Willkommen in meinem schönen Verienhaus für einen fantastischen Urlaub oder ein geschäftliches Unterfangen. . Dies ist ein einstöckiges Haus mit Pool, Palmen, einer Fülle von Blumen, Obstbäumen und freiem Bergblick. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten, Gewürzen usw. Ich begrüße bis zu 5 Gäste und 3 Schlafzimmer / Bäder und Nutzung des gesamten Hauses. Ich bin im Nordwesten von Las Vegas, in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, 10 Minuten zu einem Obstgarten, mit Bio-Obst und Gemüse, 10 Minuten zu Casinos, aber dennoch abgelegen in einer ruhigen, sicheren Gegend. Nur 15 min. zum Berg Charleston, Red Rock Canyon, Golfen, 20 min. zum Strip; 60 min. zum Hoover Damm, Lake Mead, ein paar Minuten zum Tule Springs Park und ein paar Stunden zum Valley of Fire oder zum Scott's Castle in Death Valley. Las Vegas ist zentral gelegen, mit einer Fülle von Sehenswürdigkeiten wie den Grand Canyon, den Brice Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Monument Valley und den Lake Powell zu erreichen,

Schönes Haus abseits vom Las Vegas Trubel

Sehr nette und individuelle Betreuung durch die Eigentümerin. Schönes Haus für alle, die Las Vegas auch einmal abseits vom Trubel erleben möchten. Den Strip erreicht man (je nach Verkehrslage) innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind 5 Fahrminuten entfernt. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Endlich wieder Las Vegas - Perfekte Ausgangslage im Norden von Las Vegas

Das Ferienhaus liegt schön und ruhig abseits des Trubels im Norden von Las Vegas. Ideal für unsere Ziele in diesem Jahr: Valley of Fire, Spring Mountains und Red Rock Canyon NRA. Das Haus ist groß und hell und der Garten ist wunderschön. Wir hätten das Wetter etwas wärmer erwartet und waren auch vom Wind überrascht. Somit konnten wir die Zeit am Pool nicht so genießen wie geplant. Dafür würden wir uns neben den vielen Sitzgelegenheiten zwei Liegen wünschen. Sigrid war jederzeit für uns als Ansprechpartnerin verfügbar und hat sich um alles gekümmert, vielen Dank!

Traumhaft schönes Haus

Ich habe annähernd 3 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen dürfen (Ende Juli - Anfang August 2018). Anstatt der sonst hektischen Urlaube mit Familie oder Freunden hatte ich mich dieses mal für einen reinen Erholungsurlaub entschieden, mit der Möglichkeit Abends in Las Vegas zu spielen. Zum Glück habe ich dieses Haus entdeckt. Es ist einfach traumhaft schön, die Bilder zeigen realistisch was man erwarten darf. Das möchte ich besonders betonen, es ist tatsächlich so schön wie es auf den Bildern aussieht. Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, mit allem vorhanden was man benötigt (Küche mit allen nur denkbaren Utensilien, Geräten, Geschirr etc. es fehlt an nichts). Fernseher, Internet, Waschmaschine, Trockner etc. alles vorhanden. Das gesamte Haus ist zentral klimatisiert und verfügt zusätzlich über Deckenventilatoren. Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein wunderschöner großer Pool samt Whirlpool, umgeben von Pflanzen, Bäumen und Mauern, dadurch ist die Privatsphäre gut geschützt gegen Einblicke von außen. Alle Pflanzen sind durch ein automatisches Bewässerungssystem versorgt, so dass man keine "Arbeit" mit dem Haus hat. Das Haus liegt im Nordwesten von Las Vegas, ist sehr ruhig gelegen in einer Wohngegend mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Über den Freeway ist man in nur 25 Minuten am Strip, bis Downtown sind es gerade mal 15 Minuten. Es gibt jede Menge Einkaufsgelegenheiten (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurants, Tankstelle usw.) nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Die Vermieterin Sigrid hätte nicht netter sein können. Sigrid, falls Sie dies lesen, vielen Dank dass Sie mir Ihr Haus anvertraut haben. Ich bin begeistert und werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen sobald es sich einrichten lässt, sehr wahrscheinlich das nächste mal mit Familie :) Ich kann dieses Haus nur jedem ans Herz legen! Sie werden es nicht bereuen.

