Apartment was in very good condition and worked really well. Location was also excellent, close to good shoppailu and restatants of La Cala. We will come back next year.

Had a great holiday at this lovely apartment. It was a real home from home - spotless, comfortable and very well equipped. We especially enjoyed the large balcony. The photos don’t do this apartment justice. The owner and key holder were fantastic- great communication and extremely welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Another wonderful week in the Almar apartment in La Cala

This is our 4th time to return to Margaret's apartment in La Cala we just love it for the new year. It has everything you need it is spotless and so well looked after home from home. The area has everthing lots of lovely restaurants nice bars and a fab boardwalk for great walks. Thanks Margaret and Liz we'll be back next December Nora Dublin

Home from home

This must be the 8th or 9 th time we have stayed in this apartment and would not stay anywhere else. The complex is very well looked after and the pool is always sparkling summer and winter, plus complex is within walking distance to shops, bars and beach and lidel is just across the road.

Amazing apartment all you need and ideal. location . Margaret is such a special lady x

Have been to La Cala for many years and stayed in this apartment for the last 3 or 4 and love everything about it. It's like our "summer house" all you need and more and very clean and spacious. Fab location for all you need , we don't use a car so excellent for buses taxi 's etc. Margaret is always very very helpful, and very informative.

Perfect position

This apartment is ideal for a Family of 4. You do not need a car and it is only a short walk to the beach, lidl is two minutes away. The apartment is well equipped with all you would need. We will be back again.

Everything you could want

We have stayed in a few apartments in the area over the last few years and this is probably the most well equipped with everything you could possibly need and a very high quality. Access to the complex is simple and it is well placed for either staying local in La Cala or travelling further afield. Liz the property manager is easily contacted and extremely helpful too.

Family Holiday in Cala De Mijas

The apartment is well situated to give easy access to all the amenities in the area, the apartment is very comfortable and well fitted out with a very spacious balcony with some nice sea and mountain views. Kitchen is well equipped with microwave, oven and kettle etc, there is also very good internet access and the Tv has pre installed netflix on a fire stick, all in all a veritable home from home, would have no hesitation returning to the apartment again!

Well appointed and near to amenities.

This was my second stay in this property, it was so nice I went back! It's a lovely 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, beautifully appointed and with everything you might need, even down to books and games. It's very near to the village for entertainment and has a Lidl 5 minutes across the road. All the rooms lead out to the terrace which had sun most of the day. Highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing holiday near to everything you need.

Wonderful Apartment

As frequent visitors to the area this apartment is by far the best we've stayed in. It's very well equipped and spotlessly clean, it's in an ideal location within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and golf courses. Mijas apartment

The whole area surrounding the apartment was aesthetically pleasing and the apartment it’s self was very well equipped and tastefully decorated. We hired a car for our stay as it was required to access golf courses but central location in the town is excellent for restaurants, bars, the local market and shops, Lidl is about 500m from apartment. The beach was easily accessible on foot about a 5min walk from the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to get back.

Lovely spacious property

We stayed in the apartment towards the end of a hot August and as soon as we walked into the property I knew we had made a good choice, the apartment felt spacious, spotless with first class facilities. The large balcony had a lovely view towards the coast, perfect for sunbathing or relaxing with a good book. Lovely pool and well kept gardens.The complex felt safe, secure and peaceful with just a short walk into a lovely town with good restaurants and bars and beach. We loved our holiday in La Cala and we shall definitely return!

Another amazing holiday in “our summer house “ excellent accommodation

We just love this apartment and Margaret is as always 😘amazing.....we feel like one of the family. Liz is excellent when welcoming you and so friendly, and great to have her there if ever we need. We have stayed here several times and love it. New bathrooms look fab too and we loved the new patio table outside on the extra large balcony!!!! The apartment and complex offer a little oasis and teamed with the beautiful La Cala we can’t ask for anymore. Thanks again Margaret xx

Perfect stay

My wife and I stayed here for a week in May of this year. The apartment is located a short walk from the center of the town and beaches. It is close to a supermarket and restaurants’ This modern apartment is excellent, it has good furnishings, is clean tidy with all the cooking utensils you need. I have stayed in numerous apartments around the world and this is certainly in the top 10 of the ones I have stayed in. I would recommend this apartment to anybody. We will be certainly booking the apartment for future breaks.

