Inmitten der portugiesischen Pinien, die unserer Villa ihren Namen gaben, ist das 'Casa do Pinheiros' ein ideales Zuhause für Ihren nächsten Familienurlaub. Das Anwesen ist nach höchsten Standards gebaut und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage (oder Heizung im Winter) in allen Zimmern. 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder (2 en-suite). Beautiful property excellent location !!

We absolutely loved our stay not too far from the Praca & the Pingo Dolce for shops. it was so homely & well laid out. Newly refurbished to an excellent standard. KG management were excellent from picking up the keys to dropping them off !!! Cleaning service was brilliant too & the owner Betsina was always contactable which gave it a really personal touch x we loved it !!

Lovely property with 3 very good sized bedrooms, all with en-suite. Very spacious lounge and kitchen. Two outside areas and a lovely terrace outside the main bedroom. Good size supermarket within 5 mins walk. TV has all the channels - Sky Sports, BBC, ITV, etc. Aircon throughout.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay and gracious host at this villa in Vale do Lobo. This is our second time staying at the resort and, as before, had a wonderful experience. The villa was clean, comfortable, and well appointed to make us feel at home. Within minutes of the beach, amenities, and the many enjoyable aspects of the Algarve.

Family holidays

A chance for us all to get together. We chose this villa for quality and location. Betina was very helpful at all times and sent all relevant information prior to our arrival. The villa was very clean and comfortable. It was well equipped and provided a great setting for our holiday. There are activities nearby but they all add considerable cost to your stay. Guests should research membership if Val de Lobo to see what is available and associated costs.

Beautiful terraced house in Algarve.

Great house with three very nice bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathrooms. Well organised, furnished and everything needed. Easy to check in and very responsive host. Everything worked very well in the house. Shopping in the local supermarket is good, and very nice restaurants around. The pool is a bit small, and the distance to the great beach is about 25 min walking, so a good exercise. The area is well kept, however there has been a recent fire that has impaired the view from the back side of the house.

Lovely villa but need transport for beach, shopping and restaurants

The villa is very spacious with great air con., lovely beds and furniture, In a lovely setting, although the fires destroyed the park at the rear. It takes around 25 mins to walk to beach etc. We managed without a car and used the excellent uber cars. Unfortunately we spent some time sweeping around the pool and clearing the pool filters when we arrived and there were cigaret butts and bird mess. The maid came twice during our week stay to clean indoors but didn’t change the towels. The lady who owns the villa is lovely but I think the management company are letting her down somewhat.

This property was tired and in need of updating. Outside paintwork and woodwork need redoing. The barbecue needed cleaning and the rusty grills replacing and although management company responded it wasn’t until near the end of holiday they were replaced. The fridge freezer was defective and would over freeze in the fridge if door not pushed shut, also damaged inside.We had no response from the management company on use of the safe after we asked to use it. It was closed on arrival. We were also told they didn’t want us to use the alarm system.

Férias espetaculares

Usufruímos da casa na semana de 10 a 17 de agosto, uma família de 6: casal, filhos de 10 e 19 anos e os avós. A casa serviu muito bem para todos porque cada um tinha um quarto com casa de banho. Muito confortável e bem decorada. Ótimo espaço para férias, ambiente seguro, calmo num aldeamento muito privado. A zona da piscina foi muito usada, apenas pediria para a próxima vez a piscina aquecida. Recomendo!

A Beautiful home from home with a heated pool. Fantastic for ALL the family!