Grosszügiges Urlaub machen / A quiet Las Vegas vacation

Hier war alles in Ordnung, insbesondere war Sigrid, die Vermieter, sehr herzlich und immer bemüht uns bei allen Fragen sofort und schnell zu helfen. Wir werden wiederkommen ohne Frage. Das Objekt befindet sich in einem gepflegten Zustand. Die Lage ist ca. 25 Minuten Fahrzeit vom Strip entfernt in einer sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Wir haben uns stets sicher gefühlt. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreicht man Supermaerkte und Restaurants. Perfekt für jemanden, der einen ruhigen Las Vegas Urlaub machen möchte. Everything was awesome - Sigrid, our contact person in this case, was amazing. She was always just a telephone call away, to answer all questions we could have asked. We'll come back, that's a matter of fact. The house is situated just a 25 min drive away from the strip in a quiet neighbourhood. We always felt save here. Within a 10 min drive we could reach out for restaurants or supermarkets. Perfect for the one, who especially wants to have a more quiet Las Vegas vacation :-)

My 6th stay and my 6th review to say how relaxing and enjoyable it is to stay at this comfortable, beautiful VRBO. It never fails to please. There is every comfort of home: a kitchen with all the utensils, pots, pans, appliances you might need. Or if you don't want to spend any time in the kitchen there are excellent restaurants of all kinds within a mile or two away to dine in or have takeout or delivery. The owner is always available by text or phone but offers complete privacy. The house is spacious, with so many places to relax indoors or outdoors in the gardens you never have to leave the house to enjoy your stay. And in fact, besides going out for a couple lunches and dinners, I stayed in and enjoyed just being there as a vacation destination in itself. It’s a private, personal oasis in a desert to enjoy. If you look closely at the plants In the garden you may see the fruit trees: apricots, mangoes, oranges and more. There was an orange tree I saw with many oranges when I was there. And of course so many different kinds of large palm trees — what you would imagine a lush oasis in paradise would have. And flowers: roses, bougainvillea to name some I could identify. I am looking forward to booking again next year.

This review is solely to inform those interested in renting this property. First, there are the house rules. No shoes in the house. We were told when we arrived at the front door to remove our shoes. Next, do not roll your luggage across the floor, carry them into the bedrooms. The thermostat's had to be continuously adjusted as they are the NEST type. The rules on the settings are in the "House rules book" located on the kitchen counter. The pool access steps do not have a handrail nor does the hot tub. I will take the blame for this as I never inquired about it, I just assumed that all inground pools do .Being seniors with some mobility issues, it made the pool and tub inaccessible. The TV in the main bedroom needs to be replaced. Sigrid was aware of this. Workmen were scheduled during the week which was not a big issue with us, may be for others. Sigrid lives on the property, in a detached home next to the garage. Like almost every home in America (except mine) the front door has ring doorbell. Kitchen has all you would need, utensils, pots, pans and even somethings you would not expect, spices, coffees etc. The main bedroom shower is a bit tight , no shelf for bottles. Outdoor photos need an update. The location is great, Smiths supermarket is 5 minutes away as well as take out and dine in places. Overall, just really disappointed with the pool access. Should have asked prior. Sigrid cares about her guest and will ask if everything is well during your stay.

Sigrid is an amazing host. The home is really beautiful and comfortable. Amazing pool to swim to escape the Vegas heat. The home is equipped with everything anyone would need. Sigrid was very welcoming upon arrival, and gave me a nice send off when I left. Highly recommend this home if you're looking for a stay in Vegas.

Vegas Wedding Get-Away

This property was a fantastic little getaway from the busy strip. My (now) husband and I booked this property for our Vegas destination wedding and honeymoon. I was drawn in by the pool and hot tub and the open space which I knew would be needed. After booking Sigrid and I spoke on the phone and she was incredibly accommodating for our wedding needs and allowed us to have a couple of family members, and hair and make-up artist come to the property the day before and of our wedding. We also arrived later than the 9 PM check-in and she completely understood and welcomed us with a fresh baked pie while she went over the house rules. During our stay we spent most of our time out and about and the property is located in a great location for traveling to and from the strip and other local attractions. It is quiet but it is bright! I will agree with another reviewer/previous guest that it was during the introduction to the property that we were told that Sigrid lived on-site in a unit that shares the yard, garage, and driveway. I also should have read the details regarding the A/C temps during the day/night on the listing as they are required to be within certain parameters. That being said, Sigrid was incredibly nice (she brought me flowers on my wedding day 3 ) and so was the property.

Pros - The property is (mostly) gorgeous. Sigrid does a fantastic job of maintaing the grounds, and the house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Cons - Sigrid herself is a nightmare to work with. We agreed at check-in to keep the AC at 72 or above, and we did. But starting the first day we were there, she continuously harassed us by text, off the VRBO system, about how much the AC was costing her. She even started hitting us up for more money - again, off the VRBO system. Several times she remotely raised the temperature, and even went so far as to turn the AC off by remotely switching the system to "ECO". Even after we checked out she continued sending texts - still off the VRBO system - saying we should pay her more money. I had to block her from texting me. The back yard / pool area is listed as "private", and Sigrid said as much when I checked in, but on the second day we were there we came back from dinner to find her snooping around the property.There are also areas of the yard that get little or no maintainance - the spa portion in particular is a mess of crumbling concrete and not very comfortable to be in.

Amazing property!

