You have found the perfect place for your vacation! Our building is strategically located for your absolute convenience! Just one block from the grocery, one block from amazing breakfast food and coffee shop and a short, enjoyable walk from restaurants, ice cream and shops! You will enjoy beautifully manicured grounds, outdoor pool and hot tub or even a game of tennis. Access the beach through the building's gated boardwalk, wide and equipped with rinsing stations and lights for those who enjoy the evening strolls on the sand, this upgrade ensures an even more wonderful experience as wheeling a cooler or a cart with everything you need for a day by the waves is made easy and short.
Our slice of paradise sits on the south corner of Ocean Vista Towers, on the ninth floor! Sip on your favorite beverage and listen to the waves as the stress melts away on the oversized wraparound front balcony where you can contemplate breathtaking views of sunrises on the gulf and sunsets on the bay. Inside you will find a well-equipped kitchen and full laundry room. Carefully decorated with relaxation and comfort in mind, you will fall in love with the beach cottage feel! Our large dining table has held many laughter-filled meals. Board games and movie nights are just perfect after a sun filled day on the sand, ocean or fishing excursion! You will also rest on memory foam mattresses and down pillows dressed in fresh new cotton linen.

Melissa is a fabulous host! We had some questions during our stay and she was quick to respond to us.The condo was perfect for our family with a well appointed kitchen, great updated bathrooms, plenty of seating for dining (bar and the dining table) and a working washer/dryer! The balcony was our favorite spot with the table for dining or outdoor board games, multiple love seats, foot stools and a lounger. A wonderful week was enjoyed by our family. Thank you Melissa!

This was a dream vacation for our family! It’s the first time I have vacationed with my adult children and grandchildren all together. We had such an amazing time! The condo is lovely, spacious, clean and well stocked with more more, than the essentials! The kitchen has everything you could need for meal prep. The balcony is huge and the view is exceptional! Wonderful Stay in SPI

This condo is a GREAT place to spend some family time. The location on the island is perfect for walking to many of the restaurants and bars. The ocean views are spectacular. Everything we ever needed was available in the condo, plus stuff we didn't know we needed. The host is very responsive to questions.

Great condo, amazing beach, cozy island town

Condo was exactly as pictured and so many design details that made our stay better such as plenty of hooks for hanging wet towels and swimsuits and a laundry basket for each room and small pantry items like salt and pepper and coffee filters. Plenty of room for our party of 7 inside and on the balcony. The short walk from the condo to the beach made it easy to carry our chairs and umbrellas etc out and back in each day. Beach was not crowded at all which gave it more of a neighborhood feel than a tourist attraction. So many little cafes and shops and even a grocery store within 5 to 10 minute walks of the condo. Our family has been taking regular beach trips along the Alabama coast for nearly 20 years and this was our best trip yet. Big thanks to the Browns for sharing their place with us! We will definitely be back!

Ocean Vista stay

Excellent stay!! We travel to South Padre once or twice a year. This condo has to be the best yet. It was only two of us but there’s plenty room. The balcony is huge & the view is amazing. Beautiful condo

We loved our stay and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. There were beach chairs and towels to use. As well as an umbrella and coolers. Beds are very comfortable as well! This was our 5th year staying at Ocean Vista and this was the best unit we have stayed in so far!

Thanksgiving on the Beach

Sunrise, Sunrise, Beautiful beach, Perfect home away from home

The entire family absolutely loved the stay. I echo what other reviewers mentioned, I didn’t want to leave. Everything in the property tells the owner put their best effort into their property. It was very clean, comfortable, convenient. All necessary stores were around the corner. Property grounds are very maintained and very secure! Something that we loved as we were traveling aged parents and children. There were so board games in the house to keep kids entertained. The dining room and balcony was perfect to enjoy dinner with the summer or breakfast watching sunrise. Absolutely spectacular sunrises !! Don’t miss out any of this. Beach was secluded and well maintained. Long stretch of beach is amazing for long walks.. All stores and lots of restaurants in walking distance. Perfect location! We shall return again! Perfect Beach Getaway – A True Gem!

The family had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful beachfront condo! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by stunning ocean views. The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay and the balcony was an amazing space that the entire family could enjoy together without feeling confined. The decor perfectly captured the coastal vibe, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better— private beach access, plenty of dining and shopping in walking distance. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a few boogie boards for the kids! The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided detailed instructions, making check-in and check-out a breeze. We felt right at home and are already planning our next stay. Fantastic condo with spectacular ocean views!!

This was our 14th year vacationing in South Padre and we really enjoyed the beautifully decorated condo. The wraparound balcony is amazing and provides a cool place to enjoy the views and sounds of the island. The condo was fully stocked with essentials and even some extras. A huge thank you to the property owner, Melissa. She made everything very easy and everyone had a wonderful time!!
