Villa Amber in St. Martin is a luxurious vacation rental located in the secluded Terres Basses community.

The villa has a beautiful wrap-around terrace that offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the island, making it an ideal setting for a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

The villa is set on 2.5 acres of private grounds and gardens, offering guests plenty of space to relax and unwind. Guests can also enjoy a refreshing dip in the large swimming pool, which is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and shaded areas. The swimming pool is heated from October 15th to April 15th, outside this period the heating of the swimming pool is optional, at an additional cost of $350 per week

Inside the villa, guests will find a spacious and stylishly decorated living area, with an inviting atmosphere with warm colored decor and furnishings, and modern amenities. The villa features four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, offering plenty of privacy and comfort for guests. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature quality bedding and linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Three of the bedrooms, including the master, are located on the main level giving access to the pool and the terrace. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level, accessible from the outside, offering a little more privacy. An ideal option for those who prefer a little more separation from the main living areas of the villa.
