I stayed at the snug for thee month in total and it was just a pleasure! The apartment is very nice furnished and welcoming. You will find anything you would need and it is a great location to explore the city center around hoan kiem lake, which takes you around 15 minutes to walk to. The neighborhood is really safe and the people around very friendly. Diep is the best host you could ask for and such a great company! She did make sure that I felt comfortable all three month of my stay and cleaned the apartment every week so that was on fleek all the time. She was always more than helpful with great recommendations regarding the city and took me around the best places. Really, there was not one bit to complain about, I had the best time ever! Don’t hesitate to book the snug for your Hanoi trip!
