Red Rock Canyon and Downtown Summerlin are just a short drive away for outdoor adventure and great shopping. The home enforces a strict no-smoking, no-party policy. Max occupancy is 6 guests. Service animals are welcome with a fee.

Mid-Term Guest Policy:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

These measures are mandatory and ensure a secure and seamless experience for all parties
My goal is your satisfaction, great reviews, and repeat business. To avoid any misunderstandings, by renting this vacation home, you agree to the following rules:

1. You are responsible for any damages to the furniture and missing household items.

2. No smoking or loud parties are allowed.

3. The maximum occupancy is 6 people.

4. No pets allowed. There is a $75 fee for service dogs.

5. Trash: Trash day is Tuesday, Please put the trash cans on the curb for the trash pickup.

6. Check-in is at 4 pm. Early check-in is $25/hour upon availability. Check-out is at 11 am, and any holdover is charged at $50 per hour, plus the loss of any future rentals from that day and any legal fees that may be involved.

7. Excessive dirtiness will be charged at $150.

8. You agree that the house and furniture are not brand new and are not in perfect condition.
