Supportive fact. She says I never responded yet I responded to her at least 4 times I had the management company come by and clean the pool which had some Small leaves floating in it from the surrounding landscape. He had cleaned the pool the day previous to their arrival. She sent me a picture of a rag which had wiped the flat surface of the stove top and had a slight amount of Dust on it. She thanked me after this and I heard nothing else from her the rest of the time she was in. We have had numerous renters over the previous couple months and everyone has reported it's .cleanliness and great house that was provided.

Release From Covid Family Gathering

Our stay at this property provided all the necessary conditions for a wonderful family gathering...enough space inside and out, convenient to shoppin, the amusement parks and the oversized pool, just feet away. There was something to do for every age group and we will definitely consider again.

Great house

We stayed in this house for 10 days with 8 grown-ups and a child. It is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood and has a great swimmingpool with a whirlpool. When laying by the pool you have total privacy because of the lake and the trees behind the house. It is close to the Disney and Warner bros parcs and stores and restaurants are in the neighbourhood.
