Rest assured with secure access using key cards issued exclusively with valid ID by La Copa Inn Beach Hotel. Each unit is equipped with a unique lock featuring a deadbolt, ensuring your safety and peace of mind during your stay.

This condo offers a central location on South Padre Island, providing easy access to the finest dining and entertainment options that SPI has to offer. Experience the vibrant atmosphere and convenience of being close to all the island's highlights!



Getting Around:

Discover the convenience of the South Padre Island Metro, a complimentary bus service that conveniently takes you within steps of most destinations on the island. Additionally, take advantage of the 'Park and Ride' facility located in the south of town. Gulf Blvd., where our condos are situated, also offers a bike-friendly environment, providing another convenient way to explore the area.



Other Things to Note:

Our condo is thoughtfully equipped with baby-friendly amenities to make your stay as convenient as possible. We provide a changing table, portable play yard, baby bath, child-friendly utensils, a high chair, and a selection of children's books. Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, we've got everything you need to make your little ones feel right at home.



Additionally, parking is limited to two vehicles per unit in the condo driveway, with each unit's parking space clearly designated. To ensure compliance, please prominently display your parking permit inside your vehicle, preferably on the inside mirror or dashboard. These permits are available for pickup at check-in.



Enjoy complimentary daily breakfast for all registered guests, plus free access to the pools and gyms at La Copa Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn, and Sand Rose Beach Resort — all conveniently located in South Padre Island near this property.



Pets are welcome for an extra charge of $65 plus taxes per pet.

Great Location, but.....

This condo is in a great location, on the beach. The views in the morning are awesome. The condo is run like a hotel though. There were zero amenities for a vacation rental. There were hotel shampoo, conditioner and towels, that's it. One sliding glass door didn't lock and the other took a feat of strength to open and close. The management company was very responsive to replace the lock and attempted to grease the door. We own vacation properties and would be extremely upset if our property was missing any amenities. We will definitely be staying somewhere else next visit.

We found several things that were wrong upon move in, but once we contacted La Copa with our problems, they were promptly fixed. And I mean that day. Why were there problems in the first place? I don't know. Didn't the last tenant complain? I don't know. Anyway, we were happy with the management of the property once we notified them. The only big complaints that we had about the kitchen facilities Was that the coffee pot didn't work with a timer and only had an hour before it flipped off. Who drinks a whole pot of coffee in an hour? Another problem was, was that the ice maker didn't work. And never did. They apparently could not fix that . It needed to be replaced. The biggest problem that we left because management was not able to fix was the operation of the sliding glass doors out to the patio. It's time for new door tracks and that's all there is to it. It was almost impossible to get the door open or closed in the living room. The master bedroom worked a little bit betterThe view out the sliding glass doors was breathtaking and the beach was so close and convenient. The AC worked in the unit. The towels were big and thirsty and plentiful. It was nice having an elevator. So many good things that we will be back.

Fabulous beachfront condo

Our family booked this condo for the week and had an amazing stay. The view was fabulous with breezes every day. Being right on the beach allowed us to visit and come back without worrying about staying out there all day. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes, and even containers to keep leftovers. The rooms were large and beds comfortable. There was enough seating for all of us. Overall it was a fabulous stay!

Exceptional Condominium!!! Gorgeous!!!

What attracted me to this listing was “5 bedrooms / 5 bathrooms”….it REALLY was just a beautiful condo….I usu rent a house which puts us on the bottom floor, here we had the entire second floor which I loved. Direct access to beach. Had a wonderful stay…the only drawback was that the property did not have any beach chairs or umbrellas which the houses that I rent usually do have! But that is minor considering! We didn’t have any children staying w us, it was all adults so it was perfect for us!! Rent it, you won’t be disappointed!!

Great Location

Overall the property is great. The condo was in good working condition with adequate room for 4 couples to stay. The location to the beach is perfect as well as to many activities on the island. The pool is need of a little TLC but still functional. This is a rental property only so the little extras like salt and pepper are not present like with many VRBO's that are owned by a single person for use as a vacation home. There are no beach towels and when asked there were no beach chairs that could be rented at our location for just the weekend. Those are things to keep in mind when renting as you may need to bring them with you. Could have used some glasses that were not glass as we didn't like using the glass ones on the patio at night, solved by just buying Solo cups. Not the best but it worked. The kitchen was equipped with the basic utensils to cook breakfast but I wouldn't think you could cook a large dinner for several people. We still had an amazing time. Usual response to questions was within 24 hours.

Great place and location

we enjoyed our stay here very much. Great location and nice updates on the rooms. only downside was the dryer didn’t work which was extremely frustrating. Also couldn’t find a broom anywhere to help clean up the sand. Dishwasher was a little finicky to operate. And sliding doors were hard to open and close. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful view and playing in the pool. Would definitely stay here again though would be more insistent on dryer getting fixed.

Family Vacation

We have vacation on SPI for many years, great condo, great location and great beach view from balcony, floors 2, 3 and 4. The host was excellent to work with, check in check out was easy, would not hesitate to book this condo again in the future. Our only recommendation to the host would be to update the washer, dryer and dishwasher on the 2nd floor unit. All were operable, just not efficient:-).

Repeat visitor

Stayed on 2nd floor few years ago with family and returned for visit 5/2022 and could see there was a lot of wear and tear. We talked with maintenance and called LaCopa about the condition of pool. Never got the pool cleaned to good condition and filter when turned on, did not stay on and work properly. This was very disappointing to me and what I had advised rest of my guest about what we were going to get.

Perfect beach getaway!

There was 8 of us, and this house was perfect. The location on the beach, close to restaurants and shops, etc., made it that much better. The kitchen was stocked with enough equipment needed to make some quick meals there. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Condo

The condo what spacious and perfect for our family to celebrate Mom’s 90th Birthday. Close to everything, yet quiet. Loved being able to walk down a private boardwalk to the beach. Definitely would rent this property again.

Home away from home

The property is clean and beautiful, some minor damages prior to our arrival but nothing to complain about. Views were amazing and the ease of getting to the beach was awesome. Centrally located on the island so easy to access everything around you. Check in/out process was quick and easy and staff was available when we needed them. Definitely recommend!
