Das Haus wurde exklusiv bei VRBO gebucht. Dies ist die beste Seite seit Beginn dieses Projekts für alle meine Häuser im Jahr 2012. Air BNB hat keinen Kundenservice und fördert illegale Aktivitäten. VRBO. War schon immer für mich und meinen Gast da. Ich habe Leute aus der ganzen Welt getroffen, die mich ab und zu bitten, vorbeizuschauen. Von einer Hochzeit bis zu Menschen, die zur Adoption kommen, war eine aufregende Zeit in meinem Leben. Dies ist ein einzigartiges Zuhause! Zweistöckiges Haus mit Wohnbereich auf einer Ebene! Zuhause mit einem einzigartig geformten, funkelnden Pool! Grundriss öffnen! 4 Schlafzimmer mit 3 Bädern! Hauptschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit eingelassener Dusche aus Travertin. Außenküche. We had a great visit. Plenty of space to spread out for our 3 generations of travelers, including teenagers. The pool was an excellent feature and the kitchen had virtually everything we needed. We would definitely book here again!

Vegas vacay

The house is beautiful, in an easily accessible neighborhood, and the property owner was very communicative and friendly. Came in for a funeral and vacation, property manager made sure we were more than happy with our stay. House is well maintained and I honestly can’t think of anything negative about the property or our stay. 10/10 will stay here again and highly recommend to anyone else interested!

Great Location and House

Pros: great location close to everything. Quiet neighborhood, felt like I was at home. Layout of the house was great, equipped with several different appliances and some basic staples. Pool was beautiful. Improvements: pool needed to be cleaned sobwe didn't swim. I wish there were stand alone fans for each room. Communication could have been better with the host but we worked it out. House could have been cleaner considering having to pay a cleaning fee. I would stay again.

Great house, great host!

Stayed here with a group of friends coming from the US and internationally. The host was amazing and we had great communications. Very accommodating and made sure that we were taken care of immediately. The property was beautiful and the pool was refreshing in the summer heat. Plenty of beds, couches, and seating for everyone. Will definitely be recommending this to others with large parties!

Quite a mix

Very nice, clean, comfortable beds. Awesome pool and back yard but bummed it was a bit too cool out to use them. Definitely a nostalgic trip back in time in some ways...cool place, would def book again.

10th Anniversary

We had such a relaxing stay to celebrate out 10th anniversary with family and friends. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was very relaxing and the vibe of the house was amazing. Will stay again.

House was clean and well stocked. Bed-it was just 2 of us- was very comfortable. Layout of the house was pretty neat as well. We could not use the pool due to the cold weather but I’m sure it is a blast in the warmer months. Communication with the host was excellent. I hope to stay here again.

Vegas Gem

We snagged this house for a family vacation to Vegas and it was absolutely amazing. Not just the location, because we were never further than 20 minutes (with traffic) from anything, but the house itself! We had enough space to congregate, and enough space to spread out. The main bedroom could use a mattress change, but that was SERIOUSLY the only thing we found that wasn't awesome. The location, the house, the pool, all of it were awesome. We will definitely be back!!

Okay stay

We loved the location and the layout of the house. When we got there, the pool wasn't clean, we asked the hosts about it, they said the pool cleaner would be there the next day..he didn't come until we were packing up to leave. The wifi also wasn't working despite being told we'd have access to 2 different wifis if one or the other didn't work..they didn't work our whole stay and we had to buy hotspot.

The pool was the best escape

Rough start due to the VBRO site not functioning properly for the Host. Spoke with him multiple times and was able to get into the property. I find that to be a huge problem for your system and could have and most likely caused my Host a lot of issues that trickled down to his guests. As a first time guest this was very off putting. The house was great! The pool was a god send. The property manager was a fantastic help with suggestions for experiences for our Family. Thank you Don and Luis! It was a great house!!!

Great until the end

A group of 8 of us stayed at this house to celebrate a 40th birthday and there were some perks and also multiple issues. Pros: The house is spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool is refreshing and the coffee makers work, and there are a lot of amenities like buckets for the pool and an outdoor bathroom. Cons: The pool needed cleaned, the beds had flannel sheets on them (it was 90 degrees), the bathroom door didn't lock, the AC unit wasn't set to cool and it was sweltering inside (this did get fixed with a phone call to the owner on the first night). There were also foot prints on the wood floor from the pool to the kitchen and living room, it looked like the house hadn't been cleaned very well. But the worst thing was on the final day hours prior to check out, one of our guests was showering in the shower near the stairs and during her shower, new tenants walked into the house! They had been given the same code we used to access the house during our four day stay meaning the code hadn't been changed in between tenants. The gal in the shower was startled to say the least, the new arrivals were surprised and luckily nothing more happened but knowing the same code had been given out to new people while we were still authorized to be there (this happened at 7:30 a.m. on the day of check out) was alarming to say the least. Thankfully the new tenants were polite and nothing worse happened but this was a major security issue and completely inappropriate from the owner.

Ok but needs work

This house was great on paper for my family of seven. But due to unforeseen circumstances, 4 of the 7 weren't able to come, so the house was fine for the 3 of us. The house has great curb appeal, and we appreciated the driveway, but it for sure has definitely seen some wear and tear over the years which hasn't been addressed. It looked to have just been spot cleaned. There were random hairs on the towels and the bedding, the bathrooms were a bit dirty and as much as we appreciated having 4 full bathrooms (1 outside), the bathrooms didn't appear to have been properly cleaned at all. Both hallway bath showers were dirty and falling apart. The outside toilet was so filthy it appeared to have never been cleaned or used. The pool was not clean and the outside area by the pool was a disaster; dirty and broken lounge furniture and unkept landscaping. The dining tables inside the house were sticky. There were a total of 6 TV's inside the house but only 2 worked or had any signal. We tried everything to get the TV's to work, but we were unsuccessful. We appreciated the Wi-Fi in the house, but it was very slow the whole stay, even after we reset the router. The kitchen looked to have been updated, but it lacked many things to properly cook in the house. Luckily, there are many good places to eat in the city. Overall, this house needs more maintenance and more attention to detail by the owner or the property manager.

Had a great weekend in Las Vegas at the Alicia’s Alibi house. Truly unique property with a great old school Vegas 70’s vibe. Don (owner) was great and very attentive, the pool was great on a hot day and the house was clean, unique and had plenty of space for our group of 3 adult couples in town for a couple of Vegas shows. I would definitely recommend this property if you’re visiting Las Vegas and would like to be off the Las Vegas Strip.

Vegas guys trip!

Everything was perfect except one of the boilers went out and one of the bathrooms didn't have hot water for a few days but there's two other bathrooms and a third out by the pool. Very spacious everyone had there own space to unwind and the pool was great!! Do to the 100 degree weather i personally spent every morning/day in the pool b4 heading out to see the city sights.
