THE LOCATION

Set in the heart of Vale do Lobo resort, the villa enjoys a quiet residential setting just moments from a small playground, making it particularly convenient for families.

A leisurely 15-minute walk leads to the beach, beachfront restaurants, and the ocean. The renowned Vale do Lobo Tennis & Padel Academy is just one minute away on foot and offers tennis and padel courts, a gym, swimming pool, restaurant, and bar.

The resort’s main clubhouse features additional restaurants, bars, shops, spa facilities, and gym access. Within a short drive you will also find the prestigious golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, along with a wide range of activities including horse riding, watersports, shopping, cinemas, go-karting, water parks, and more.

NOTES

* The villa is fully air conditioned. Use of air conditioning carries an additional charge of 150 Euros per week during June, July, August, and September.
* Pool heating and pool safety fence are optional extras and charged at 190 Euros and 150 Euros per week respectively.
* Pool heating requires one week’s notice; safety fence installation requires three weeks’ notice.
* A refundable damage deposit of 400 Euros is payable in cash on arrival and refunded by bank transfer after departure and final inspection.

TOURIST TAX (starting 01/11/2024)

In line with practices adopted by other municipalities across the Algarve and various cities internationally, Loulé Council has introduced a tourism tax for the municipality.

Low Season (1 November – 31 March): 1 Euro per person / per night
High Season (1 April – 31 October): 2 Euros per person / per night
* Applicable only to guests aged 16 and over
* Charged only for the first 5 nights of the stay
* Payable in cash during check-in

RESORT

Vale do Lobo is a pay-as-you-go resort. Facilities such as golf, tennis, gyms, and swimming pools are not included in the accommodation rate. Please also note that while we participate in the ebike scheme, we do not participate in the Welcome Card or resort bus card programmes.

SECURITY CAMERAS

For the safety and security of both guests and the property, the villa is equipped with two exterior security cameras monitoring the property boundaries: Front entrance area / Rear patio gates and walls

LONGTERM STAYS

For stays benefiting from our monthly winter rates:

* Electricity is charged separately at the national rate
* Pool heating remains optional and is not additionally charged
* Cleaning is charged separately, with a minimum fortnightly clean required
* Monthly rates are based on occupancy by one couple; please enquire for additional guests
