Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath villa with private pool and sea views

The villa is a real home away from home. In the urbanisation of Los Claveles which is under a 10 minute walk into town, where there are many bars, restaurants and shops as well as the beach which means a car is not necessary. There is also a pub, Indian restaurant and a bar all within a 2 minute walk. We are also very close to Olivias (the famous restaurant from TOWIE) which is a popular place to visit with live music and dancing, this is less than 10 minutes walk away.

Our villa has beautiful gardens with plenty of space to sunbathe and a pool to swim in. You can relax in the many outdoor seating areas. It has a lovely cool covered terrace with a dining table. There is a wonderful rooftop terrace with seating area, sunbeds and an amazing sea view. You will also find a pool table and darts board to keep you entertained during your stay.

The villa sleeps 6 and has a master bedroom (super king bed) with en-suite. The second bedroom has a king size bed with direct access to the terrace and pool. The third bedroom is a twin which also has direct access to the terrace. We have provided a travel cot, highchair and steriliser for those travelling with young babies. There is a large guest bathroom with shower. In the large fully equipped kitchen and utility room you will find a washing machine, dish washer and every appliance you will need including iron, coffee maker, microwave etc. The lounge has a 60 inch TV with English channels (and other European channels) and Sky Sports. We have provided some board games for you to enjoy. There is complimentary wi-fi.

All rooms are air conditioned and fully furnished. Towels (including beach towels) are provided. There are hairdryers in each bedroom.

The villa is in a quiet yet central location and has easy access to bus stops 2 minutes walk away.

It is suitable for families and couples as well as for golfing groups. There are numerous top-class golf courses nearby. You can hire clubs from Sunshine Golf, and they will help you to book tee off times.

The quaint fishing village of La Cala is less than a 10 minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops here. The beach is beautiful and safe and stretches for miles, You can walk along the boardwalk where you will find lots of Chiringuitos (beach bars) to stop and have a drink.

Notice: The property is protected by an alarm system and two surveillance cameras. The surveillance cameras are positioned at the front of the property and cover the front property access and front garden access. Garden/pool areas are not monitored.