Beautiful apartment on a lovely complex.

A really lovely, well designed, comfortable and very clean apartment. Margaret had thought of everything a guest might need, even sticking plasters and a sewing kit! It's a short walk into La Cala and Lidl is literally a 5 minute walk away. The view from the balcony is lovely, with the sea in the distance and the coast road to Malaga to the left, very pretty in the evening when all the lights come on. An absolutely delightful place to stay!

Just Perfect!

Just returned from 2 fabulous weeks - it was faultless! The apartment is modern, classy and spotlessly clean - with every need catered for. It's just a short 10 minute stroll to the beach, with fabulous bars/restaurants on your doorstep. Home from home

What a fantastic first family holiday. My husband and arrived with out 16 week old baby girl and were pleasantly surprised at the fantastic apartment. Clean, spacious and stylish. The area is fantastic for an array of cuisines and the Lidil is great for picking up bits and bobs. Big thanks to Margaret for her fantastic attention to detail with all her little notes and maps and also her first class correspondence. A pleasure to deal with and will do so again.

superb and cannot fault anything

Travel to la Cala every year as love it, 1st time in Alamar and it's now the one I'll be booking every year , immaculate interior, everything needed, in fact I'd like to move in !!! Mags has been so helpful and friendly, I've stayed in other places and felt like you haven't been able to enjoy it as a holuday home , but here it's been like a breath of fresh air , loved the pool, gardens, and do near to all the amenities in a lovely area, will be back hopefully twice next year ... Thank you Mags for making our holiday special ...will check dates this week for a return

Beautiful clean apartment

We have just returned from 2 weeks staying in this beautiful apartment (me, my husband & 2 children, age 13 & 10) & I just want to thank Margaret & Lorraine for all their help & attention to detail. The apartment was very clean & furnished to a very high standard with lovely m&s bedding, towels & crockery. It was a pleasure to book with Margaret & her communications are great. Lorraine, the key holder in Spain, was so helpful & nothing was too much trouble. Thank you ladies!

Lovely apartment in beautiful La Cala

La Cala is a great place for a family holiday and the apartment was a fantastic base. The large balcony gives views across to the sea and to the large pool and the apartment itself was clean and spacious for the 4 of us with an excellent shower. The apartment was well equipped for any stay to prepare a meal and the proximity to Lidl made shopping easy without the need for a car. You can walk to the beach in around 10-15 minutes dependent on where you prefer to be as well as a number of restaurants in La Cala itself. Communication with Mags prior to our stay and then with Jackie whilst we were away meant that checking in and out was made easy. All in all we had a lovely holiday and recommend without hesitation.

A great apartment!

We were given great support from Margaret (the owner) throughout, from booking to returning home, thank you! The apartment is as described, it has everything you could want for a comfortable holiday. It is in a lovely complex with a great vantage point and lovely views. There is a ridiculously cheap Lidl a few hundred yards away, we couldn't believe the prices. Also everything else, beach, shops, restaurants, market, transport etc, are within walking distance. All this makes a great environment for a comfortable "home from home" relaxing holiday with everything you could possibly need very close indeed. Book with confidence, you won't be disappointed! Willmore’s break

We never revisit a holiday resort for fear it would change for the worse The last time we visited la Cala we had such a relaxing break we decided to do it again. Surprisingly it didn’t disappoint The apartment was very clean, cooking utensils were as new no hesitation in using them which is unusual for the wife, (sexist I know) but Jackie is quite particular about that sort of thing Helped having lithe supermarket within a 5 minute walk Buses were cheap and punctual and the train to Malaga was very nice trip Walking on the 6k promenade was a real treat Will we go back YES.
