- Lounge: Guests will have a relaxing stay with plenty of space to spend time with family or friends but still have privacy when needed. Guests can chill out and watch tv in the living room which includes flat screen with cable tv or the option to log in on the smart tv to Netflix, Amazon Prime or disney+ or It may suit you more sit in the formal lounge for peace and quiet and read a book. We have a small selection available for you to read.
- Eat: The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, oven trays, pots and pans to allow you to cook family meals. There is a gas stove/cooker and oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a breakfast bar, with seating for 2 and a breakfast nook, which seats 4, to sit and catch up with friends or family and plan your day. There is also a large dining room with seating for 6.
- Play: After a long day at the parks or shopping you can chill out by the pool (pool heat can be added at an additional cost) we have a large deck area where you can relax on the sun loungers or have lunch outside by the pool. we also have a large covered area if you prefer to sit out of the Florida sun. Kids will enjoy the chance to have their own pool and will love spending the day at the house to enjoy it.

Primary Bedroom: Large comfortable King size bed and dressing table, flat screen cable tv and large walk-in wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom has his and her sinks and vanity units with a large walk in shower and large bath. There is also a separate toilet.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed suite with large double wardrobe and ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds
Bedroom 4: Two twin beds
Bedroom 3 & 4 share a jack and jill bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
Greater Groves is a fantastic community and the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely stroll. There is a Wawa gas station at the entrance to greater groves which is open 24 hours and also a Publix supermarket across from this. Walmart is 0.75 of a mile away from the house.
