The Villa was exceptionally well appointed and in a great location. Attention was paid to every detail. The housekeeping was excellent and lovely and friendly.We had a slight problem with the pool with the pump not working and lots of algae which destroyed some swimsuits and the lilos and it was very expensive to heat which we didn’t get the entire benefit of because the pump broke down.Overall still a great holiday and owner was also very attentive and responded to the issue we raised re the swimming pool.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa – it truly exceeded our expectations. Everything was exceptionally clean on arrival, and the friendly maids who visited during our stay did a brilliant job keeping things spotless and welcoming.The pool was much bigger than we expected, which was a huge hit with the kids and gave us plenty of space to relax and play. Evenings were made extra special thanks to the rooftop terrace, which offered the perfect spot for dinner while watching the sunset.Inside, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was a dream — stocked with so many essential cooking items, it made preparing meals effortless. The villa’s location is another big plus: with the supermarket just a quick stroll through the golf gate, picking up fresh bits for dinner was super easy. And being able to walk everywhere with ease meant we could really unwind and enjoy the area.As a bonus, we were lucky enough to watch Rory win The Masters while staying in a villa called Augusta — a perfect and fitting memory to take home with us!We’d come back in a heartbeat — highly recommend!

A lovely stay in a lovely spot

Beautiful villa

On arrival it was very easy to enter the villa from the instructions. The villa was very cosy and had everything we needed. The road is very quiet at night. The club house is a 10 minute walk and spikes is great for drinks and food. The prace is also about 20 minutes. Ubers can be booked on your app if you dont want to walk. The only issue we had was when you use the hob, the mains switch turns off and you lose all electric! This happened a few times. Also the pool needs a cover as we paid for heating and it loses heat over night. A cover would be great. The orange trees in the garden are lovely.

Perfect

Would totally recommend this villa , it’s perfect ! Open plan living at its best , the villa is very well laid out , the gardens and pool are beautiful and the location ( on the fairway of the 13th hole of the royal course ) is second to none The rooftop terrace is just a stunning way to end the day with g and t in hand ! Fabulous Villa and location

Fabulous spacious villa in a beautiful location overlooking the golf course. The villa was very clean and had every possible mod con we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped. My favourite part was the roof terrace watching the sun set. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Great communication from host and the maid. Definitely book again

Fabulous Villa in excellent location

We returned to this Villa for the second year running, It really is a delightful place. Vale Do Lobo can be very undulating but this well designed Villa which is on one level with an amazing roof terrace is just what we wanted. Great pool. Cant fault it.

Lovely Villa and Stay

Villa Augusta is a lovely villa to stay in. The location was perfect - 15 mins walk to the beach and restaurants - 5 mins walk to the supermarket via the golf course path. The pool and the villa were great and always kept clean by the cleaner who came 5 times a week. A real treat. If we needed it we took Ubers to the restaurants that were further walk away. The villa is well stocked with all kitchen equipment and everyday cutlery and crockery. Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Washing Up Liquid, Dishwasher and Laundry Tabs and Toilet paper were provided. Beach and Bathroom Towels are provided Coffee, Tea and Sugar are there on arrival. Thanks for such a lovely stay.

Great Villa - Great Location

What a fantastic spot. We have been coming to VDL for an Easter break for many years and this Villa is easily the best. Plenty of space inside and outside for us and our two (grown-up) kids. Great Pool and outdoor spaces coupled with a great location make this a real find. The Villa is well equipped and beautifully clean and the Beach is a 10 minute walk away. Looking forward to visiting again.

Superb!

Great villa with all facilities you need. Vale do Lobo is a beautiful resort with a huge beach - beach restaurants are amazing. Villa Augusta is spacious, well equipped and has wonderfully comfortable beds. We had sundowners on the roof terrace and loved the garden and pool. We will be back!

Villa Augusta Vale do Lobo

Lovely villa in a really quiet neighbourhood. Pool is lovely and warm and the Villa is great for all amenities. There are a few hilly bits, but overall great for walking to Vale do Lobo & Qiunta via the fab boardwalk. Would recommend.

Wonderful Week in October Sunshine

Jane's Villa is amazing, we have stayed many time's on the Algarve and Vale do Lobo, Villa Augusta is one of the best Villas we have found, so comfortable and spacious, for a family of 6. Our grandchildren of 9 and 3 loved playing in the pool and gardens with orange tree's, also in a great location, with no need for a car, we would love to return.

A piece of paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The villa is quiet, beautifully finished and has everything you could need for a relaxing break no matter what age your children are. The gardens are outstanding and much more mature than the pictures show. We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay in a wonderful property. Great location in Vale do Lobo. Plenty of space for 6 guests. The pool was sufficiently large and deep for our active teenage boys. The interior decor and artwork made the property feel like home away from home.

Memorable family holiday

My family and grandparents just returned from a fabulous 12 night stay in Villa Augusta. The villa is incredibly well appointed and has everything one could wish for. We have stayed in a few villas in the Vale de Lobo area but Villa Augusta is the nicest we have stayed in by far. The beautiful gardens and the modern layout are perfect for a family holiday. We hope to return.

Fantastic villa, really well equipped with everything you need. Would highly recommend

Loved the villa it was amazing. Really helpful emergency contact Miguel when we had a power cut due to a storm talked us through what to do. Only thing that I could fault was the shower knob in the main bedroom en suite which was faulty and difficult to switch on and off. Had a fab holiday even with the couple of days of rain, would definitely go back.

Very comfortable, beautifully furnished villa

We had a great time at the villa. The heated pool was fantastic fir this time of year. Meant the kids Couid swim every day. Villa is really quiet location yet easy walk to beach, tennis, centre. We have stayed in many villas and this villa is equipped to a high standard. The kitchen has everything you Couid want. It’s immaculatky Clean. Beds are really comfortable as is the living area. I wouid highly recommend staying here.
