Spanien: Ferienunterkünfte mit Pool

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Sie ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der gepflegte Pool in der Anlage hat uns sehr gefallen.

Wir können uns den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Alles wie beschrieben, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Kontakt.So macht Urlaub einfach Spaß.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.Viele Grüße

Very nice and tastefully furnished house, super garden to feel good and relax, with orange, lemon and pomegranate trees. The swimming pool is cool. Aircraft noise from the nearby airport is bearable. Ideal for exploring and getting to know Seville. Very nice hosts, great hospitality, nice welcome with small provisions for the first few days. Everything was very clean and tasteful. We felt very comfortable.

we’ve had the best time in this wonderful house. it was so magical and it is the best view that you can’t get enough of. the only “problem” is the way to the house because it’s a shared way with everyone who wants to get to the beach. but if you drive in the mornings or evenings it’s not a problem! thank you so much!! we will definitely come back soon

SEHR GERNE auf ein anderes Mal!!!

Wir waren das 8. Mal auf Lanzarote und das erste Mal in einer Ferienwohnung in dieser Anlage. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Es hat alles gepasst.

Selten haben wir ein so sauberes, toll ausgestattetes und mit so viel Privatsphäre versehenes Ferienhaus gesehen. Die super liebe und hilfsbereite Vermieterin Ana macht das ganze noch rund. Einfach wunderbar ☺️ Vielen lieben Dank für den Tollen Aufenthalt

We were the last week of July and the first week of August in Villa Natalie. We were two marriages and two children (8 and 10). The Village is 10 minutes Walk from the little town center and also 10/15' walk from the beach. The house is very comfortable. The terrace and swimming pool area are very nice and the sun shines almost the whole day above the pool, which is also very clean (just for the families with kids: the pool gets deep quite fast). The porch is roofed, so you can have every meal outside without being in the sunshine. The house has a very good layout. Kitchen, living room and dinning area are on one side and at the other side of the entrance hall, along the hallway there are the three rooms, one of them en suite. We were 6 people in the house and we used to get a shower more or less at the same time and we never had problems with the water pressure and temperature. The rooms are comfortable and have big built-in closets, so you have enough storeroom. The beds in the double rooms are two single beds laid together. The mattresses and the pillows are actually good. The kitchen ist well equipped to cook regularly (maybe a bigger pot and a bigger pan would be necessary). There are a lot of additional accessories: a cool bag for the beach, games for the children, etc. Richard is absolutely nice and caring host! He deserves all our praise and the best rating ever! He left some brand new inflatable toys for our children and a bottle of wine as welcome gift. The communication was absolutely easy and he was available over WhatsApp all the time. We had a problem with the fridge, which was very old and didn't manage to keep the food cool enough. So, even if we didn't want to bother Richard, we had to ask him to solve the problem and he arranged to get a new fridge delivered within a day! The only "minus" for the house is that the appliances are really very old. Dishwasher and exhaust hood are very loud and old. Still working, but not for long. Oven and cooktop are also very old. Washing machine is newer and working fine. We'd recommend Richard to replace the appliances, if possible. The bathrooms are also quite old but everything is spotless! The people from the administration took care of our requests and came to leave new blankets and towels and took the dirty ones. The pool is being cleaned twice a week by Lee. He is absolutely nice and takes care of the pool. We had a great time in Villa Natalie! Thanks Richard :-)