We had a fantastic stay at Betina's property which is located at the back of the Vale do Lobo community resort. The house is so much more beautiful than the pictures - we stayed as a family of 5 with children and grandparents and the property worked really well. Three spacious bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, a beautiful living area with British TV and board games and x2 verandas to sit out on. Betina was SO helpful and gave us restaurant recommendations as well as helping us with a few issues whilst we were away. The house also has a local property manager - KG Villas- who were also fantastic and incredibly helpful! Betina's house has little added extras like parasols to take to the beach, floats for the pool and games which my children loved playing. The kitchen was also so well equipped and it made cooking when we weren't eating out really easy and enjoyable. Things I wish I'd known- there's an amazing Lidl just down the road for shopping as well as a convenience store on the resort. The pool isn't huge but is perfect for the kids to splash around in / float on a ringo and read. The house is at the back of the resort so walking down to the beach with young children is a challenge. It means a car or access to the resort mini-bus is needed but both are easy to do. The bugs are bad so insect spray is needed ( we were there in October.) People get really dressed up for dinner in the Golden Triangle in certain places - take your lovely dresses & going out clothes. Thank you to Betina for a lovely and really memorable holiday. We hope to visit your beautiful holiday home again!

One week stay for May 1/2 term

The holiday was initially planned for Summer 2020, but we rescheduled due to the Covid uncertainty. The owner was very flexible around rescheduling/refunds due to the changing circumstances. The Villa was perfect for the 5 of us. It was bigger than we expected and the multiple gardens and terraces were perfect for catching morning and late sun. The heated pool worked well and could spend relaxing afternoons by the pool with the children. The checkin/checkout process was very easy and the managing agents provided us details on where to get the Covid tests done before we left. Overall we had a great holiday in the villa and Val do Lobo. We plan to go back at some point.

Perfect spot for a quiet family break

Betina, the property owner was highly responsive and kind. She gave us so much information about the villa and about things to do / where to eat etc. The villa itself was much bigger that we had expected. The rooms were all generous in size and the master had a lovely seated terrace outside, looking down on the pool. There is another roof terrace right at the top of the villa, so there is so much room! All creature comforts were provided: Wi-fi, hairdryers, al cooking utensils you could ever need, beach kit and kids car seats etc etc. It was like a home away from home!

Quintessential modern Algarve villa

Spacious, modern, private, well designed with living/dining areas inside and out to suit either morning, afternoon or evening summer days relaxing. Always a nook to "hide away". Ideal for our 3 generation family stay with "oldies" downstairs bedroom/ensuite and "parents and children" sleeping upstairs, both with ensuite or bathroom. Pool and surrounds are lovely with range of comfortable seating. Complimented by stunning Bougainvillia, hibiscus etc. Pool is visible from indoor living area so ideal for younger children. Location is very quiet, at end of gated street with aspect over pines. Balcony has the sea in the distance through the pines. We hired a car as had young children, but I walked via the golf course (mindful of guests teeing off) to the beach and praca easily for a 66 y.o. not so fit person. Furnishings, fittings and decor are quality. Decorated with a mix of interesting artwork, objects and family touches. Kitchen great and opened to outdoor dining area. Everything (including free wifi and air con throughout house) worked A1. Favourite nooks 1. The pool (late afternoon shade on hot days!), curled up on very comfortable outdoor lounge step away from pool, admiring the garden foliage. -2. The dining area in garden patio off kitchen for family dinners at end of the day. 3. The balcony off master bed upstairs. Relax with a glass of whatever and enjoy aspect through pines to sea (not into a neighbour's villa!) 4. Living area - curl up with a book from the library and savour the light, sun and space for all to enjoy. 5. Roof terrace at sunset. Photos do not do this villa justice. Host Betina has been excellent - genuinely warm, answered all my mundane questions, and prompt replies. What more can I say. For our family (Australian/English) it was a "once in a lifetime holiday" at Vale de Lobo where the weather was sunny, very warm but not "too hot", beaches not overcrowded, and safe, scenic location. The villa was all I hoped for and more. Thank you Betina for sharing it with us.

We love the fact our villa is a quiet street in Vale do Lobo. Some of the properties by the square can be noisy during the hight of summer. As Vale do Lobo Resort members we love to have the full use of all the many excellent facilities, but at the same time have beautiful 380 degrees views over green tree tops from our roof terrace.