The property was beautiful, filled with natural light, and had such a peaceful atmosphere—being off the Strip made it a perfect retreat. We especially loved how relaxing it was to take a dip in the pool. However the spa did stop bubbling after about 40 minutes and never really got hot but I’m not sure if that was an us problem or notOne thing to note is that the listing mentioned the property wouldn't be shared with the owner, but we did notice their presence during our stay. It was a bit unexpected since we've used Vrbo multiple times and hadn’t encountered that before. Additionally, when some family stopped by for a short visit, we were told the owner checked in to ensure everything was in order. While we understand wanting to be cautious, it felt a little surprising in the moment.Overall, we had a lovely stay and truly appreciated the space and tranquility the property offered

Always a pleasant relaxing stay

The 4th year we have stayed with Sigrid at her beautiful house. We come out to Vegas to play golf, then we are in the pool all afternoon, and grill up dinner. Sigrid is always welcoming, caring and responsive. The location is far from the Strip but that is what we are after. We'll be back next year, and the year after that and the year after that.

Great vacation rental and wonderful stay!

My wife and I celebrated our 40th Anniversary with a stay at this beautiful vacation home. Being from Minnesota, we so enjoyed escaping the cold weather and long winter with a 4 night stay which we spent most of at the house and lounging around the pool and in the spa. Everything we needed was in the home. Also had many stores/restaurants nearby. Our only regret was that we didn't book our stay for longer. Thanks Sigrid!

Everything was amazing! We loved the property and the open layout of the house was amazing. Sigrid was so hospitable and her lemon tree had the most amazing lemons! If your lucky she will let you pick one. Thank you for the great get away even though the pool was too cold to get in.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location!

We loved our stay. The home was spacious, beautiful, and well-appointed. We had everything we needed.The outdoor space was our favorite - plenty of seating poolside surrounded by plants, palms, and mountain views. The location (about 25 mins from the strip) was perfect for us. It felt like a quiet oasis. Sigrid was very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay at her place.

A place of calm and peace!

Fabulous location, well away from the noise and bustle of Vegas. Easy Uber access back to town when needed. Multiple shops etc near to the house. Quiet, upmarket residential area on the northern fringe of Vegas, where the desert takes over.The house, land and pool are high quality. Sigrid lives next door and is a delight to talk to. Her love for the property and her plants shine through.We had a simply superb stay and are looking to return next March.

I'm a realtor in Las Vegas for many years. I was raised in Germany and enjoyed traveling to many parts of Europe. My dream was to come to San Francisco, California , from where I later moved to Marin County before I moved to LV. I worked as an independent contractor for some of the major corporations, was a software developer with integrated electronic banking, before I changed my career to become a Realtor in 2006.. I like traveling, reading, hiking, swimming, music, baking among other things.
I cater to my guests and treat them like Royalty, just how I would want to be treated as a guest in their house.

I loved the area in the northwest with its gorgeous mountain views and proximity of hwy 95 and CC215. The house was part of a small community built in 2001 in the midst of the desert. I loved the inside with its airie feeling, high ceilings, big windows and glass doors. My furniture, chrystal and glassware, pictures, carpets and other decorative items added to the comfortable appearance and atmosphere with a warm touch. My dream was to transform the yard into a lovely oasis with palms, roses, bushes and tropical flowers, crowned with a pool and spa. It took many dedicated hours from professionals to make this dream come true. It gives me joy maintaining and enhancing it, watch beautiful sunrises as well as moon rises which are ever so different. I hope you too, my guest(s), will find relaxation, enjoyment, 'Down time" from our hectic life in my private get-a-way In Las Vegas.

The house has beautiful mountain views, it's an oasis with it's palm trees, flowers and luscious landscape & a genuine quietness.. It is close to shopping, hwy's, casinos and restaurants, sightseeing at Mt. Charleston and Red Rock Canyon with it's well maintained hiking trails for all levels of hikers & mountain climbers. Lee Canyon offers great skiing, tubing & much more for kids and adults alike. Kyle Canyon's picnic area invites family gathering or just plain strolling in this gorgeous country just minutes away. Just 2 minutes away is Tule Springs (Floyd Lamb Park) where starlets during the 1930s=1940s waiting for their final divorce entertained themselves with dancing, parties, swimming, riding & fishing...Fishing is still active today in 4 natural lakes of this state park framed by mature trees, picnic tables, barbeques & permanent guests like ducks, geese, peacocks & many others. If you drive a few miles further north on hwy 95 you will see on your right the Paiute reservation & still a bit further north you can take the exit to Corn Creek on your right. There are some really nice meandering trails which take you over & along the creek, several ponds, by some historic ranch buildings, and under shady trees. This is a pastoral area, which was inhabited in the 1700's by Paiute Indians, by Mormon settlers in the 1850's, pioneers and ranchers in 1900's (wagon/stage stop), and purchased by the Govt in 1936. Corn Creek is a nice little destination for children, older adults, and anyone who may not be aware of life in So. Nevada beyond the neon and casinos. If you drive a little further north you will come to the Best kept Secret in Las Vegas: Wild horses at Cold Creek! At 6,500 feet you’ll find their home among snow covered mountains in Cold Creek, until the end of April or into May. To visit them, take the "Cold Creek" exit on your left and follow the route to enjoy and marvel these wonderful animals.That's what makes my property stand out and unique.
